1.On setting up the discipline group of hospital management accounting in China
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(02):-
Contemporary hospital management accounting is a new marginal discipline that has been set up on the basis of contemporary management accounting and practical experience in domestic hospital reform. The discipline group of hospital management accounting focuses on basic management accounting affairs and gives consideration to new management accounting developments that fit in with the characteristics of the hospital.Hospital management accounting can be divided into subdisciplines, including hospital forecast and decision-making accounting, hospital control accounting, and hospital liability accounting. With the establishment and development of the discipline of hospital management accounting in the country,high-level hospital management accounting with Chinese characteristics should also be gradually set up.

3.Advance in Diffusion Tensor Imaging in Assessment of White Matter Fiber Tracts Injury and Prognosis of Stroke(rerview)
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2010;16(6):538-539
Diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) could not only reconstruct of the brain white matter neural connectivity, but also show clearly the brain white matter fiber morphology of lesions, either directly or indirectly, which imaged on white matter fiber tracts in the three-dimensional geometric structure by special software for image on the anisotropic thermal motion of water molecules. This paper reviewed the researches on DTI in the assessment of white matter fiber tracts injury and prognosis in patients with stroke.

China Pharmacy 2001;0(12):-
OBJECTIVE: To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of the contents of Chlorogenic Acid and Coffeic Acid in the Fruit of Chaenomeles. METHODS: HPLC was applied to determine and compare the contents of 11 batches of Chaenomeles medicinal materials collected at different time, prepared with different process and stored for different length of time, using Coffeic Acid and Chlorogenic Acid standard substances. The chromatogram conditions were as follows: Kromasil C18( 250mm? 4. 6mm, 5? m) column; mobile phase of ( A) acetonitrile, ( B) 0. 05% phosphoric acid; gradient el-ution ( 0~ 10min, 0% A~ 15% A, 100% B~ 85% B; 10~ 40min ( 15% A~ 30% A , 85% B~ 70% B) ; flow rate at 0. 8 mL? min- 1; detection wavelength at 325nm. RESULTS: The content of Chlorogenic Acid in batches 1 to 9 were respectively 0. 020% , 0. 035% , 0. 043% , 0. 051% , 0. 260% , 0. 104% , 0. 081% , 0. 056% , 0. 034% ; that of Coffeic Acid were respectively 0. 005% , 0. 006% , 0. 008% , 0. 010% , 0. 051% , 0. 024% , 0. 020% , 0. 015% , 0. 007% . The contents of Chlorogenic Acid and Coffeic Acid in batch 8’ ( burn- prepared) were respectively 0. 045% and 0. 010% ; those of Chlorogenic Acid and Coffeic Acid in batch 9’ ( stored for 1a) were respectively 0. 023% and 0. 005% . CONCLUSIONS: The method is simple, reproducible and suitable for the quality control of Fruit of Chaenomeles. The best time for harvesting batch 5 is on July 12, and the best process for this batch is solarization. The storage time has certain influence on the content of Chlorogenic Acid.
6.Discussion on Demodex infection and blepharitis
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2016;34(6):481-483
As a possible pathogen of blepharitis,Demodex is gradually known by ophthalmologists.Demodex is one of the permanent small parasitic mites in human hair follicle and sebaceous glands, with high infective rate in human body. There are two kinds of Demodex that colonized in human eyelid:Demodex folliculorum and Demodex brevis. The life cycle of Demodex is about 14.5 days. There have been different views on Demodex as the cause of blepharitis. We performed a deep research on the pathogenic characteristics of Demodex and explored the relationship between blepharitis and Demodex. The clinical diagnose methods and diagnose criteria were also summarized to improve the clinical understanding of Demodex blepharitis, which provides a useful clue for the prevention and management of this disease.
7.Effect of Glucocorticoid on Disbalance of Th_1/Th_2 Cytokines in Asthmatic Patients
Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(01):-
Objective To explore the effect of glucocorticoid on disbalance of the Th 1/Th 2 cytokines to investigate the mechanism of treatment of breathing in glucocorticoid in asthmatic patients. Methods The peripheral blood was drawn and the plasma IL-4,IL-12 and IgE of control group and patients were detected by ELISA method before and after glucocorticoid treatment. The results were analysed statistically. Results ⑴In asthmatic group, plasma IL-4 and IgE levels, and PEF variant rate after treatment were lower than those before treatment (P0.05); and ⑷ Correlation analysis showed that IL-4 level positively correlated with the IgE level and PEF variant rate(r=0.64,r=0.52;P

Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2004;2(6):43-44
Seventy-eight children with anorexia were treated by circling Neibagua, rubbing abdomen and kneading navel, parting-pushing Fuyinyang, pressing Zusanli (ST 36) and pinching spine. Results showed cure in 48 cases, improvement in 27 cases and failure in 3 cases, with a total effective rate of 96.1%.
10.Effect of hepatitis C virus infection on the expressions of multiple sialyltransferases and galactosyltransferases in Huh7.5.1 cell
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2015;35(10):5-10
Objective To investigate the altered glycotransferases and glycan profile in HCV-infected cells, the expression levels of 35 kinds of sialyltransferases and galactosyltransferases were evaluated in hepatitis C virus (HCV) infected Huh7.5.1 cell cultured model. Methods Western blot was used to measure the expressions of HCV-nonstructural protein NS3 and and quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) was performed to determine HCV-RNA levels and mRNA levels of 35 kinds of sialyltransferases and galactosyltransferases.Lectin microarray was used to compare the glycan profiles of sialyltransferases-and galactosyltransferases-associated glycan-profile in Huh7.5.1 cells and HCV infected Huh7.5.1 cells. Results Among the 35 kinds of sialyltransferases and galactosyltransferases, the mRNA levels of four sialyltransferases (including ST3Gal Ⅲ, ST6GalNAC Ⅲ, ST8Sia Ⅲ and ST8SiaⅣ) and five galactosyltransferases (including B3GALT1, B3GALT 2, B3GALT3, B3GALT4 and B4GALNT2) were found to be 11-45 fold higher in HCV-infected cells compared with naive Huh7.5.1 cells. The up-regulated level of B3GALT 1 was the most evident (45-fold change), followed by ST8Sia Ⅳ and ST8Sia Ⅲ, with 39-and 37-fold respectively.Consistently, lectin microarray showed that glycans recognized by EBL (binding terminal sialic acid, Neu5Acα6Gal, 1.97-fold change), ECA letin (binding terminal galactose, Galβ1,4GalNAc,4.3-fold change), and ACA(binding terminal galactose, Galβ1-3GalNAc, 3-fold change) were elevated in glycoprotein products of sialyltransferase and galactosyltransferase respectively. Conclusion HCV infection causes the increased expression levels of mutiple sialyltransferases and galactosyltransferases in Huh7.5.1 cell line and hence the upregulation of glycan profiles of the glycoproteins. These results provide potential therapeutic targets and diagnostic markers for HCV infection and insights on the molecular mechanism of HCV infection.
