Objective To study the role of cyclcoxygenase-2 in the growth and development of the endome-trial lesions. Methods The expression of cycloogxygenase-2 (COX-2) were tested by immunohistocbemistry. Compar-ison of endometrial cancer COX-2 expression was made within each group at different stages, for different pathological classification. Another groups comparison of COX-2 expression was made. Results ( 1 ) COX-2 in endometrial cancer in the different expression of other differences and differences were significant ( P<0.05 ). Ⅲ mainly for the period between the stage and the other had a significant difference( P<0.05 ). (2) COX-2 in endometrial cancer, hyperplasia and normal expression of the differences between endometriosis, the difference was significant ( P<0.05 ). (3)COX-2 in endometrium cancer different pathology graduation difference:G1(high idiophase) < G2(idiophase) < G3(low id-iophase), but does not have the difference after the comparison in statistics ( P>0.05 ). (4) The expression of COX-2 in simple hyperplasia and complex hyperplasia was statistically significant different ( P<0.05 ). Conclusion That COX-2 in the development of endometrial lesions play an important role, it could be inferred of COX-2 inhibitors for endometrial cancer treatment or treatment of postoperative the timing of the loss surgery patients is feasible.
2.On the Traditional Medical Treasures of Zhou Yi(also known as "the book of changes") and Qian Jin(Precious Essential Formulary,PEF)
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(02):-
The traditional medical treasures of zhouyi and qianjin have much in common in the aspects of logic approach, recognition characteristics, values conception, theory construction, and category system, which demonstrate that the two doctrines are closely related both geographically and historically. Bearing the same cultural genes and value orientation, sharing similar constructions of logic approaches and recognition characteristics, the two doctrines contain a great deal of wisdom in recognition and practice.
3.Clinical analysis of Infections Complication Patients with Severe Hepatitis
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(06):-
Objective To investigate the infection type, clinical features and prognosis in the infections complication patients with severe hepatitis. Methods 72 severe hepatitis patients with infections complication were analyzed retrospectively. Results The infection occurrence rate was 62.5% in the 72 severe hepatitis patients.Mortality rate was 75.56% in the patients with infections complication, and it was significantly higher than those without infections complication(29.63%).The mortality rate was 72.5% in the patients with multiple organ infections. The different bacterium infection could lead to different mortality rate,K.peneumoniae(69.89%),E.coli(58.12%),Staphylococcus aureaus(55.56%),Staphylococcus epidermidis(59.90%).The mortality rate was higher in the patients with lower sera albumin and higher serum bilirubin level. Conclusions The patients with severe hepatitis have bad outcome with infections complication. The prognosis is correlated with the dysfunction severity of liver and pathogenic bacteria.

Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(04):-
Objective To study the relationship between survival rate and pathogen, subtype, stage, delivered methods of 55 patients with severe hepatitis during late period of pregnancy. Methods Clinical data of 55 cases with severe hepatitis during late period of pregnancy was analyzed retrospectively. Results The incidence of hepatitis B was highest in patients with severe hepatitis during late period of pregnancy (84.5%).In subtypes, the incidence rates of chronic severe hepatitis, acute severe hepatitis and subacute severe hepatitis were 83.6%,5.5%,10.9% respectively(P
5.Role of TRAF2 in AP-1 signaling pathway of human B cells
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(05):-
Objective To investigate the role of TRAF2 in AP-1 signaling pathway of human B cells. Methods Human Ramos B cells were transfected with plasmids expressing YFP fusion wild type TRAF2(YFP-WT-TRAF2) or YFP fusion dominant-negative TRAF2(DN-TRAF2),or transfected with shRNA-TRAF2 and control shRNA plasmid. After incubation overnight, cells were either sorted with flowcytometry or screened by antibiotics G418.Activation of AP-1 pathway, including phosphorylation of ERK,JNK and P38,as well as nuclear translocation of AP-1 subunits were detected by western blot and ELISA.Results Overexpression of WT-TRAF2 selectively induced activition of MAPK by phosphorylation of ERK and P38,and further induced nuclear translocation of C-FOS.Moreover,both overexpression of DN-TRAF2 and transfection of shRNA-TRAF2 inhibited phosphorylation of ERK and P38,and nuclear translocation of C-FOS.Conclusion TRAF2 selectively activates some kinases in CD40 mediated AP-1 signaling pathway, and plays an important role in AP-1 activation.

8.Chemical constituents from Solanum coagulans.
China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2015;40(2):264-268
Ten compounds, including five steroidal saponins and five flavonol glycosides, were isolated from the whole plant of Solanum coagulans by means of column chromatographies over silica gel, ODS, Sephadex LH-20, and preparative HPLC. Based on analysis of MS and NMR spectroscopic data, their structures were established as anguiviosides XV (1), smilaxchinoside A (2), methylprotodioscin (3), protodioscin (4), solamargine (5), 3', 4', 5-trihydroxy-7-methoxy-6-C-β-D-glucopyranoside (6), brainoside B (7), camsibriside A (8), kampferol 3-O-(2"-β-D-galactopyranosyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (9), and quercetin-3-O-(2"-β-D-galactopyranosyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (10). All the compounds were first isolated from this plant. In the in vitro assays, compounds 4 and 5 showed cytotoxic activity against SMCC-7721 and NCI-H460.

9.Application of microteaching in experimental teaching of pathophysiology
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2015;(3):266-268
Objective To investigate the application of microteaching in experimental teaching of pathophysiology. Methods A total of 120 integrated Western and Chinese medicine major students were randomly divided into experimental group (n=60) and control group (n=60). The experimental group accepted microteaching method. First, students were divided into several groups, teacher gave every group 10~15 minutes microteaching and shot the video of training process; second, students watched the video to find their deficiency with the help of teacher; and then students overcame the deficiency by repeated practice;last, the teacher gave evaluation. The control group adopted traditional method. Results The average test results of experimental group were (83.7±6.8), while the average test results of control group were ( 76 . 1 ± 7 . 2 ) , so the average test results of experimental group were higher than that of control group (P=0.000). In teaching satisfaction survey, 91.7%students were satisfied with the microteaching mode, and the satisfaction of experimental group were higher than that of control group (P=0.03). Conclusion The application of microteaching in experimental teaching of pathophysiology can improve students' experimental skills, increase students' interest in learning and improve the quality of pathophysiology teaching.
10.Congenital chloride diarrhea:one case report
Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2015;(4):309-311
ObjectiveTo discuss the clinical diagnosis, treatment and genetic diagnosis of congenital chloride diarrhea (CCD), a rare autosomal recessive disease. Methods One month old boy with persistent diarrhea, hypochloremia, hyponatremia, hypokalemia and metabolic alkalosis, his stool electrolyte testing, clinical treatment and follow-up, as well as his and his parents’ SLC26A3 gene mutation analysis were retrospectively analyzed. Results The fecal electrolyte testing showed that the levels of Cl- and K+ were increased and the level of Cl- was much higher than the sum of Na+ and K+. After replacement therapy with NaCl and KCl, the blood electrolyte recovered to normal. Follow-up 4 years, the boy had a normal growth and development. Mutation analysis onSLC26A3 gene showed there was a homozygous mutation of 239G>A and both his father and mother carried the same heterozygous mutation. This mutation was ifrst discovered in China. Conclusions The sequencing analysis ofSLC26A3 mutation may help to diagnosis CCD.
