Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2010;17(15):2071-2073
Objective To study the correlation between the polymorphism of Interferon γ( IFN-γ) ( + 874 T/A) gene and susceptibility to the development of lung cancer. Methods The polymorphism of IFN-7 gene( + 874 T/A) in 42 patients with lung cancer and 60 healthy control subjects was detected by using sequence-specific primers polymerase chain reaction( PCR-SSP) and their susceptibility to development of lung cancer was analyzed. Results The genotypic frequencies of AA of IFN -γ Gene( + 874 T/A) in the control group and the patient group were 0. 533, 0.786 .respectively and the genotypic frequency of AA in control group was significantly lower than that in the patient group ( P < 0. 01) , in contrast with which the genotypic frequencies of AT and TT in the control group were significantly higher than those in the patient group (P < 0. 01 ,P < 0.05). The A allele frequency of IFN-γ gene in the patient group was statistically higher compared with that in the control group(0. 869 vs. 0.7 ,P <0.01 ) ,in which the relative riskrate(RR) was 2.84,95%CI 1. 31 ~6.15 ,P<0. 01. Conclusion The polymorphism of IFN-γ gene ( +874 T/ A) could be associated with susceptibility to the development of lung cancer,so it could be considered one of the genetic markers to be used to early identify individuals at high risk of lung cancer.
2.Comparison of Hemostasis Mechanisms between Radix Rubiae and Charred Radix Rubiae
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(03):-
Objective: To explore the hemostasis mechanisms of Radix Rubiae and charred Radix Rubiae. Methods: The effects of Radix Rubiae and charred Radix Rubiae were compared in terms of the clotting time, bleeding time, blood platelets count and capillary permeability on mice, and the TT,PT and APTT on pathologicalbleeding models incurred by Heparin and Warfarin and rats. Results: Radix Rubiae and charred Radix Rubiaeall canrestrain the capillary permeability of abdominal cavity in mouse, and obviously shortenthe TT,PT and APTT of rat,but charred Radix Rubiae was more effective than Radix Rubiae. The large and small doses of Radix Rubiae and the large dose of charred Radix Rubiae can elevate the blood platelets count, and obviously antagonize Heparin and Warfarin, and Radix Rubiae was more effective than charred Radix Rubiae. Conclusion: Radix Rubiae has the hemostasis effect through elevating the blood platelets count and antagonizing Heparin and Warfarin, but charred Radix Rubiae through restraining the capillary permeability and shortening the TT,PT and APTT.They have different hemostasis mechanisms.
3.Progress in long non-coding RNA in hematopoiesis
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2016;25(9):572-576
Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) , which are closely related with human critical illness, can regulate gene expression and involve the physiological and pathological processes on epigenetic, transcriptional and post-transcriptional levels through several mechanisms. LncRNAs also play important regulation roles in the maturation and differentiation process of hematopoietic cell. Besides, in-depth exploration of their mechanism will provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of blood diseases.

6.Investigation progress of CaSR in cardiovascular system
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2010;26(2):409-413
Calcium sensing receptors (CaSR) is a member of super-family of G-protein coupling receptors. This review first introduced the concept, construction features, distribution, functions, decision methods, moderators, genetic locus of CaSR and its relationship with some diseases concisely. Then this article described the investigation progress of CaSR in cardiovascular system intensively, including the expression pattern, role and signal pathways of CaSR in rat myocardium in normal, ischemia-reperfusion injury, apoptosis and cardiac hypertrophy;the role and mechanism of CaSR in calcium homostasis regulation of rat myocardium, endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress and cardiac ischemic preconditioning and postconditioning. The metabolism rule, physiological significance and pathological action of polyamine in cardiac cells;the increase of CaSR expression in cardiac tissue of artherosclerosic rat and its effect on sensitivity to acute myocardial infarction are also discussed. In the end, the research perspective of CaSR in cardiovascular system was anticipated.

8.Latest advances of glucagon-like peptide-1 on polycystic ovary syndrome
Journal of Chinese Physician 2016;18(12):1908-1910
Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common endocrine metabolic disorder of reproductive age women, often accompanied by obesity, hyperandrogenism, hyperinsulinemia, insulin resistance (IR),and other metabolic syndrome (MS).Oxidative stress (OS) is considered as a potential inducing factor in the pathogenesis of PCOS at present.Glucagon-like peptide-1 (glp-1) receptor agonist and analogues as new therapeutic agents in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM),can lose weight, improve IR,resist OS and reduce the expression of inflammatory cytokines, thus they have been widely used in the clinical application of patients with PCOS.The author reviews the latest advances of glucagon-like peptide-1 on polycystic ovary syndrome.

Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2007;5(2):71-73
This paper summarizes and analyzes the needling sequences in clinical practice. It is concluded that between the cardinal acupoints and adjunct acupoints, the former ones are first needled; in the emergency conditions, the branch (biao) acupoints are first needled; in the chronic diseases, the root (ben) are first needled; as to several diseases, the first-happened disease is first treated; furthermore, the needling sequence also depends upon the treatment method, and the acupoints of special functions are first needled.
10.Effects of ATRA combined with trioxide arsenic and daunorubicin on CD11b expression of NB4 cells
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2009;18(2):72-74
Objective To explore the role of the change of the CD11b expression in hyperleukocytosis and acute promyelocytic leukemia(APL) differentiation syndrome, we observed the effects of all-trans retinoie acid(ATRA) and trioxide arsenic(ATO) alone or the combination together with daunorubicin (DNR) on CD11b expression of human APL cell line NB4 cells. Methods By using the mono-antibody of CD11b FITC-conjugated, we monitored the level of CD11b expression of NB4 cells by flow cytometry. Results With the length of the 1 μmol/L ATRA exposure, the CD11b expression was increased. Exposed to ATRA for 24 h, 48 h, 72 h and 168 h;the CD11b expression of NB4 cell was (33.34±3.15)%, (55.59±5.13)%, (86.08±5.12)% and (90.69±2.69)%, respectively which were higher than control group and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). With the length of the 1 μmol/L ATO exposure, the CD11b expression showed no significant difference with control group(P>0.05), but was significantly lower than that in ATRA exposure(P<0.01). Exposed to 1 μmol/L ATRA combined with 1 μmol/L ATO for 72 h and 168 h, the CD11b expression were (18.81±1.40)% and (25.61±4.54)%, which were significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05, P<0.01), but significantly lower than ATRA exposure (P<0.01). With the exposure to 1 μmol/L ATRA combined with 1 μmol/L ATO and 1 μmol/L DNR, the CD11b expression was also significantly lower than ATRA exposure (P<0.01) and showed no difference with control group (P>0.05). Conclusion By avoiding the increase of CD11b expression of promyelocytic leukemia cells, ATRA combined with ATO or two drugs together with DNR could play a role in eliminating incidence of hyperleukocytosis and retinoic acid syndrome.
