1.Causes and managements of dislocation after total hip arthroplasty
Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(03):-
[Objective] To approach the causes and managements of dislocation after total hip arthroplasty.[Methods]850 total hip arthroplasties were done in our department from 1996 to 2004,in which 7 cases experienced post-operative dislocation.Whith 4 males and 3 females, the average age was 67 years old.Causes and managements have been studied retrospectively through analysis of history, surgical approach, timing and direction of the dislocations and predisposing factors of the dislocations occurred.[Results]There wer 7 cases of dislocations of which 5 patients(71%)were primary cases and 2 patients(29%)were revision cases;4 patients(57%)had history of hip surgery;1 case had mental disorder after cerebral surgery.Direct lateral approach was used for all these patients, and only anterior dislocation was occurred in this group.Through study the AP X-rays postoperatively, the abduction angle were more than 55 degree in 2 of these cases. The time of dislocation was from right after operation to 27 months after operation;5 of them experienced their dislocation within 3 months after operation.Closed reduction and 6 weeks traction were selected for all these patients, and 6 of them were successful.Recurrent dislccation occurred twice in another one patient within 3 months after reduction, and the acetabular cup was loosened during closed reduction.A stable joint was achieved after revision and modifying the abduction angle of the cup.[Conclusion]Causative risk factors for dislocation after total hip arthroplasty include surgery history on the same hip, inability to comply with instructions of rehabilitation, approach of surgery and malposition of the prosthesis.Closed reduction and traction for 6-week afterwards are usually successful for most of the dislocated cases.Revision could be done in the base of analyzing the reasons for recurrent dislocation, and then stale joint could be achieved.

Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(05):-
[Objeetive]To report the repairing offect of cancellous bone defect with calcium sulphate.[Method]A defect 5mm in diameter and 12 mm in deep, which was drilled in the lateral aspect of rabbit lateral femoral condyle, was filled with CCaS(Citrated Calcium Sulphate)cylinder or Osteoset tablets respectively.Rabbits were killed 3,6,13 weeks after surgery. And then general oberservations and mechanical analyzing were conducted.[Result]After surgery, rabbits had good movements, spirits and eating, good healing of incision. There was no arthroedema and inflammatory response around the joints.Mechanical analyzing reports:both anticompressive strength and elasticity coefficient in the artificial bone repair bone defect area 3 weeks after surgery, were higher than in that of normal femur condyle;Anti-compressive strength and elasticity coefficient in the defect area 6 weeks, which drop comparing to 3 weeks, was lower than that of normal femur condyle;Anti-compressive strength and elasticity coefficient 13 weeks, which is higher than 6 weeks,is approaching normal.Mechanics intensity of two groups in the different time had no significant difference, but was significantly higher than one of the same time blank group.[Conclusion]To some extent,Calcium Sulphate has mechanical supportive effects on cancelloues bone defect in spite of the absorption and degradation of Calcium Sulphate. There is no significant difference between Citrated Calcium Sulphate and Osteoset tablets.

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2014;(10):1095-1098
Osteoarthritis ( OA) is a chronic joint disease characterized by degeneration of articular cartilage and changes of subchondral bone play an important role in the occurrence and development of OA .Recent studies have found that change in the struc-ture and mechanical properties of subchondral bone is one of the main pathological processes in OA .To confirm the role of subchondral bone in OA process can provide not only more details about the pathogenesis of OA , but also new targets for treatment .Early diagnosis and treatment of OA may be possible by detecting radiographic and genomics of subchondral bone .We review subchondral bone chan-ges andits role in OA process in aspects of biomechanics , biology, radiological and genomics .

To make a systematic analysis on literatures concerning traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) advices in Treatise on Febrile Diseases, and summarize the main connotations of traditional Chinese medicine advices, relevant TCM advices in Treatise on Febrile Diseases were collected, screened, compared, summarized and analyzed according to TCM dosage form preparation methods, TCM administration methods, medication contraindications and nursing after TCM administration. The literatures concerning medications in Treatise on Febrile Diseases were consulted, summarized and compared to standardize medicine advices and facilitate rational clinical application of TCMs. The standard medicine advices were as follows. The boiling water for TCMs shall be tap water and well water. The decoctions that have effects in promoting blood and meridians can be boiled with wine. The decoctions containing toxic components can be boiled with honey. Some TCMs shall be boiled with special methods, e. g. Herba Ephedra that could be boiled before other medicine and skimmed. Japonica rice could be added in decoctions to measure the duration of decoctions. Different dosages were required for different forms (litre, pill, medicine spoon). Administration times, temperature and frequency shall be adjusted according to target positions, functions and stage of illness. As for dietary contraindications during medication, thick porridges are recommended, where foods impacting medicine efficacy are prohibited. Regarding nursing after medication is important to recover physical functions, particularly warm porridges can go with diaphoretic recipes, while thick porridges can go with purgative recipes. And drug efficacies shall be defined by observing urine and excrements, and blood form. In conclusion, Treatise on Febrile Diseases is the first book that discusses TCM advices and records them in details. In this study, new standard medicine advices were proposed to provide important basis for improving clinical advices of TCMs and supports for developing the TCM dispensing technology.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2015;(9):138-140
The necessity to apply medical devices properly was introduced, and the present situation of the application of hospital medical devices were discussed from the aspects of overuse, abuse, operation and supervision. Some countermeasures were put forward to solve the problems in the application of hospital medical devices. It's pointed out that the application of hospital medical devices tends to be standardized with the progress of medical reformation, the attention on medical devices management, the supervision and etc.

Chinese Journal of Immunology 2000;0(11):-
Objective:To investigate the influence of IL-2 on the apoptosis of activated and inactivated lymphocytes. Methods:Selected an appropriate system as the model of activated lymphocytes by detecting the expression of Fas and FasL in two systems of one way MLR using RT-PCR. Detected the apoptosis of activated and inactivated lymphocytes after the stimulation of IL-2 with the methods of FITC-Annexin-V/PI staining. The resultaint change of membrane Fas was evaluated by FACS,and the lymphocytes from doner and acceptor were distinguished by CFSE staining. Results:To the inactivated spleen lymphocytes, exogenous IL-2 inhibited their apoptosis and the expression of Fas; while to the spleen lymphocytes activated by mixed lymphocyte reaction, exogenous IL-2 promoted their apoptosis and upregulated the expression of Fas, which did the same both to the doner cells and the acceptor cells.Conclusion:IL-2 can inhibit the apoptosis of inactivated lymphocytes, and promote the apoptosis of activated lymphocytes. These effects have something to do with the change of expression of Fas.

Objective To study the chemical constituents from mycelium of marine fungus Aspergillus versicolor. Methods The compounds were separated by column chromatography and their structures were elucidated based on chemical and spectral analysis. Results Seven compounds have been isolated from the acetone and methanol extracts from the mycelia of Aspergillus versicolor. Their structures were determined as sterigmatocystin (I), 6-methoxysterigmatocystin (II), averufin (III), tyrosine (IV), 3-methyl-pyrrolopiperazine-2, 5-dione (V), 3-isopropyl-pyrrolopiperazine-2, 5-dione (VI), carbamide (VII). Conclusion Compounds IV,V and VI were isolated for the first time from this genus of marine fungi.
