Objective To study the toxicity and mechanism of fullerene(C_(60))on human embryo liver L-02 cells.Methods L-02 cells were exposed to C_(60)suspension of different concentrations(0.00,1.25,2.50,5.00,10.00,20.00 and 40.00?g/ml)for 24 h,then the content of GSH and the activity of LDH,SOD were determined,the viability of cells with/without NAC was also compared.Results Compared to the control group,the viability of cells exposed to 1.25,2.50,5.00,10.00,20.00 and 40.00?g/ml C_(60)suspension decreased in a dose-dependent manner,and the differences were significant(P
2.Effect of leucosonurn combined psychological intervention on workers exposing benzene

Objective To explore the effect of combined use of schizophrenia combined with psychological intervention on benzene exposure to workers. Methods A total of 106 workers were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The 106 workers were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The workers were randomly divided into observation group and control group. 53 patients were given the observation group combined with the psychological intervention, given the control group placebo, 3 months after the intervention to compare the two groups of workers blood parameters, oxidation-antioxidant indicators and genetic damage indicators. Results The WBC and PLT were significantly increased after treatment (P<0.05 or P<0.01), while MDA and MN were significantly decreased (P<0.05). Conclusion Leucosonurn has some protective effects on blood system damage, oxidative damage and cytogenetic damage caused by exposure to benzene, and the combination of psychological intervention is beneficial to the early prevention of benzene poisoning.
3.Role of SDF-1/CXR4 axis in treatment of cerebral ischemia with endothelial progenitor cells

Studies in recent years have demonstrated that stromal cell-derived factor-1 SDF-1/CXCR4 axis plays an important role in the process of angiogenesis. The expression of SDF-1 in ischemic tissue increases during cerebral ischemia. It binds to CXCR4 receptor on the surface of endothelial progenitor cells EPCs, and thus promotes bone marrow-derived EPC mobilization, proliferation, and migration to the ischemic areas and homing. EPCs differentiate into mature endothelial cells in the ischemic region, promote the formation of new blood vessels, and thus irrlprove the blood supply to ischemic tissue. This article reviews the effect of SDF-1/CXCR4 axis in the treatment of cerebral ischemia with EPCs.

5.Relationship between reduced folate carrier gene methylation and methotrexate resistance

Tumor recurrence and drug resistance impact patients'therapeutic effect and prognosis seriously.In recent years,it has been found that epigenetic changes are involved in drug resistance.DNA methylation is one of the ways of epigenetic.DNA methylation of drug metabolism enzyme gene can affect gene's expression,leading to drug resistance.Methotrexate(MTX),a folic acid antagonist,is the most widely used drug in the treatment of malignant tumors,such as leukemia,osteosarcoma,head and neck cancer,and so on.Reduced folate carrier(RFC) is the main transporter cartier of MTX,and gene methylation is related to tumor cells'resistance to MTX.This paper reviews the role of RFC,relation of RFC methylation and methotrexate resistance and the factors of RFC methylation.
6.Prenatal diagnosis and intervention to fetal hydrothorax:five cases analysis

Objective To research the important of prenatal diagnosis and effect of intervention to fetal hydrothorax. Methods The cases of fetal hydrothorax (n=5) were obtained from the Shengjing Hospital,China Medical University between December 2014 and May 2015. All pregnancies were uncomplicated, excluded congenital organic and chromosomal abnormalities during prenatal diagnosis and with a 37 average gestational weeks. The case 1, 2, 4 were unilateral hydrothorax and the case 3, 5 were bilateral. We performed an antenatal thracocentesis to case 1, 2, 3. In case1, the hydrothorax increased rapidly after 5 days, and the patient underwent a cesarean section and ex utero intrapartum treatment (EXIT);in case 2, the fetal heart rate was decreased to 40-50 bpm suddenly during thracocentesis, and we performed an emergent cesarean section and EXIT for the patient; in case 3, the patient underwent thracocentesis and a meanwhile cesarean section and EXIT procedure. We performed a conservative management to case 4, 5, the hydrothorax resolved spontaneously during the pregnancy and after birth, both patients underwent cesarean section. Results All fetuses were survived, the neonates of case 1, 2 and 3 underwent assited mechanical ventilation, thoracic close drainage, then discharged after hydrothorax resolved and feeding tolerance;in case 4, there was no respiratory distress and hospital treatment;in case 5, the neonate underwent assited mechanical ventilation and conservative management, the hydrothorax has resolved gradually. Conclusions The prenatal diagnosis and antenatal intervention (thracocentesis) may play an important role in fetal hydrothorax treatment. In clinical, we should choose different plan according to the gestation weeks and classification of hydrothorax of the patient.
7.A study on the influencing factors of stroke patients′continuous rehabilitation care in the community

Objective To investigate the status of stroke patients′continuous rehabilitation care and it′s influencing factors in the community. Methods Questionnaires were used to investigate 174 stroke patients from 6 communities of Zhengzhou. Results The implementation of continuous care was not satisfactory. Occupation, medical payment method and medical resource utilization were important predicting factors. Conclusions In order to promote continuous rehabilitation care, the health resources should be fully used, the payment methods of the patients should be improved, and the occupational characteristics should be considered.
8.Application of service-learning pattern in clinical nursing teaching in Obstetric department

Objective To investigate the application effect of service-learning pattern in clinical nursing teaching in Obstetric department. Methods A total of 113 nursing students in Obstetric department were randomly divided into two groups:57 were trained with traditional clinical nursing teaching method as the control group, 56 with service-learning teaching method as the experimental group. All students were examined for comprehensive assessment, including professional theory, professional operation and comprehensive quality after their training. At the same time, the clinical teaching satisfaction of nursing students were surveyed. Results There was no statistical difference in exam results between two groups of nursing students after training(P>0.05). However, the experimental group had higher achievements in professional operation and comprehensive quality after their training than the control group (35.24 points vs. 32.10 points, 16.27 points vs. 14.05 points), as well as, the clinical teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(96.42% vs. 89.60% ), the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions Service-learning pattern can significantly improve the clinical teaching effect of undergraduate nursing students in Obstetric department.
9.Participation of Anticoagulant Professional Pharmacist in the Medication for a Pulmonary Embolism Pa-tient with Warfarin Resistance

Objective: To discuss the therapeutic regimen for warfarin resistant patients with the help of clinical pharmacists. Methods:The pharmacist analyzed the cause of warfarin resistance and provided the dose adjustment for a pulmonary embolism pa-tient. Results:The genotype of the patient was identified as VKORC1-1639AG by gene test. The patient was diagnosed as hereditary warfarin resistance excluding other causes. With the assistance of pharmacist, the problem of warfarin resistant was solved. Conclu-sion:For warfarin resistant patients, clinical pharmacists must definite the reason of warfarin resistant firstly and then carry out the therapeutic strategy. Gene detection may be used as an important guide for warfarin resistance.

Hypoxia-induced factors(HIFs)are the main regula-tors for the response of hypoxic environment.They are involved in hypoxia-related lung tissue cell damage and abnormal cell pro-liferation,among which,HIF-1αand HIF-2αplay the most im-prominant roles.This paper reviews the current researches of HIF-1αand HIF-2α,focusing on their structural and functional similarities and diversities,as well as their roles in the patho-genesis of hypoxic pulmonary hypertension.
