1.Application effect of hyperbaric oxygen in the patients with optic atrophy and influence for the hemodynamic parameters
International Eye Science 2015;(1):46-48
?AlM: To observe the application effect of hyperbaric oxygen in the patients with optic atrophy and influence degree for the hemodynamic parameters.?METHODS: Fifty patients with optic atrophy in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were objected, they were randomly divided into control group ( conventional optic atrophy treatment group ) and observation group ( conventional treatment and hyperbaric oxygen treatment group ) , each group was 25 cases. Statistical analysis of two group before and after treatment eyesight, vision acuity, visual field defect and ophthalmic artery, central retinal artery blood flow parameters were undergone.?RESULTS: The sight, visual field sensitivity and field vision defect of observation group were all better than those of control group at first, second and third course after the treatment, arteriae ophthalmica and arteriae centralis retinae EDV and PSV were all higher than those of control group, Pl and Rl were all lower than those of control group were all significant differences (P<0. 05).? CONCLUSlON: The application effect of hyperbaric oxygen in the patients with optic atrophy is better, and the influence of treatment method for the ocular hemodynamic parameters are more active.

3.Research update on bleomycin-induced systemic sclerosis
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(06):-
Systemic Sclerosis(SSc) is a fibrotic disease characterized by immunological abnormalities, vascular injury and increased accumulation of extracellular matrix. The etiology has not been fully elucidated yet,so we need to establish a suitable animal model for research. This review is to introduce murine model of bleomycin-induced SSc,and summarize research works on the pathogenesis and treatment of SSc based on this model.
4.Study on the Medical Humanistic Quality Education
Chinese Medical Ethics 2017;30(4):516-520
Compareing domestic and foreign medical humanistic quality education, this paper analyzed the reason for the lack of medical humanistic quality and put forward countermeasures aiming at the reform of medical humanistic quality education in medical colleges and universities through learning from the practice and experience of foreign medical humanistic quality education. There countermeasure include:reforming the concept of medical humanistic Character education, innovateing the model of medical humanistic quality education, increaseing the construction of humanities quality curriculum system, training the professional skill of medical humanistic quality, establishing the evaluation-oriented effect system, exploreing the new model of modern medical professional education and medical humanistic quality education actively, and reconstructing the systematic system of medical humanisticing quality education.
5.Comparison of Fluid Expansion Effects Between Two Plasma Substitutes and Their Effects on Blood Coagulation Activity
China Pharmacy 1991;0(05):-
OBJECTIVE:To draw a comparison between 6% Hetastarch(H)and Succinylated Gelatin(G)in fluid expansion and their effects on blood coagulation activity.METHODS:A total of 60 surgery patients who needed volume expansion with colloid fluid were randomized to H group and G group.According to the design, the same dose of H and G were infused into the patients. Before and after infusion, the vital signs were monitored and the venous blood samples were taken for the determination of indexes of coagulation, fibrinolysis and electrolyte.RESULTS:There were no significant differences in the vital signs between two groups. After volume expansion, blood platelets counts in two groups were significantly decreased, much as in H group. And the APTT in H group had been significantly prolonged. In group G,only FIB decreased significantly. After volume expansion, free Ca2+ and total Ca2+ were decreased in both groups.Low level of K+ in group G was noted following diluti-on,and Cl-in group H increased significantly.CONCLUSION:Both group showed good volume expansion effects and stable fi-brinolytic function.Hyperchloremia should be alert in group H,and if necessary,Ca2+ should be promptly added in two groups.
6.Human Centered Service Idea
Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(06):-
We should foster the students'service idea of human centered, make them to be skillful and have morals. Thus they could serve patients with enthusiasm, win the praise of patients by reasonable charge and smallest wound.
7.The Effects of Antagonist of Angiotensin II Receptors on Rat Acute Pancreatitis
Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(01):-
Objective To explore the effects of antagonist of angiotensin II(Ang II) receptors on acute pancreatitis(AP) of rats. Methods The Sprague-Dawley rats were divided randomly into normal group, AP group, AP+lower dose of valsartan(5mg/kg) group , AP+higher dose of valsartan(8mg/kg) group, lower dose of valsartan group and higher dose of valsartan group, and each group containing 6 animals. AP animal models were induced by intraperitoneal injection of cerulein. Valsartan was given by intragastric administration. The histopathological changes of pancreas were observed and scored, and the pancreatic edema was evaluated. The levels of plasma amylase (AMY) and pancreatic myeloperoxidase (MPO) were measured. Results Compared with AP group, the pathologic lesions of pancreas and pancreatic edema decreased in the group AP+ valsartan, and the levels of plasma AMY and MPO also reduced. Conclusion Pretreatment with antagonist of angiotensin II receptors in rat acute pancreatitis can markedly reduce pancreatic injury and inflammation.

9.Long-term care policy in Japan and its implications for China
Chinese Journal of Health Policy 2014;(4):55-61
This paper reviews the long-term care policy in Japan and discusses successes and challenges in order to provide policy guidelines for China. All Japanese adults aged 65 or over are covered by the long-term care in-surance ( LTCI) program and are eligible for both in-home and institutional-care services following a thorough, sys-tematic care certification process. The program is financed by a mix of general tax revenues from the three levels of gov-ernment , income-tested premiums, and standardized co-payments. A key success of the policy is its universal and compre-hensive coverage. Notwithstanding this success, increasing costs remain a challenge as Japan’s population ages and the number of LTCI users increases. Learning from the experience of Japan, China should establish a long-term care system, which covers all the aged population, mainly focuses on in-home care, and qualifies social funding to invest.
10.Sources and Influencing Factors of Children Blood Lead in China
Journal of Environment and Health 2007;0(07):-
Lead is a kind of poisonous heavy metal which is widely existed in our environment. It is so harmful for children’s health. The whole society has paid much attention to this problem all the time. Blood lead level is an important index which can measure how seriously children have been exposed to lead. By consulting the papers on the studies of children's blood lead levels, the sources and influencing factors of blood lead levels of children in China were reviewed in the present paper, meanwhile, some suggestions were provided to decrease the lead contact probability and improve children's health.
