1.Study of electrocardiograph in differential diagnosis of pulmonary embolism
Clinical Medicine of China 2008;24(4):341-343
Objective To explore the characteristics, application and significance of electrocardiogragh (ECG)in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of pulmonary embolism(PE)by contrasting the ECG of PE and several diseases with similiar clinical features. Methods A total of 364 cases were enrolled in this study, including 197 cases of PE,70 cares of coronary artery disease(CAD)with congestive heart failure(CHF),47 cases of essential hypertension(EH)with CHF,and 50 cases of acute lung injury/acute respiratory distress syndrome(ALI/ARDS).The ECG of these 364 PE cases were analyzed. Results The rates of axle right drift, lockward rotation, right bundle branch block and pulmonary P wave,V1 lead s-wave were higher than control groups, with significant difference.Bates of S1Q3T3,disposition of T wave in chest lead were the highest in PE group, with significant difference. Conclusion The main appearances of ECG in PE patients hint the heavy load of right ventricular and coronary ischemia.Perhaps S1Q3T3 is the appearance of axle right drift. The sensitivity and speciality of every feature is not good enough to diagnosis or differential diagnosis;dynamic observation of ECG is of great significance to the diagnosis of PE.
3.Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy for acute and chronic cholecystitis
Journal of Clinical Hepatology 2017;33(5):838-842
Acute and chronic cholecystitis is often complicated by gallstones. With the rapid development of modern surgery, especially the renovation in surgical concepts, techniques, and methods represented by noninvasive surgery, surgery becomes the most important method for the treatment of such disease. However, surgical treatment is also limited by different disease stages, disease onset status, and individual factors. As an indispensible part of the whole treatment system for such disease,non-surgical treatments, especially integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy, still have unique advantages. This article briefly summarizes the history of the treatment of acute and chronic cholecystitis and related hot topics and controversies,as well as the concepts and methods of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy.
4. Effects of diallyl trisulfide on cell cycle and apoptosis of human osteosarcoma cell line Saos-2
Tumor 2013;33(3):214-222
Objective: To investigate the effects of DATS (diallyl trisulfide) on cell proliferation, cell cycle and apoptosis of human osteosarcoma cell line Saos-2, and to explore their potential molecular mechanisms. Methods: Saos-2 cells were treated with 25, 50 and 100 μmol/L DATS for 24, 48, 72, and 96 h. The change of cell morphology was observed under an inverted microscope. The effect of DATS on the proliferation of Saos-2 cells was detected by MTT assay. After treatment with DATS at desired concentrations for various time intervals, the cell cycle and apoptotic rate of Saos-2 cells were analyzed by flow cytometry. The expressions of DATS-sensitive proteins in Saos-2 cells were systematically detected using 2-DE (two-dimensional gel electrophoresis) and mass spectrometry analysis. Results: DATS could inhibit the proliferation of Saos-2 cells in a dose- and time-dependent manner. Moreover, DATS could arrest the cell cycle at phase G0/G1 and induce the apoptosis in a time- and concentrationdependent manner. A total of 27 unique DATS-sensitive proteins, including 18 downregulated proteins and 9 upregulated proteins, were found in Saos-2 cells. Conclusion: DATS can suppress the proliferation of Saos-2 cells by blocking cell cycle progression and inducing apoptosis. The results of proteomics not only suggest the anticarcinogenic mechanism of DATS, but also provide a novel insight into the therapeutic targets for gene therapy of osteosarcoma. Objective To observe the effects of Shenqi Bufeitang on expessions of metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1) in the airway remodeling of COPD rat model with lung-Qi deficiency syndrome. Methods Quantitative stimulation with tobacco,SO2 and papin was made to establish COPD rat model with lung-Qi deficiency syndrome. Sixty male rats were randomly divided into normal group (N),model group (M),low dose treatment group (LT),medium dose treatment group (MT),high dose treatment group (HT) and glucocorticoid treatment group (GCT). The thicknesses of the airway wall and smooth muscle layer of the small airway were measured by means of image analyzer. The protein expressions of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 were examined by immunohistochemical analysis. Results The protein expressions of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in brouch us and lung and the thinknesses of the airway wall and smooth muscle layer in M group were significanthly higher than those in N group (P

Objective To study the correlation between scan orientation and the detectability of rotator cuff injury. Methods Different scan orientations of magnetic resonance imaging of the rotator cuff injury were analyzed in high magnetic field in 103 patients. Results The supraspinatus tendon and signal abnormities were obtained in 103 patients, the infraspinatus tendon and signal abnormities in 53 patients, subscapular tendon and signal abnormities in 18 patients, knolls tendon and signal abnormities in 15 patients. The oblique coronal MR imaging was clearest in supraspinatus tendon, while at the axial images was clearest in infraspinatus tendon. Conclusion Rotator cuff and the surrounding tissue injury could be clearly scanned in high magnetic field, the detectability of rotator cuff injury depended on different scan orientations of magnetic resonance imaging.

Journal of International Oncology 2015;42(2):150-152
Obesity increases the risk of ovarian cancer, and it is associated with the poor prognosis of ovarian cancer. Its pathogenic mechanism may be associated with the increased level of serum estrogen, insulin and insulin-like growth factors-1 induced by obesity and a variety of adipocytokines, which has an impact on the therapeutic result and prognosis of ovarian cancer.Maintaining a proper weight may prevent the development of ovarian cancer.

Chinese Journal of Orthopaedic Trauma 2002;0(04):-
Objective To evaluate the effects of hypogastric artery ligation to treat massive hemorrhage in pelvic fractures with abdominal organ injuries. Methods The pelvic fractures of 16 patients were classified as Tile B type in 10 cases and C type in 6. Among them there were 6 open fractures and 20 sites of abdominal visceral injuries. The capacity of retroperitoneal hematoma, which was ruptured in 6 cases, ranged from 800 ~2 500ml with 1 400ml on average. The bleeding volume in the survivals was 1 500~5 800ml with 2 600ml on average. Ligation of bilateral hypogastric artery was carried out in all patients with intra abdominal injuries within 6h. Of them, skeletal traction was used in 7 cases while pelvic external fixation in 5 cases. Results One death occured dut to consumptive coagulopathy with hematorrhea. Of the 15 survivals, bleeding was controlled in 8 cases, decreased in 5 and uncontrolled in 2. The effective rate was 81.3%(13/16) and the survival rate 93.8%(15/16). Conclusion When emergency celiotomy is performed for abdominal injuries, a rational application of hypogastric artery ligation can play a positive role in control of pelvic hematorrhea.
