1.Comparison of Biliary Composition between Cholesterol Polyps and Cholesterol Gallstones Patients
Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2005;0(08):-
Objective To investigate the difference in biliary composition between cholesterol polyps and cholesterol gallstones patients. Methods Totally 20 patients with cholesterol polyps(CP group),20 cases of cholesterol gallstones(CG group),and 10 adults without hepatobiliary diseases(control) were enrolled in this study.HITACHI-7060 automatic biochemistry analyzer was employed to determine the concentration of total bile acid(TBA),phospholipid(PL),and total cholesterol(TC) of the patients.Glycoprotein was detected by colorimetric method.Free Ca2+ and pH value were anlyzed using ORION-720A ionic acidimeter. And the contents of 8 conjugated bile acids in gallbladder bile were determined by using Agilent-1100 high performance liquid chromatography. Results The conentration of TC,cholesterol saturation index(CSI),and the ratio of(TCA+GCA)/(TCDCA+GCDCA+GDCA+TDCA) of the CP and CG groups were significantly higher than those of the control [TC:(14.0?0.5) mmol/L and(18.6?1.2) mmol/L vs(9.1?0.8)mmol/L,P
2.Comparative analyses of advanced gastric cancer on different chemotherapeutic protocols
Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2015;14(6):450-452
Objective A total of 86 cases with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into XELOX(capecitabine plus oxaliplatin) and FOLFOX4 (5-fluorouracil,leucovorin,and oxaliplatin)groups (n =43 each). The immediate efficacies were evaluated by the criteria of Response Evaluation Criteria In Solid Tumors (RECIST).Adverse reactions were compared between two groups. The overall effective rate were 56% and 51% in XELOX and FOLFOX4 groups. And there was no significant inter-group difference (P > 0.05).The incidences of myelosuppression and nausea, vomiting in XELOX group were lower than those in FOLFOX4 group (P < 0.05).And other adverse reactions had no inter-group statistical difference (P > 0.05).Both chemotherapies were comparable in immediate efficacies for advanced gastric cancer. However,XELOX chemotherapy had a lower incidence of adverse reactions and it is more tolerable and compliant for patients.

4.Expression of integrin linked kinase in obstructive nephropathy with renal tubular acidosis
Chongqing Medicine 2014;(34):4579-4580,4583
Objective To observe integrin linked kinase(ILK)expression in obstructive nephropathy with renal tubular acidosis, and investigate the function of renal tubular acidosis on renal interstitial fibrosis. Methods 75 rate were divided into control group and unilateral ureteral obstruction(unilateral ureteral obstruction(UUO,n=25)group,and other 50 rats in UUO group.UUO group was divided into renal tubular acidosis (UUO1 group,n=31)group and non-renal tubular acidosis(UUO2,n=19)group,re-nal function and histology test was carried at the same time.7,14,21,28 days later after operation, the rats were killed in batches, then measured the expression of ILK in renal tissue by immunohistochemistry and western blot. Results Inflammatory cell infiltra-tion and interstitial fibrosis of UUO1 group were more serious under the light microscope than that of UUO2 group;there was only a small amount of ILK protein expression in control group, almost no FN protein deposition, expression of ILK and FN protein pre-cipitation of UUO2 group increased, and UUO1 group was more than UUO2 group. Conclusion In obstructive nephropathy, renal tubular acidosis can up-regulate expression of ILK and FN sedimentation, then lead to interstitial fibrosis promotion.

6.Attention Span in Patients with Brain Injury
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2009;15(8):776-777
Objective To investigate the attention span in patients with brain injury. Methods Twenty-seven patients with brain injury and 34 normal adults who were matched in age and in years of education were tested with visual span and digit span to assess the attention span. The score relies on the max number that the subject can answer correctly. Results Both visual span and auditory span in the patients were significantly less than that in control group (P<0.01), but they were not significantly correlated (P>0.05).Conclusion The visual span and auditory span were impaired in different degree in patients with brain injury.
7.Sustained Attention and Vigilance in Patients with Brain Injury
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2007;13(10):907-909
Objective To investigate the sustained attention and vigilance in patients with brain injury. Methods Twenty-seven patients with brain injury and 34 normal adults who were matched in age and years of education were tested with Continuous Performance Task(CPT) to assess sustained attention and vigilance. The variables included hit number(correct response number),omission number, commission number, and the average reaction time and the difference of reaction time between the first and the last stage. Results The hit number of the patients was much less than that of the control group(P<0.01).The omission number was significantly more than that in the control group(P<0.01),but the commission number did not significantly differ from the control group(P>0.05).The average reaction time and the difference between the reaction time of the first and last stages in patients increased significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion The sustained attention and vigilance are impaired in patients with brain injury.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2011;10(12):1434-1436
It is necessary to carry out bilingual teaching in medical vocational education. However, there are many difficulties of bilingual education, such as paying insufficient attention to bilingual education in the schools, the lack of bilingual education teachers and unevenness of students in English. In order to solve the problems the medical vocation schools should develop policies and methods of bilingual education and enhance bilingual teacher training and increase the investment of both hardware and software for bilingual teaching.

China Pharmacy 2007;0(26):-
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the distribution characteristics and antibiotic resistance of clinically isolated pathogenic bacteria in our hospital.METHODS: The pathogenic bacteria isolated from July 2005 to June 2007 were analyzed in respect of the distribution characteristics of bacteria and antibiotic resistance.RESULTS: Phlegm and blood samples showed the highest isolating rates of bacteria, predominantly the Gram-positive cocci. The detection rates of the multidrug resistant bacteria such as MRSA,Meticillin-resistant CN-S,ESBLs-producing escherichia coli, and Klebsiella pneumonia showed an uptrend, and some of the antibacterials were found to be highly resistant to antibiotics.CONCLUSION: It is imperative to tighten monitoring on pathogenic bacteria distribution and antibiotic resistance of clinically isolated pathogenic bacteria and strengthen the rational and standard use of antibiotics.

Chinese Journal of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging 2017;37(7):392-394
Objective To evaluate the value of SPECT/CT for detecting the causes of lumbago in post-lumbar spinal fusion patients. Methods From January 2009 to December 2015, 53 patients (31 males, 22 females, age: (42.3±5.3) years) with lumbago after lumbar spinal fusion, without positive CT and digital radiography (DR) findings, were included in this study and were further examined by SPECT/CT imaging. The final diagnosis was made according to clinical symptoms, multimodality imaging findings, and treatment outcome. All patients were followed up for at least 6 months. Results Thirty-eight patients had positive findings with SPECT/CT imaging, including 23 patients with screw loosening, 6 patients with lumbar fusion cage aseptic inflammation and 9 patients with impingement. The other 15 patients had negative results. The diagnostic sensitivity of SPECT/CT for detecting causes of lumbago was 71.7% (38/53). The diagnostic sensitivity and positive predictive value of SPECT/CT for complications caused by internal fixators were both 100% (38/38). Conclusion SPECT/CT scanning could be a clinical valuable tool for inspecting the cause of lumbago in post-lumbar spinal fusion patients.
