Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2016;36(6):60-62
Objective To study the effect of linezolid on serum myocardial enzyme and cerebrospinal fluid lactate dehydrogenase (CSF LDH) in intracranial infection mice. Methods The seventy-five mice were divided into five groups randomly: control group, model group, linezolid of high, medium and low dose group. The model of intracranial infection was established by injecting staphylococcus aureus into mice cranium. The mice in linezolid group were treated with different doses of linezolid, the control group and model group were treated with physiological saline. After 15 days with drug, detect the serum myocardial enzyme and CSF LDH level. Results The myocardial enzyme and CSF LDH level of model group were higher than control group obviously (P<0.01); compared with the model group, the myocardial enzyme and CSF LDH level of low dose group have no diffrence;the myocardial enzyme and CSF LDH level of medium dose group were reduced (P<0.05);the high dose group has an obvious reduction in myocardial enzyme and CSF LDH (P<0.01).And the myocardial enzyme and CSF LDH level of high dose group were lower than the low dose group significantly ( P <0.01 ) . Conclusion Linezolid has an exact effect on intracranial infection caused by staphylococcus aureus, with significant dose-effect relationship.

60 y),with 30 people in each group. Blood were collected from the 90 people and measured for the serum concentration of bFGF by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent as- say. Statistical analysis was then performed to see whether differences exit in values among groups. Results: The mean serum level of the bFGF in the 90 healthy human subjects was 31.24?15.80 pg/ml. The concentration of the bFGF in the old-aged group was significantly lower than those in the youth and the middle-aged group, regardless of the male and female(all P
4.The effect of NOS inhibitors on fetal rat neuron apoptosis during intrauterine distress and childhood's learning and memory
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2003;0(06):-
Objective:Evaluating the effect of nitric oxide synthase(NOS) inhibitors on fetal rat neuron apoptosis during intrauterine distress and childhood's learning and memory.Methods:① Set up fetal rat intrauterine distress model.②Divide into the control group, reperfusion group, treatment group [injected N omega-nitro-L-arginine(L-NNA) 4mg/kg into pregnant rat's abdomen before ischemia and injected aminoguanidine(AG) 500mg/kg before operation],long-term observation group Ⅰ?Ⅱ?Ⅲ(the part of rats in control group, reperfusion group, treatment group were performed cesarean section on pregnant 19 days and bred to 40 day of age after delivery).③Measuring the content of cytochrome c in cytosol and examined the ability of learning and memory function.Results:①The content of cytochrome c in reperfusion group(6/12/24h) and treatment group(6/12/24h) were higher than those in the control group(P0.05).(3) Crossing platform times in long-term observation groupⅡ were fewer than those in long-term observation group Ⅰ?Ⅲ(P 0.05).Conclusion:NOS inhibitors play a obvious protective role in long-term intelligence of fetal rat after delivery through relieved neuron apoptosis during hypoxic ischemia encephalopathy.NOS inhibitors can be a valuable therapy method in intrauterine distress treatment.
5.Department of a in Vitro Culture System of Osteoblasts Isolated from Juvenile Rabbit Periosteum
Journal of Kunming Medical University 1989;0(01):-
We have developed a in vitro culture system of osteoblasts isolated from juvenile rabbit periosteum. The cultivation could be served as an osteoblast biological model. The newly developed method has the following advantages: (a) The periosteum is easy to obtain. (b) The periosteal cambium layer contains a great deal of osteoblasts. (c) The procedure of isolating osteoblasts from periosteum is less complex than that from bone tissue. The cultivation could be regarded as a useful technique for studying the metabolism and osteogenic capacity of osteoblasts in vitro.
6.Morphologic Observation and Biological Behavior Research of Rabbit periosteal Osteoblasts Incubated in Vitro
Journal of Kunming Medical University 1990;0(02):-
We developed a culture system of osteoblasts isolated from juvenile rabbit periosteum. Having referred to certain reports about osteoblasts qualifying method, authors have performed an experimental study on morpology, histochemistry and biological properties of cultured cells. This study confirmed that the cultured cells are typical osteoblasts characteristics of:(a). Under the light microscope, the cultured cells conformed to osteoblasts morphologically; (b). Under the electron microscope, their ultrastructure was similar to those of osteoblasts——sunken muclei, dilatation of rough endoplasmic reticulum, a great deal of mitochondrion, secretory vacuole and electron dence substance in cytoplasm; (c). Rabbit periosteal osteoblasts in culture still maintain high AKP (alkaline phosphatase) activities;(d). The cultured cells have certain capacity of calcification in vitro. The cultivation could be used biologically to study characte ristics of bone metabolism, to probe into osteogenic capacity of implanting cells in vivo. Osteoblastic studies could, clinically and experimentally, be based on the culture system described in this paper.
7.Distribution and drug susceptibility testing in patients with hospital-acquired Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2014;(23):3230-3231,3238
Objective To study the distribution characteristics and the drug susceptibility testing in the patients with hospital-acquired Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PA)infection to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods The sputum specimens from 484 cases of hospital-acquired infection were performed the bacterial culture identification and the drug susceptibility testing for studying the Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection situation and the drug sensitivity characteristics. Results Among 484 cases of hos-pital-acquired pneumonia,389 strains of Gram-negative bacilli were detected out, accounting for 80.37%,Pseudomonas aeruginosa was predominant,207 strains were detected out, accounting for 42.77%;95 strains were Gram-positive cocci, accounting for 19.63%.the constituent ratio of Gram-negative bacilli and Gram-positive cocci had the statistical difference (χ2 = 354.38,P =0.000,P <0.05).The Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection revealed the increasing trend;in the age distribution, the majority were the elderly aged more than 51 years old, accounting for 42.51%;the drug susceptibility testing showed that cefuroxime, ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin and ticarcillin/clavulanic acid had the higher resistance rates, which reached 96.6%,65.3%,49.3% and 49.3% re-spectively,imipenem-resistant strains was not found. Conclusion Pseudomonas aeruginosa is an important bacterium of hospital-ac-quired bacterial infections,multi-drug resistance is common, the antimicrobial drugs should be rationally used during clinical treat-ment course according to the drug susceptibility testing.
