Objective: To investigate the effect of Xingtong Oral Solution on cardiac hemodynamics and myocardial oxygen consumption in dogs.Methods: The coronary blood flow and cardiac outpout were measured by electromagnetic flowmeter. The internal pressure of left ventricle was determined by carrier amplifier. And the blood oxygen content was also determined by oximeter. Results: Xintong Oral Solution can raise the internal pressure of left ventricle, enhance the work of left ventricle and reduce the peripheral resistance. Conclusion: Xintong Oral Solution can obviously reduce myocardial oxygen consumption and coronary resistance. It is also to give protection to myocardial ischemia.

Objective To study the clinical effect of cemented long stem prosthesis and memory alloy embracing fixator in the treatment of type B2 periprosthetic fractures.Methods Fom April 2014 to April 2016,102 cases of peripheral B2 periprosthetic fractures patients were selected and randomly divided into bone cement long stem prosthesis revision surgery(group A) and revision of cemented long stem prosthesis combined with memory alloy embracing fixator(group B),each group with 51 cases.Clinical efficacy was evaluated according to Beals and Tower criteria,used Harris score to evaluate the hip the joint function,used the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) score to evaluate the pain,after follow-up of 40 months,the clinical curative effect of 2 groups of patients,fracture healing time,complications and Harris score and VAS score were observed.Results The excellent rate of B group was significantly higher than that of A group,with statistical significance(90.2% vs.72.5%,χ2=5.239,P<0.05).Fracture healing time of group B was shorter than that of group A,with statistically significant ((10.2±2.5) weeks vs.(21.3±8.9) weeks,t=8.575,P<0.05).Harris the score of group B was higher than the group A,with statistically significant((89.9±13.5) points vs.(71.2±18.9) points,t=5.750,P<0.05).VAS score of group B was significantly lower than the group A,with statistically significant((1.23±0.25) points vs.(5.98±1.08) points,t=30.600,P<0.05).There were no complications such as infection,nonunion,loss of reduction and loosening of internal fixation in the 2 groups.Conclusion Revision of cemented long stem prosthesis combined with memory alloy embracing fixator is an ideal methods for the treatment of type B2 periprosthetic femoral fractures,which provides a good initial stability for fracture healing.

This paper compares invasive positive pressure ventilation technology with noninvasive one. Sequential mechanical ventilation technology comes into being recently, which is analyzed according to its clinical application.

Objective To test the content of menthol in Chuanbei Pipa Syrup(CPS)by GC, and to evaluate its quality. Meth-ods The content of menthol in CPS was determined by capillary gas chromatography. DB-WAX capillary column (30 m ×0. 319 mm × 0. 50μm) was used with nitrogen as carrier gas. The precolumn pressure was 500 kPa and the column temperature was at 110 ℃ with split ratio of 25 : 1. The temperature was set at 250℃ for sample injection and for the detector. Results The content of menthol in CPS produced by Henan Pharmaceutical Co. , Ltd. , Zhengzhou Pharmaceutical Co. , Ltd. and Yunan Pharmaceutical Co. , Ltd. was 0. 154 mg/mL, 0. 203 mg/mL and 0. 109 mg/mL, respectively. Of them, the men-thol content in CPS produced by Zhengzhou Pharmaceutical Co. , Ltd. met the requirements of Pharmacopoeia(2005 edition), and that of the other two species was slightly lower. Conclusion The methods are convenient, reliable and accurate for the de-termination of menthol content in Chuanbei Pipa Syrup.

Objective　To improve the recognition of the imaging appearances of inflammatory pseudotumors of the spleen (IPS), 3 cases with IPS were reported. Methods　The US (n=3), CT (n=3) and MRI (n=1) findings of IPS were reviewed and correlated with the pathologic findings. Results　On US, a well-defined solitary mass with heterogeneous echo texture was found in all 3 cases. A hyperechoic rim with associated acoustic shadowing was shown in 1 case. In all of the 3 cases in nonenhanced CT scanning, a well-defined hypoattenuated mass was found. One had a calcified egg-shell-like rim; On the venous/delayed phase of enhanced CT after contrast administration in 2 cases, slight/marked enhancement was shown. On nonenhanced MRI in 1 case, the mass was shown as heterogeneous hypointensity on T1- and T2- weighted images. Conclusion　IPS should be included in the differented diagnosis of solitary mass lesion of spleen. The imaging findings depend on the variable proportions of fibrous and granulomatous components within the lesion. IPS was characterized by well-defined solitary mass on sonogram, delayed enhancement on enhanced CT, and hypointensity on T2 weighted MR images.

Radiotherapy is an importment local treatment for non-small cell tung cancer. In recent years,with the development of molecular biology and radiotherapy technique and the update of equipment,radiation pattern with different doses segmentation and the concept of the combined therapy including radiotherapy and chemotherapy have been applied in clinic gradually,which get better effects.

ObjectiveTo explore the effect of problem-based health education on self-care ability and psychological situation of gynecological cancer patients after surgery.Methods68 cases after gynecological cancer from January 2009 to December 2011 in our department for treatment were chosen.By taking mechanical sampling method,45 cases were randomly set as the observation group,which took problem-based health education.Other 23 cases were set as the control group,which adopted general health education model.The effect of health education was compared between two groups.ResultsIn the observation group,the self-care skills score was (20.4±5.8),self-responsibility score(27.6±9.4),the self-concept score (15.7±8.3) and self-care ability score (111.6± 20.3),significant higher than those of the control group,which were (11.6± 4.4 ),( 17.3 ± 6.5 ),(7.4 ± 5.1 ) and (53.2 ± 12.8).The SAS score was (1 1.6 ± 4.4) and SDS score was (17.3± 6.5) in the observation group,significantly lower than (20.4 ± 5.8) and (27.6± 9.4) of the control group.ConclusionsApplication of problem-based health education in gynecological cancer patients can significanfly improve their self-care capacity and patients＇ anxiety and depression.

Objective: To explore the preparation process for Tibetan medicine Anshen Pills. Methods: Comparing the preparation process of Tibetan medicine extracted by SFE CO 2 with that extracted by pertroleum ether and analyzing chemical components of their extracts by GC/MS. Results: The method of SFE CO 2 is superior to extractive method by pertroleum ether. The former has higher extraction ratio and shorter extraction time without residues of chemical solvent. Conclusion: The process of SFE CO 2 is suitable for the preparation of Tibetan medicine Anshen Pills.

Objective To study histological and cytological characteristics of malignant mesothelioma of the peritoneum by needle biopsy. Methods Needle biopsy specimens of 19 cases of malignant mesothelioma of the peritoneum were studied with pathological, cytological, histochemical and immunohistochemical staining examination. Results Of 19 cases, 12 were males and 7 were females, with a mean age of 58.1 years. Histopathlogical examination of needle biopsy specimens revealed that 10 of them were tubulopapillary. 3 undifferentiated. 1 signet ringoid cell, 1 small cell, 2 of low-grade malignant cystic cell and 2 of myofibroblastic cell types. 16 cases were positive by cytology smear but 3 negative. Immunohistochemical staining showed that the neoplastic cells of all cases were positive for keratin, vimentin, EMA, antimesothelial cell antigen and CI but negative for HCI. Conclusion The diagnosis of malignant mesothelioma of the peritoneum can be established by its clinical manifestation, combined with pathological, cytological, histochemical staining and immunohisitochemical staining of specimens obtained by ultrasound guided needle biopsy.

Objective To study the clinicopathologic features and prognosis of low-grade malignant cystic mesothelioma of the peritoneum (LGMCMP). Methods 25 cases of LGMCMP were analyzed retrospectively on their clinicopathologic features and immunohistochemical and electron microscopic findings, therapeutic approach and prognosis were also studied. Results Of 25 cases, 18 were females and 7 were males with a mean age of 39.6 years (range 16-84 years). According to their imaging characteristics, symptoms and physical signs, three morphological patterns of these tumors were found, i.e. localized cystic mass, multiple cystic nodules and diffuse cystic nodules. Immunohistochemical staining showed that the neoplastic cells were positive for CK, Vimentin, EMA, and anti-mesothelial cell antigen. Histochemically, the tumors were positive for CI but negative for HCI. Electron microscopic study of 11 cases revealed that the neoplastic cells had profuse slender microvilli on cell surface, large amount of microfilaments (tono-filaments) and abundant desmosomes. Conclusion LGMCMP is an uncommon neoplasm of low-grade malignancy, generally occurring in young women with distinct clinicopathologic features.
