Objective To solve the shortage of plane network using VLAN technology.Methods We introduces the characteristics of VLAN technology and discusses the partition methods of VLAN to realize the partition of whole hospital.Results The network structure was regulated effectively by using VLAN.Conclusion VLAN technology can not only realize the network flexible disposition,but also enhance the network security greatly.

OBJECTIVE: To analyze the basic data of adverse drug reactions(ADR) and assess the quality of ADR reports submitted in 2006 in Shenzhen,and to provide bases for ADR monitoring.METHOD: The electronic forms of ADR cases reported in 2006 by different units in Shenzhen that had been subjected to the evaluation of Guangdong provincial center were downloaded,and the related data were subjected to frequency analysis.The three time points(duration of medication,onset time of ADR,turnover time) were used to evaluate the integrity of ADR process recording,and the relevance was evaluated by means of contrast.RESULTS: 19 drug categories and total 465 kinds of medicines were involved in 3 303 ADR cases.The categories of antimicrobials and Chinese herbal preparations and ADR cases induced by these drugs ranked at the first and second among all the drugs.The lesions of ADR involved primarily skin and its accessories,followed by gastrointestinal system.Most ADR cases were caused thorough intravenous route of administration.The majority ADR cases had a favorable turnover.New and severe ADR reports were few.The qualities of most reports were poor.CONCLUSION: The training program for ADR reporters should be strengthened;ADR reporters' reporting awareness and responsibility should be strengthened to enhance ADR reporting quality,and physicians' prescribing behavior should be intervened properly so as to reduce the incidence of ADR.

In view of the existing situation of our hospital's information security system,this paper gives a reasonable analysis,including the risk analysis on the computer room' surroundings,basic facilities,applied stage,business system and security management. In addition,this paper suggests the countermeasures in technology and management to remove the hidden danger in the hospital's information security system.

This paper expounds the design of sample collection system for clinical inspection,which works as the interface of CLIS and CIS.The solution to such problems as bar-code technology,grouping application and quality insurance are discussed,and a new plan for mobile collection is suggested.

OBJECTIVE:To explore the differences of plasma concentration of norvancomycin by HPLC and microbiological method. METHODS:Microbiological method and HPLC were used to detect the plasma concentration of norvancomycin,and clinical test result of both techniques was retrospectively analyzed. RESULTS:There were no significant differences in the plasma concentra-tion of norvancomycin by microbiological method and HPLC(y=0.992 7x+0.155 8,r=0.997 6)(P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Both microbiological method and HPLC are more effective and reliable for the plasma concentration detection of norvancomycin. The hospi-tals can choose corresponding method according to their condition when determining plasma concentration of norvancomycin.

Objective To investigate the correlation between virtual touch tissue quantification (VTQ) and the pathological grading of liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B.Methods 64 chronic hepatitis B patients (the chronic hepatitis group) and 40 healthy volunteers (the controlled group) were collected.The patients in the chronic hepatitis group were underwent liver biopsy.According to the hepatic fibrosis degree,the patients in the test group were classified into stage 0,1,2,3 and 4.The liver shear wave velocities (SWV) of all the participant were measured by VTQ.The cut-off values were determined by an analysis of receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve.Results The mean SWV was (1.04± 0.13)m/s in the controlled group.The SWV in stages 0,1,2,3,and 4 were (1.17 ± 0.08)m/s,(1.33 ± 0.32)m/s,(1.53 ±0.32) m/s,(2.09 ± 0.54) m/s,(2.18 ± 0.70) m/s,respectively.There was a significantly difference in SWV between the controlled group and the chronic hepatitis group (F =34.97,P =0.00).The SWV were significantly different not only between stages 0-2,and 3,but also between 0-2 and 4 (F =8.87,P =0.00).A positive correlation was observed between the liver fibrosis and the SWV in the chronic hepatitis group (r =0.67,P =0.00).When a cut off value was set at 1.43 m/s,area under ROC curve was 0.875.The sensitivity and specificity were 100 ％ and 62.5 ％.Conclusions SWV has a better correlation with liver fibrosis.VTQ can make an accurate assessment for stage 3 and stage 4 of the chronic hepatitis B.Therefore,VTQ can be used as a noninvasive and reliable diagnostic indicator for chronic hepatitis B.

ObjectiveTo explore the characteristics and risk factors of suicidal ideation among community subjects in Xiamen city and to provide appropriate suicide intervention strategies.MethodsUsing multi-stage stratified cluster sampling,12071 subjects aged 18 years and older were identified in Xiamen City.Their suicidal ideation was recorded with the investigation list made by Beijing Huilongguan Hospital Beijing Suicide Research and Prevention Center.Psychiatrists determined their diagnosis with Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorder 4th edition (DSM-Ⅳ).ResultsA total of 10757 subjects completed the survey,the completion was 89.1％.The life-time prevalence of suicidal ideation was 2.48％ (95％CI:2.19％ ～ 2.77％ ),the prevalence was higher in female(3.00％ ) than male( 1.88％ ) (RR =1.60,95％CI:1.24 ～2.06).Analysis of risk factors by single logistic regression showed that the suicidal ideation of persons were mostly in female,44 years and older group,in rural,not-being married,no medical insurance,poor mental or physical health in last month,being in hospital due to the mental problems,low quality of life,living alone,having blood relatives or acquaintance with suicidal behavior.While the risk factors by muhivariate logistic regression were ranked as follows:having acquaintance with suicidal behavior (OR =3.66,95％CI:2.44 ～5.50),being in hospital because of mental problems (OR =3.30,95％CI:1.08 ～10.09),poor mental health in last month(OR =3.17,95％CI:2.37 ～4.24),any blood relatives having suicidal behavior (OR =2.91,95％CI:1.61 ～ 5.25 ),low of quality of life (OR =2.21,95％CI:1.50 ～ 3.26 ),not-being married (OR =1.73,95％CI:1.28 ～ 2.32),living alone (OR =1.65,95％CI:1.18 ～ 2.32),being female (OR=1.57,95％CI:1.21 ～ 2.05).The prevalence of mental disorders in suicidal ideation was 46.4％.ConclusionThe prevalence of suicidal ideation is significantly higher in female residents than in male.Having acquaintance with suicidal behavior,being in hospital due to the mental problems as well as poor mental health in last month are the main risk factors of suicidal ideation.

Background Juvenile Graves ophthalmopathy has a low prevalence and few relevant studies.Analyzing and reviewing the clinical features and therapeutic effectiveness of juvenile Graves ophthalmopathy is helpful to its diagnosis and management.Objective This study was to evaluate the clinical characteristics of Graves ophthalmopathy and its management in children and adolescents.Methods The clinical data of 54 eyes from 29 patients with Graves ophthalmopathy who were diagnosed in Shanghai Changzheng Hospital from January 2007 to December 2012 were retrospectively analyzed.The ocular manifestations,thyroid function,CT or MRI testing results were collected,and the activity of Graves ophthalmopathy was scored based on the criteria of CAS.Artificial tears was topically administered in 44 eyes with CAS ≤ 2.In the eyes with CAS ≥ 3,corticosteroids drug was systemically used in 3 patients,and orbital decompression surgery and excision of Müller muscle were performed in 3 eyes of 2 patients respectively.The follow-up was carried out for 1.5-6 years.The treatment outcomes were evaluated according to the reduction of exophthalnos and the improvement of upper eyelid retraction.Results The patients were 5-18 years old with an average age of 12.9 years old.Out of 29 Graves ophthalmopathy patients,5 males and 24 females were included.The initial clinical manifestations were proptosis,eyelid retraction and swelling,and accompanied by conjunctival congestion and hypophasis.The best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) was ≥ 0.8 in all the eyes.CAS scores wcre 0-2 in 48 eyes of 26 patients and ≥ 3 (active Graves ophthalmopathy) in 6 eyes of 3 patients.The increase of orbital adipose volume was exhibited in all the eyes and the enlargement of extraocular muscle was revealed in parts of eyes by CT/MRI.Laboratory examination showed normal thyroid function in 12 patients (41.4％),hyperthyreosis in 15 patients (51.7％) and hypothyroidism in 2 patients (6.9％).The ocular symptom was improved in 20 eyes of 11 patients (37.9％),stabilized in 29 eyes of 16 patients (55.2％) and worsen in4 eyes of 2 patients (6.9％) in following-up duration.Conclusions Graves ophthalmopathy occurs much more in female than in male.The clinical manifestations are mild,with low activity and good prognosis in children and adolescents Graves ophthalmopathy.

Surface electromyogram usually incurs severe influence of strong electrocardiography (ECG) signal. This paper presents a novel denoise method using independent component analysis (ICA) to remove the interference of ECG from sEMG recordings. The present study removed the ECG in independent components decomposed from the sEMG by a high-pass filter that kept the useful information as more as possible during ECG cancellation. The filtering ICA ECG cancellation results were compared with the simulated pure sEMG in time and frequency domain, which suggested that the ICA ECG cancellation with 30Hz high-pass filter would be the most appropriate method to extract the useful sEMG signals from multi-channel sEMG measurement. The kurtosis is used to measure the nongaussianity of signal; it may beused as a standand for automatic determination of the independents of ECG or EMG.
