Objective To analyze the electrocardiogram and treadmill exercise performance in patients with coronary artery myocardial bridge.Methods 176 patients with myocardial bridging diagnosed by coronary angiography were selected in the study.The performance of myocardial bridge electrocardiogram and treadmill exercise of different depth and stenosis was observed.Results Deep in myocardial bridge ischemic ST segment and T wave changes were significantly higher than superficial type (x2 =11.02,P ＜ 0.01).Systolic myocardial bridge Ⅲ grade stenosis of ischemic ST segment and T wave changes were significantly higher than grade Ⅰ and grade Ⅱ (x2 =12.78,P ＜0.01;x2 =24.45,P ＜ 0.01).The positive rate of myocardial bridge deep in the treadmill exercise test was significantly higher than the superficial type.Myocardial bridge Ⅲ grade systolic stenosis,treadmill exercise test positive rate was significantly higher than grade Ⅰ and grade Ⅱ (x2 =9.23,P ＜ 0.05;x2 =6.76,P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion Patients with myocardial bridge have various changes in the electrocardiogram and treadmill exercise,changes in deep in the type and degree of stenosis Ⅲ grade systolic are obvious.

Purpose:To study the biological effects of high secreted canstatin on human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) and tumor model. Methods:Hypoxic responsive elements (HREs) were inserted in the upper stream of canstatin cDNA of a recombinant vector we constructed in a former research. The new recombinant vector named pCMV-3HRE-CEAS-Cans was transferred into A549 cells by cationic liposome; canstatin mRNA expression in the transformed cells under oxic and anoxic condition was detected by Taqman PCR. Then we designed a co-cultured assay: HUVECs were co-cultured with recombinant vector transformed A549 cells with Transwell plates, and the proliferation and apoptosis of co-cultured HUVECs were evaluated with 3H-thymidine incorporation method, TUNEL method respectively. Finally the vector was introduced into tumor tissues of lung cancer-bearing nude mice, and the biological activity in the tumor tissues was tested by micro-vessel count (MVC). A vector of canstatin we constructed before was used as controls in above experiments.Results:The pCMV-3HRE-CEAS-Cans vector was successfully constructed and transferred into A549 cells. canstatin mRNA was detected both in the recombinant vector transformed A549 cells and the pCMV-CEAS-Cans transformed A549 cells, moreover the expression of canstatin in the new vector transformed A549 was significantly higher than that of the controls under hypoxic condition. ~(3)H-TdR intake rate of HUVECs was decreased markedly, and a large amount of them underwent apoptosis when they were co-cultured with recombinant vector transformed A549 cells. The recombination vector pCMV-CEAS-Cans was transferred into human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUV-EC) and human lung adeno-carcinoma cell line A549 by cationic liposome. Objective:To explore the best bathing posture in neo nates.Methods:Normal mature neonates 664 total were randomly seperated into two groups .The bathing posture was the traditional upwards from face to back in the control group,but upwards from back to face in the experimental group .The noise and comfort levels of the neonates were observed.Results:Uncomfortableness in the experimental gr oup was markedly lowerthan in the control group(χ2=45.78，P<0.0001).Bathing style,i.e.in basin or in shower,did not have an effect on the postures (P> 0.05).Conc lusion:The bathing posture of upwards from back to face is better than upwards from face to back.In this position,the neonates feel safer and more comfortable,and can be stroked while being bathed by the neonates' parents.

Objective To develop and evaluate the reliability and validity of evaluation criterion for continuing health education in very low birth weight premature infants.Methods The literature review,theoretical analysis,qualitative research and Delphi technique were conducted to identify the evaluation criterion for continuing health education.The reliability and validity of evaluation criterion was tested in 112 parents of very low birth weight premature infants.Results The evaluation criterion which was based on the frame of KABP Model and Nursing Outcomes Classification as well as Nursing Interventions Classification consisted of 3 projects with 29 specific items.The content validity index for the scale was 0.950.Three common factors were extracted by the principal components extraction analysis and the cumulative contribution rate was 49.70％,73.25％ and 46.90％ respectively.The Cronbach' s alpha coefficient was 0.934,the retest reliability was 0.865 and the ICC was 0.940 for the total scale.Conclusion The evaluation criterion for continuing health education in very low birth weight premnature infants has good reliability and validity and can be used as a measurement tool for health education effect of continuing health education.The design of the scale provides basis for making transitional care model as well.

Objective To investigate effects of endotoxin on 11?-HSD2 gene transcription in vascular endothelial cells to observe the role of p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase (p38 MAPK) signaling pathway. Methods The effects of endotoxin in the presence or absence of p38 MAPK specific inhibitor SB203580 on the transcription of 11?-HSD2 in vascular endothelial cells was evaluated by reverse transcription DNA polymerase chain reaction. Results Treatments of endotoxin (1.0, 10, 20, 50, 100 ?g/ L) for 24 h increased the ratios of 11?-HSD2mRNA/?-actin mRNA in vascular endothelial cells. The induction of 11?-HSD2 mRNA by endotoxin could be inhibited partially by 10 mmol/ L SB203580. Conclusion Endotoxin stimulated the transcription of 11?-HSD2 gene in vascular endothelial cells. The activation of p38 MAPK might be an important mechanism of 11?-HSD2 gene induced by endotoxin.

Objectives To learn the effect of self-recognition-based healthy management on community diabetics. Methods A total of 40 community diabetics were evaluated and trained for 3 months.SPSS11.5 software was used for data analysis. Results At 3 months, some risk factors of diabetes,including body weight, body mass index (BMI), waist circumstance (WC), systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP) and 2 h postprandial blood sugar (PBS), were improved (P ＜0. 05). Male patients showed statistically significant reduction in body weight, BMI and WC ( P ＜ 0. 05 ).However, female subjects were found to have significant decline in body weight, BMI, WC, SBP and DBP (P＜0. 05). Those ＞60 year-old had significantly decreased body weight, BMI, WC, SBP, DBP and 2 h PBS ( P ＜ 0. 05). Lower levels of WC, SBP and triglyceride were seen in individuals ＜ 60 year-old ( P ＜0. 05 ). Conclusion Self-recognition-based healthy management could effectively reduce diabetic risk factors and prevent the development of diabetic complications.

Objective To explore the multi-modal MRI characteristics of breast cancers in dense breasts.Methods 120 patients with breast cancer shown on mammography underwent breast MRI,which were solitary and confirmed by pathological examination. According to the BI-RADS classification of breast,the 120 cases were divided into two groups including dense type breast and non-dense type one.The differences in morphological features,ADC values (b=1 000 s/mm2 )and time-signal intensity curve (TIC)of the lesions between two groups were analyzed and compared.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS1 6.0.Results The breast cancers in dense breast were vulnerable to have a spiculated margin (44/68 in the dense breast group vs.1 6/52 in the non-dense breast group,P =0.000).The size of the lesion in dense breast (1.83 ±0.98)cm was bigger than that in non-dense breast (1.40±0.46)cm (P =0.005).The non-mass-like enhancement of the lesion in dense breast was much more than that in non-dense breast (P =0.000).In addition,the average ADC values of the lesion in dense breast (0.89±0.12)×10 -3 mm2/s were lower than in non-dense breast (0.95±0.10)×10 -3 mm2/s(P =0.01 6).Conclusion The breast cancer in the dense breast has different MRI findings in comparison with non-dense breast.
