Thoracic vascular ultrasound was used to evaluate left internal mammary artery to left anterior descending artery (LAD) bypass (LIMA) blood flow pattern in CABG patients. A transthoracic vascular transducer (5~10 MHz) was placed in the second rib space left to the sternum. Doppler spectrum was obtained under 2 D color Doppler image guide. Systolic and diastolic flow was analysed as systolic peak velocity (SPV), systolic velocity time integrate (SVTI), diastolic peak velocity (DPV) and diastolic velocity time integrate (DVTI). Successful examination was done in 106 patients ( 106/110, 94% ) , In patients with patent LIMA, Doppler spectrum showed a notable diastolic flow spectrum. The results of this study suggested that trans thoracic echocardiographic examination could provide avaluable blood flow information. A notable diastolic flow spectrum can be taken as a sign of satisfactory LIMA coronary diastolic myocardium perfusion.

Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(03):-
In order to fit in will the needs of socialist cultural and ideological progress, medical moral education should be strengtland and ist methods should be improwed. The only way to improve the methods is to liberate the thoughts, reney ideas, from new style ideas and educate students comprehensively for medical morals.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the pathogen distribution and drug resistance in coal workers' pneumoconiosis associated with pneumonia and to provide a scientific basis for early guidance for rational clinical application of antibacterial agents.
METHODSSeventy-six patients with coal workers' pneumoconiosis associated with pneumonia who were admitted to our hospital from June 2011 to June 2014 were enrolled as subjects. The sputum specimens were aseptically collected for bacterial culture and drug sensitivity tests.
RESULTSIn 245 sputum specimens collected from 76 patients, a total of 218 strains of pathogens, including 163 strains of Gram-negative bacilli (74.77%), 39 strains of Gram-positive cocci (17.89%), and 16 strains of fungi (7.34%) were isolated by bacteriological tests. The main Gram-negative bacilli had high rates of resistance to amoxicillin/clavulanic acid, ampicillin, cotrimoxazole, cefotaxime, and aztreonam, and were sensitive to amikacin, imipenem, and meropenem. The main Gram-positive cocci had high rates of resistance to penicillin, erythromycin, amoxicillin/clavulanic acid, ampicillin, cefotaxime, and clindamycin, and were sensitive to vancomycin and teicoplanin.
CONCLUSIONThe main pathogens in these patients with coal workers' pneumoconiosis associated with pneumonia are Gram-negative bacilli, which are highly resistant to common clinically used antibacterial agents. The pathogen distribution and drug resistance should be well understood, and the antibacterial agents should be rationally selected according to the results of drug sensitivity tests.

Objective Focusing on the evaluation system of senior health professional titles in Shanghai,it discusses the rationality of the existing policies from the perspective of clinicians who plan to participate in the promotion, and put forward suggestions for optimizing the content and form of the evaluation. Methods Online questionnaire surveys had been conducted for all clinicians who participated in the application for Shanghai's senior health professional titles in 2020 to collect the personal information and their attitudes towards the professional title review system.R 4.0.2 soft-ware was used to conduct statistical description, cluster analysis,chi-square test,non-parametric test, etc. Results A to-tal of 1,674 people from 32 clinical specialties were surveyed.According to the two factors of growth space and growth speed, the participating subjects are divided into four different categories of groups, which are named according to the sample characteristics:Stars,Mainstay and Veteran. There are no differences among the three groups in the familiarity, and difficulty evaluation of clinical indicators for the senior health professional title evaluation system. The proportion of Veteran considered unreasonable is relatively high. There are differences among the three groups in overall difficulty level, scientific research difficulty and qualification difficulty. Conclusion The incentive attribute of the health technical person-nel senior title evaluation system should be continuously strengthened, and the differentiated characteristics of the de-velopment of health talents should be paid attention to.Big data can be used to highlight the quantification and differen-tiation of clinical competency evaluation indicators, which can effectively improve the scientific level of professional title evaluation.

To determine the effect of andrographolide (Andro) on angiogenesis of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs).
Methods: HUVECs were treated with different concentrations of Andro and the cell viability was detected with Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8). HUVECs were treated with half lethal dose (IC50) of Andro. Matrigel was used to make capillary formation of HUVECs and the effect of Andro on capillary formation was evaluated by calculating the percentage of capillary formation. Moreover, the effects of Andro and the supernatant from cultured A549 tumor cells on capillary formation were evaluated by calculating the percentage of capillary formation. The effect of Andro on the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) was determined with Western blot.
Results: The cell viability of HUVECs decreased with the increase of Andro concentrations. IC50 was 20 μmol/L. The capillary formation of HUVECs was inhibited when treated with 20 μmol/L Andro for 24 hours. Moreover, Andro was able to antagonize the promotion of the capillary formation induced by the supernatant from cultured tumor cells. Andro could suppress the expression of MMP-9 and antagonize the capillary formation.
Conclusion: Andro inhibits the capillary formation of HUVECs and can antagonize the promotion of angiogenesis induced by the supernatant from cultured tumor cells.
