Journal of Practical Radiology 1992;0(11):-
Objective To study the diagnosis of double image of intracranial hematoma by CT and MRI.Methods There were 27 cases with twice blood of the same part of intracranium,of them,23 cases presented double image of intracranial hematoma,18 cases were intracerebral hematoma,3 cases were subdural homatoma and 2 cases were extradural homatoma. Results The double image of intracerebral hematoma was caused by twice blood in different time at the same region of intracraniun that became high and slightly high density.MRI exhibited signal intensity of acute and subacute or chronicity premature hematoma. Conclusion The double image of intracerebral hematoma should differentiate with cerebroma bleeding and cerebroma calcification

3.EFFECTS OF H-89 AND wortmannin ON THE PROMOTING EFFECTS OF forskolin AND IBMX ON THE REGENERATION OF INJURED RETINAL GANGLION CELLS
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1953;0(01):-
Objective The present study was aimed at investigating the regeneration promoting mechanism of forskolin and IBMX on injured retinal ganglion cells(RGCs). Methods Fluorescent retrograde labeling and autologus sciatic nerve transplanting techniques were used to observe the effects of H 89 or/and wortmannin on the regeneration promoting effects of forskolin and IBMX on injured retinal ganglion cells by intravitreal injection. Results Both H 89 and wortmannin could partly block the promoting effects of forskolin and IBMX on regeneration of injured RGCs, the effects of wortmannin might be more powerful, if united, they could inhibit the effects of forskolin and IBMX completely. Conclusion The regeneration promoting effects of forskolin and IBMX on injured RGCs might be realized by PKA CREB and PI3 K Akt accesses.
4.Clinical observation of treatment effect on depression after stroke
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2003;9(8):473-474
ObjectiveTo analyze the relationship of depression after stroke with the location of lesion and the leve l of central nervous system (CNS) damage, and evaluate the treatment effect.Methods86 stroke patients were evaluated by Zung's self-rating depression scale (SDS). If SDS score ≥50 points, the patient was s elected as subjects for this study and treated with fluoxetine. The relationship of depression with the location of lesion and the level of CNS damage, and the treatment effect were analyzed.ResultsThere were 3 4 cases evaluated as depression (with 27 light depressive cases, 7 moderate depr essive and severe depressive cases). The symptom of depression has a positive co rrelation to the damage level (P<0.05). The depression inci dence of patients with acute sub-cortex stroke is higher than that of cerebral cortex and cerebellum stroke (P<0.01). Fluoxetine has a goo d effect on depression after stroke. Conclusions Th e symptom of depression after stroke has a positive correlation to the damage le vel. Fluoxetine has a good effect on depression after stroke.

A simple rapid and sensitive Dot-ELISA method was establishhed for identifying the human seminal stains by using anti-human semen monoclonal antibody (A10C6)labeled with horseradish Peroxidase of grayish color revealed a positive reaction. The results showed that the extract of human semen was positive. No Cross-reaction was observed when human tissues body fluids and animal seminal stains were tested.

Journal of Clinical Neurology 1995;0(04):-
Objective To investigate the changes of carotid, lipidemia and fibrinogen in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients complicated with cerebral infarction (DCI). Methods 58 cases of DCI (DCI group) were enrolled in this study, and 36 cases of cerebral infarction without diabetes mellitus served as control group. The location, number and nature of carotid atherosclerotic plaque and inner diameter of carotid artery were assessed by Doppler ultrasonography in all the patients, as well as blood lipid, blood glucose and fibrinogen were evaluated. Results In DCI group, the rate of carotid atherosclerotic plaque was 79.3%, the IMT and inner diameter of common carotid artery in DCI group were significantly different from control group (all (P

Acta Anatomica Sinica 1953;0(01):-
Objective To investigate the effects of Cholera Toxin(CTx)on the cAMP level and the survival as well as the apoptosis of retinal ganglion cells (RGCs) after distal axotomy of the optic nerve.Method After transecting the optic nerve intracranially, CTx was injected intravitreally. Fluorescent retrograde tracing method and TUNEL(TdT-mediated dUTP nick end labeling)technique were used to show the surviving RGCs and the apoptotic cells in the ganglion cell layer. The Brown's radioimmunoassay method was used to measure the cAMP level of the retina. Result The cAMP level of the normal retina was 6.22?2.02pmol/g/retina. The mean density of RGCs in the normal retina was 2 192?66/mm 2 and it decreased to 1 520?116/mm 2、736?39/mm 2 and 466?53/mm 2 at 1W、2W and 3W respectively after distal axotomy. The densities of RGCs in the distal axotomy groups treated with CTx and killed at 1W、2W and 3W were 1 642?122/mm 2、1 091?107/mm 2、 748?35/mm 2 respectively and were significantly higher than those of distal axotomy group without CTx treatment. Conclusions The results show that CTx can elevate cAMP level of the retina and promote the survival of RGCs and inhibit the apoptosis of RGCs after distal axotomy of the optic nerve in adult hamsters.

Objective To investigate the relationship between inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS)mRNA expression of pancreatic tissues and intestinal permeability, and the effect of salviae miltiorrhizae on the change in gut permeability in rats with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Methods All rats were randomly divided into three groups:Sham operation(group C,n=15),SAP group(group SAP,n=15),and salviae miltiorrhizae therapeutic group(group T,n=15).At 24h After operation, the iNOSmRNA expressions of pancreas were determined by in situ hybridization(ISH),and blood amylase(AMY),nitric oxide(NO) and lipopolysaccharide(LPS) were examined. The histopathologic changes of pancreas and ileum were observed.Intestinal permeability was measured by means of albumin clearance(AC)of 125I-labeled rat serum albumin. Results The iNOSmRNA expressions of pancreas in group SAP were markedly increased in comparison with group T(P

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2016;20(33):4985-4992
BACKGROUND:Studies on the proteomics contribute not only to exploring the laws governing life activities, but also to elucidating the pathogenesis of a variety of diseases to find the treatment strategies. OBJECTIVE:To summarize the application of proteomics in the plateau medical research. METHODS:A computer-based online search was conducted in PubMed and Wanfang databases from 1995 to 2015 to screen the relevant literatures using the key words“proteomics, medical research, plateau medicine”in English and Chinese, respectively. A total of approximately 200 English and 60 Chinese relevant literatures were selected and the 59 eligible literatures were included after screening final y. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Currently, the human genome has been decoded through the studies on exploring the proteomics changes under the pathological conditions and the underlying mechanisms. Construction of physiological and pathological mapping based on the human proteome contributes to revealing the novel treatment targets, diagnostic markers, and drugs for the prevention and treatment of diseases. Proteomics has become the frontier and hot research field both at home and abroad, including al the proteins expressed in the tissue, cel or organism, and becomes a bridge between the genome and clinical application.
