Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of linezolid combined with levofloxacin in the intensive treatment of tuberculous meningitis.Methods:Seventy-six patients with tuberculous meningitis who underwent intensive treatment from May 2015 to April 2018 in the Fourth People's Hospital of Taiyuan were included in this study. They were assigned to a control group ( n = 38) and an observation group ( n = 38) according to treatment methods. The control group was given conventional treatment (isoniazid + rifampicin + pyrazinamide + ethambutol). The observation group was given treatment with linezolid combined with levofloxacin based on conventional treatment. All patients were treated for 8 successive weeks. Clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results:Total effective rate and the incidence of complications were 92.11% (35/38) and 5.26% (2/38) respectively in the observation group, and they were 68.42% (26/38) and 23.68% (9/38) respectively in the control group. There were significant differences in total effective rate and the incidence of complications between the two groups ( χ2 = 6.727 and 5.028, both P < 0.05). After treatment, white blood cell count, blood glucose level, and protein level were (30.21 ± 4.16) × 10 6/L, (3.65 ± 0.32) mmol/L and (0.79 ± 0.05) g/L, respectively in the observation group, while they were (54.28 ± 6.42) × 10 6/L, (2.18 ± 0.21) mmol/L, (0.98 ± 0.21) g/L, respectively in the control group. There were significant differences in white blood cell count, blood glucose level and protein level between the two groups ( t = 19.396, 23.675, 4.538, all P < 0.05). There was significant difference in the score of quality of life between the control and observation groups [(187.59 ± 4.11) points vs. (216.94 ± 3.90) points, t = 31.933, P < 0.05]. Conclusion:Linezolid combined with levofloxacin based on conventional treatment exhibits better clinical efficacy with high safety in the intensive treatment of tuberculous meningitis than conventional treatment.

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of psychological intervention and rehabilitation training on self-care ability and quality of life in patients with cerebral hemorrhage during postoperative recovery stage. Methods180 patients with cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from October 2008 to December 2010 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 90 cases in each group.The control group was given with routine care and rehabilitation measures.The observation group adopted psychological intervention and rehabilitation training based on the routine care.After treatment,the functional independence measure (FIM)and the quality of life index (QLI)were used for the evaluation of the level of quality of life and self-care ability. ResultsIn the quality of life index,the QLI score after treatment in the observation group improved significantly compared with that before treat ment.The QLI score in the control group before and after treatment showed no statistical difference.In the self-care ability,FIM score after treatment in both of the two groups improved significantly than that before.And FIM score after treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. ConclusionsApplication of psychological intervention and rebabilitation training in patients with cerebral hemorrhage during postoperative recovery stage shows pivotal importance.It can improve self-care ability and quality of life of patients and promote recovery effectively.

Objective To detect kinematics and surface electromyography (sEMG) of upper limbs in normal children and motor-delayed children for clinical assessment. Methods From December, 2015 to June, 2016, twelve healthy children and thirteen children with motor de-velopmental delay less than two years old were analyzed kinematics with Motion Analysis system and sEMG. Results The angle of motion of right shoulder was more in the motor-delayed children than in the normal children (t=2.576, P<0.05). The difference of root mean square values of bilateral triceps brachii was more in the motor-delayed children than in the normal ones (t=2.448, P<0.05). Conclusion Detecting kinematics and sEMG may supply information for early personalized treatment strategy.

Objective To establish the determination method synthetic borneol and menthol in Keyou nanoemulsion. Methods HP-5 quartz capillary column (30 m×320 μm×0.25 μm) was used with nitrogen as the carrier gas, and FID as the detector. The temperature of the entrance of the capillary vessel column was at 230 ℃. Results Synthetic borneol and menthol in Keyou nanoemulsion were separated well. The calibration curves of synthetic borneol was obtained with good linear relationship within the range of 0.337-1.685 μg (r 2=0.998 2), the average recovery was 97.5%. The calibration curves of menthol was also obtained with a good linear relationship within the range of 0.234-1.17 μg (r 2=0.997 4), the average recovery was 97.0%. Conclusion The methord is simple and accurate. It can be used to control the quality of Keyou nanoemulsion.

Objective To investigate the impact of music therapy combined with resistance exercise on post-dialysis fatigue status, sleep quality, and depression in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis (MHD). Methods A total of 96 MHD patients were selected and divided into control group(48 cases) and observation group(48 cases) using a random number table method. The control group received routine dialysis care, while the observation group was given music therapy combined with resistance exercise based on routine care. After six months of intervention, changes in fatigue status, sleep quality, psychological depression status, and dialysis adequacy [urea clearance index (Kt/V), urea reduction ratio (URR)] were compared between the two groups. Results Post-intervention, the total score of the Revised Piper Fatigue Scale (RPFS) in the observation group was lower than that in the control group [(2.31±0.77) versus (3.48±0.93), P < 0.05]. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group [(7.26±2.56) versus (9.94±3.27), P < 0.05]. The scores for the two subscales of the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) in the observation group were (3.18±1.02) and (3.96±1.23), which were lower than (4.53±1.47) and (5.77±2.07)in the control group (P < 0.05). Additionally, the Kt/V and URR values in the observation group were (1.38±0.25) and (0.74±0.11)%, respectively, which were higher than (1.26±0.28) and (0.69±0.12)% in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Music therapy combined with resistance exercise can relieve post-dialysis fatigue, improve sleep quality, regulate psychological status, and enhance dialysis adequacy in MHD patients.

Objective To explore the status and risk factors of the dyslipidemia among health examination population of Lanzhou for providing the intervention measures .Methods According to the stratified cluster random sampling method ,4 505 health exami-nation individuals were recruited for the study from 5 hospitals in the Lanzhou region through questionnaire ,biochemical analysis . Results Prevalence of dyslipidemia of the population was 45 .79% ,high TG was the main type .The level of serum TC ,TG ,HDL-C and LDL-C were (5 .27 ± 1 .08) ,(1 .74 ± 1 .38) ,(1 .41 ± 0 .43) and (2 .83 ± 0 .82)mmol/L .The prevalence was 53 .49% in male , and 34 .93% in female .The prevalence was higher among the group of 35- <45 years old for male and 55- <65 years old for fe-male .The level of HDL-C was low among young people .There was aggregation of risk factors among the participants with dyslipi-demia .Non-conditional logistic regression analysis showed that the risk factors were age (OR=1 .701) ,overweight (OR=5 .560) , abdominal obesity(OR=2 .398) ,smoking(OR=0 .545) ,intake of greasy diet(OR=5 .313) ,sleep quality(OR=2 .005) and diastolic blood pressure(OR=3 .061) .Conclusion Lipid disorders becomes a serious problem in the health examination population ,measures such as rational diet ,weight control ,sleep improvement ,pressure control and quiting smoking must be taken .

In order to observe the damaged nerve successively, we used superficial magnetic stimulation motor evoked potential (MEP) in the pathological model of chronic compressed nerve of the cervical nerve roots of cats. We synthesized various change of the pathomorphology of the nerve damaged to different degrees, and discussed the relationship between the MEP and the pathomorphologic change of chronic compressed nerve roots. The results showed that the initial pathologic change of nerve with myelin was degeneration of myelin shealth. The MEP of the nerve also showed increased latency and dispersed wave forms. After that the axon of the demylinated nerve degenerated, splitted and had a peripheral Wallerian Degeneration. The MEP showed an increased latency along with decreased amplitude. The degree of the MEP's change accompanyed with pathologic change. So we believe that the magnetic compressed nerve. It has some reference value in figuring out the damage by analysing factors.

Objective To determine the methylation level of P15INK4B gene promoter in different types of myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) and its correlation with its prognosis.Methods Methylation frequency of the P15INK4B gene promoter in 44 cases of MDS were determined by methylation-specific polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and pyrosequencing,and its correlation with clinical classification and characteristics of MDS were statistically analyzed.Results Frequency of P15INK4B gene promoter methylation in myelodysplastic syndromes-refractory anemia with excess blasts Ⅱ (MDS-RAEB Ⅱ) patients was (46.89 ± 15.41) ％,significandy higher than that in other types of MDS (P ＜ 0.05),but no difference in promoter methylation frequency was detected among the other types of MDS (P ＞ 0.05) ; frequency of P15INK4B gene promoter methylation was found to be correlated with decline in platelet upon diagnosis (t =9.02,P ＜ 0.01),but showed no significant correlation with drop of hemoglobin or leukopenia (P ＞0.05).As for the correlation between P15INK4B gene promoter methylation and MDS risk stratification,no significant difference was detected between the low-risk and very low-risk groups (P ＞ 0.05),but significant differences were detected among the medium-risk,high-risk,and very high-risk groups (P ＜ 0.05).In addition,frequency of P15INK4B gene promoter methylation was (49.21 ± 8.78)％ in MDS patients that developed leukemia in the following two year,significantly higher than that in MDS patients who didn't (19.64 ± 6.24) ％ (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions P15INK4B gene promoter methylation frequency is a valuable indicator of prognosis of MDS patients.
