1.Cloning of human HA117 gene and preparation of itsrecombinant adenovirus vector

Objective:To construct the recombinant adenovirus expressing human HA117 gene.Methods:The eDNA of HA117 gene was subcloned into the shuttle plasmid pAdTrack-CMV and then the homologous recombinant adenovims genomie plasmid pAdEasy was cloned in bacteria.We tranfected the DNA of identified recombinant plasmid into 293 cells via liposome,made the package and amplification of adenovims,and determined them by fluorescence microscope and flow eytometry.Results:Restriction endonuelease and PCR analysis confirmed that the recombinant adenovims vector of HA117 gene was successfully constructed.The titer of the recombinant adenovims was 8.3?1011PFU/ml,and the expression of HA117 gene was observed.Conclusion:The recombinant adenovims expressing HA117 gene was successfully constructed,which paves the way for the following studies related to HA117.
3.Laparoscopic treatment of clomiphene-resistant polycystic ovarian syndrome: A clinical analysis of 38 cases

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of laparoscopic ovarian drilling for treating clomiphene-resistant polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods Laparoscopic ovarian drilling,with pelvic adhesion release and salpingoplasty,was performed in 38 cases of clomipheneresistant PCOS from March 2001 to May 2005 in this hospital.Serum concentrations of luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),androgen(T),and estradiol(E2) were measured before and after operation.Ovarian follicular development,pregnancy rate,and abortion rate were observed after operation. 4.Control Nosocomial Infection by Standardized Packaging

OBJECTIVE To reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection by standardized packaging material and model. METHODS The packaging material and model were selected according to the different sterilizations.And the qualfication rate of sterilization and warranty period of standardized instruments were detected regularly. RESULTS The quality of sterilizations was effectively guaranteed by conducting control measures. CONCLUSIONS The nosocomial infection rate is effectively prevented by standardized packaging material and model.
5.Study on the Quality Standard of Xiaoer Shengxue Granules

Objective To establish a quality standard for Xiaoer Shengxue granules. Method SHU-Dihuang, yam, Chinese data in Xiaoer Shengxue granules were identified by TLC. Ferrous sulfate in the granule was determined by UV with wavelength at 509 nm. Results SHU-Dihuang, yam, Chinese data could be detected by TLC. Ferrous sulfate showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.50~2.50 mg/mL, r=0.999 9. The average recovery was 101.3% and RSD was 1.48% (n=5). Conclusion The method is available with a good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of Xiaoer Shengxue granule.
6.Ancient literature on the heat control of umbilicus fumigation method and the modern clinical research.

In order to improve the clinical efficacy of the umbilicus fumigation method, the ancient literature with the heat control of umbilicus fumigation method involved is collected extensively and analyzed systematically, and the heat control, precautions and contraindications of this method are discussed. In association with the cases and the present clinical experience, the main factors to the heat control are introduced, such as preparation of doughnuts, filling quantity, size of moxa cone and numbers of moxa cones so that the clinical application of the umbilicus fumigation method can be promoted and enhanced.

7.Real-time Analgesic Effect of Acupuncture at Shiqizhui (EX-B8) for Primary Dysmenorrhea with Different Needle-retaining Time

Objective To treat the patients with primary dysmenorrhea by puncturing Shiqizhui (EX-B8) and observe the change and regularity of the analgesic effect with different needle-retaining time, for providing evidence for the optimal needle-retaining time. Method Ninety eligible subjects with primary dysmenorrhea were randomized into a 20 min group of 30 cases, a 30 min group of 30 cases, and a blank control group of 30 cases. Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) was used to observe the change before and after intervention with the time, and to compare the intergroup differences. Result The acupuncture groups started to show analgesic effect 10 min after needling, and the effect increased with the needle-retaining time (P<0.05);the therapeutic efficacy of the 30 min group was significantly superior to that of the 20 min group (P<0.01). Conclusion Acupuncture at Shiqizhui can produce a real-time analgesic effect for patients with primary dysmenorrhea, and retaining the needle for 30 min is superior to 20 min.

Physical training induces beneficial adaptations,but long excessive exercise may lead to severe damage to the skeletal muscles,liver,heart,kidneys and immune functions. Over the past few decades,health scholars have been searching for natural components that can prevent or improve the damage induced by hyperkinesis. The mechanisms of organ damage induced by long overtraining include immunosuppression,metabolism disorder,hormone disturbance,oxidative damage, etc. Natural poly-saccharides have interventional effects on these injuries,possibly by improving immunity,regulating metabolism and ameliorating free radical damage.
9.Study on the Quality Standard of Jinbo Capsule

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the establishment of quality standard for Jinbo capsule. METHODS:TLC was conducted for the qualitative identification of Phellodendron chinense and Melia toosendan in preparation;HPLC was used for the content determination of berberine hydrochloride in preparation;the column was Diamonsil C18 with mobile phase of acetoni-trile-0.1% phosphoric acid (50∶50,V/V) at flow rate of 1 ml/min,detection wavelength was 265 nm,column temperature was 25 ℃ and volume injection was 10 μl. RESULTS:TLC spots of P. chinense and M. toosendan in preparation were clear and well-separated. The linear range of berberine hydrochloride was 0.044-0.154 mg/ml(r=0.999 9);RSDs of precision,reproducibili-ty and stability tests were no more than 2.0%,recovery was 98.36%-102.15%(RSD=1.11%,n=9). CONCLUSIONS:The meth-od is simple,accurate and reproducible,and can be used for the quality control of Jinbo capsule.
10.Research on the application of value of tubal bolt blocking techniquein the pretreatment hydrosalpinx

Objective To explore the difference of the impact with different hydrosalpinx pretreatment methods in vitro fertiliza-tion-embryo transfer ﹝ IVF-ET ﹞.Methods 160 patients with routine IVF-ET’s hydrosalpinx were random divided into two groups :the first 80 patients undergoing routine bolt blocking the fallopian tubes for the study group;the other 80 patients with rou-tine salpingectomy as control group patients,after treatment,compare the difference on ovarian function between the two groups.Re-sults In the study group,although these difference,the average number of oocytes,fertilization rate,clinical pregnancy rate and other indicators,were not statistically significant (P>0.05),they were higher than the control group;early abortion rate was no significant difference either (P>0.05),but the tubal pregnancy rate was lower than the control group,and the difference was statis-tically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Tubal bolt blocking technique is an effective method for hydrosalpinx pretreatment,and partly superior than gynecological surgery for keeping ovarian function and IVF-ET treatment targets.So,it has a broad application prospects in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer.
