Chinese Journal of Marine Drugs 1994;0(02):-
Objective Polysaccharide from Sargassum thunbergii Kuntze(PST) was purified and degraded to study its anticoagulation activity.Diatomite was used for decolourization and NaCIO for degration of the polysaccharide to get three degraded products. Methods PST and the degraded products were applied in mice anticoagulation experiment by methods of cutting tail and capillary. Results All samples showed significant activities to extend bleeding time and blood coagulation time in mice,as well as to increase the amount of bleeding in mice. Conclusion Polysaccharide from Sargassum thunbergii Kuntze has significant anticoagulative activity and its anticoagulative activity is closely related with its molecular-weight.
2.Discussions on the ownership and property right structure of public hospitals in China based on new institutionalism
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2016;32(10):737-740
Based on the framework of new institutionalism, the paper defined the concept and history of public hospital′s attributes, dividing such hospitals into those built based on poverty alleviation and those on social identity priority.Considering the attributes of the public goods provided by public hospitals, the diversity of their investment, and attributes of their value production process, this paper probed into their property right arrangement. It is emphasized that such hospitals should enhance their key property right feature of public ownership, and on such basis their relationship with government and corporate governance establishment can be discussed.

Chongqing Medicine 2015;(5):665-666,669
Objective To observe the evaluation of multi‐tumor marker protein chip in breast cancer with neoadjuvant chemo‐therapy ,and to find high saitivity tumor makers ,then evaluate the clinical significance .Methods Forty health examination persons (control group) and sixty‐four breast cancer patients(experimental group) were accepted with multi‐tumor marker protein chip in‐spection ,then we evaluated the markers of diagnosis .The experimental group patients were accepted four cycles preoperative chem‐otherapy with TAC plan ,and tested multi‐tumor marker protein chip three weeks after therapy .Then we evaluated the clinical sig‐nificance of the markers above‐mentioned .Results The positive rate of CA153 ,CA125 ,CEA and FT was 32% ,27% ,21% and 19% in the experimental group ,it indicated significant change compared with the control group (P<0 .05) .And it indicated signifi‐cant reducing change of CA153 ,CA125 and CEA in the experimental group (P<0 .05) after therapy .The sensitivity would be in‐creased when the four markers were tested combined .Conclusion CA153 ,CA125 ,CEA and FT could be used as assistance diagno‐sis index ;CA153 ,CA125and CEA could keep consistence to the curative effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy and have clinical value .
7.Comparison of different effects of electric stimulation of vagus nerve, peripheral nerve, and motor cortex on pentylenetetrazol induced convulsion in rats
Chinese Journal of Neurology 2010;43(7):469-472
Objective To investigate whether there are different effects of electric stimulation of vagus nerve, peripheral nerve(sciatic nerve and trigeminal nerve),and motor cortex on pentylenetetrazol (PTZ)induced convulsion in rats. Methods The vagus nerve and sciatic nerve were exposed in rats. The stimulation electrodes were placed on the vagus nerve, sciatic nerve, trigeminal nerve, and motor cortex, respectively. After electric stimulation,PTZ(50 mg/kg)was intraperitoneally injected into the rats. The pattern and latency of the convulsion seizure were observed and recorded. Results Racine's grade Ⅰ-Ⅴ grade convulsion seizure Was present in 9 rats(9/10)in the control group after the injection of PTZ.However, this intensity Was reduced to Ⅰ-Ⅲ grade differentially in all the rats by electric stimulation of the vagus nerve(5/10)or peripheral nerve(6/10 and 5/10).Furthermore,in the group of rats stimulated at motor cortex, there Was completely no convulsion. On the other hand, when pathological changes appeared in cortex or hippocampus(i.e.epileptic model was set up by 7 weeks stimulation),the same stimulation of motor cortex was not able to inhibit the convulsion seizure induced by injection of PTZ and all these rats showed Ⅳ-Ⅴ grade seizure(10/10).Conclusions In physiological condition, all of the four types of stimulation differentially reduced intensity of convulsion seizure triggered by PIZ injection and motor cortex stimulation has the best effect.However.when rats were in pathological status and epileptic nidus appeared in their brains.stimulatiion of motor cortex has no effect on PTZ induced convulsion seizure.

9.Stress distribution after total hip arthroplasty with a neck-retaining femoral prosthesis
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2013;(52):8949-8954
BACKGROUND:Col um Femoris Preserving prosthesis is developed by Pipino, an Italian surgeon, and LINK (Germany). Whether the femoral osteotomy plane recommended in the surgical manual is suitable for Chinese people and whether the osteotomy method can cause stress changes of the prosthesis and femur has not been yet reported.
OBJECTIVE:Based on clinical reviews and three-dimensional finite element model, to analyze the clinical efficacy of total hip arthroplasty with Col um Femoris Preserving prosthesis and relevant stress distribution.
METHODS:We retrospectively analyzed 36 patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty with neck-retaining femoral prosthesis and 36 patients receiving total hip arthroplasty with biotype prosthesis in terms of Harris scores, visual analog scale scores, preoperative and postoperative measurements of eccentricity changes, IDES-Engh radiological evaluation and the incidence of complications. Two different osteotomy plane finite element analysis models were created to analyze the eccentricity difference and changes in the stress distribution of prosthesis and femur when the osteotomy plane was set 1.5 cm above the intertrochanteric fossa or at the junction of femoral head and neck.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Neck-retaining total hip arthroplasty with the osteotomy plane set at the junction between the head and neck achieved good short-term outcomes, showing no difference from total hip arthroplasty with normal biological prosthesis. The finite element analysis showed that the eccentricity increased and the stress on the prosthesis and femur also increased when the osteotomy plane was set at the junction of femoral head and neck compared with that set 1.5 cm above the intertrochanteric fossa. But there was no difference in stress distribution between two osteotomy planes.
10.Studies on antioxidative activity of high molecular weight polyphenols from two kinds of brown algae
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(04):-
Object To evaluate the antioxidative activity of the high molecular weight polyphenols from Sargassum thunbeergii Kuntze and Sargassum kjellmanianum Yendo. Methods Three kinds of evaluation systems for antioxidative activity were adopted to test their efficiency to scavenge radicals (including hydroxyl free radical ?OH, superoxide redical O? 2 and DPPH? free radical). Results The high molecular weight polyphenols from the two kinds of brown algae had strong activity to scavenge the radicals above. Furthermore, they acted almost as the same level. Conclusion The high molecular weight polyphenols from the two kinds of brown algae had strong antioxidative activity, thus they are the potential, natural and marine antioxidants.
