With the advance of drug development and research techniques, the drug metabolic processes and mechanism can be more deeply achieved. As the drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics process are mediated by drug metabolizing enzymes and transporters, study of drug metabolizing enzymes and transporters has become an important part for drug development. The traditional immunoassays with low sensitivity and poor specificity can not reflect the accurate expression level of drug metabolizing enzymes and transporters. We now give a brief review on the quantitative study of drug metabolizing enzymes and transporters by mass spectrometry-based proteomic approach.

Objective:
To learn the epidemiological characteristics of fall mortality among the elderly people in Taizhou, and to provide basis for intervention strategies of fall in the elderly.
Methods:
Data of fall mortality among residents aged 60 years or over in Taizhou from 2016 to 2018,collected from Zhejiang Chronic Disease Surveillance Information Management System, was used for analysis of time, population and geographical characteristics of fall deaths. The epidemic trend of fall mortality in the elderly was described by annual percentage change(APC).
Results:
From 2016 to 2018,3 699 cases of fall death in Taizhou were reported, the crude and standardized mortality were 116.90/100 000 and 97.88/100 000. The standardized mortality of fall in women was 106.11/100 000,which was higher than 90.13/100 000 in men(P<0.05). The standardized mortality of fall in rural residents was 131.20/100 000,which was higher than 28.15/100 000 in urban residents(P<0.05). The mortality of fall in residents aged 65-69 years from 2016 to 2018 showed an upward trend(APC=4.20%,P<0.05),while the mortality trend of fall in other age groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).
Conclusion
Fall was the first cause of injury death in the elderly aged 60 years or over in Taizhou. Females and rural residents have relatively higher fall mortality.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the characteristics, diagnosis and therapy of post-biopsy renal artery pseudoaneurysm in children and to study the clinical value of arterial embolization for traumatic renal hemorrhage when conservative treatment failed.
METHODData were compiled from medical records of a child in whom renal artery pseudoaneurysm occurred after biopsy in the Provincial Hospital Affiliated to Shandong University , and the related literature was reviewed to analyze the diagnosis and treatment of such pseudoaneurysm.
RESULTA 13-year-old boy had gross hematuria, aggravated dysuria and decreased hemoglobin 10 days after percutaneous renal biopsy. Hb decreased from 110 g/L on the first day after admission to 92 g/L on the 4th day, 83 g/L on the 7th day and the minimum to 74 g/L at the 8th day after admission. Ultrasound showed solid echogenic mass in the right renal pelvis as well as the bladder. Color Doppler ultrasound shows the red and blue rotation of blood flow in the polar capsule under the right kidney. Contrast-enhanced CT in the arterial phase showed a 0.5 cm sized renal mass with a strongly enhanced dot in the lower pole of the right kidney, suggesting a renal artery pseudoaneurysm. Haemostatic, supplement of red blood cells and blood volume and other integrative treatment of hematuria were applied for seven days, but his gross hematuria continued to be worsened. He was diagnosed as pseudoaneurysm by digital subtraction angiography (DSA) on the 19th day after renal biopsy. Superselective renal artery embolization using micro-coils and gelatin sponge particles was performed, and the blood clots were cleaned under cystoscope. Macro-haematuria and dysuria disappeared after the interventional treatment. Retrieval of reports on post-biopsy renal artery pseudoaneurysm in children by using "pseudoaneurysm, child" as the search term showed report of one case from the Chinese CNKI database and 3 cases from the PubMed database. The underlying disease was Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis in 3 cases and Sneedon syndrome in 1 case; clinical manifestation of gross haematuria was present in 4 cases, lumbago or pain at the site of the puncture in 2 cases, dysuria in 1 case, and fever in 2 cases.
CONCLUSIONThe post-biopsy renal artery pseudoaneurysm in children is often manifested as gross hematuria, lumbago, pain at the site of the puncture, fever and dysuria, DSA can be used for definite diagnosis and the interventional treatment is effective.

Objective:To explore the effects of participatory interactive teaching in the clinical internship course of pediatric infectious diseases.Methods:217 undergraduate students of grade 2018 majoring in pediatrics were selected as the experimental group, and 208 undergraduate students of grade 2017 majoring in pediatrics were selected as the control group. The experimental group used the teaching method of BOPPPS combined with case-based learning and team-based learning, while the control group adopted the traditional teaching method. Evaluate the learning effectiveness by comparing the formative evaluation and theoretical exam scores of the two groups , and a questionnaire survey was conducted for the students in the experimental group to investigate teaching feedback. SPSS 19.0 was used to perform the t test for data analysis. Results:The experimental group had significantly better scores than the control group in final theoretical examination [(75.04±9.12) vs. (71.03±9.51), P<0.05] and formative evaluation [(81.03±6.13) vs. (70.02±10.32), P<0.05]. According to the results of the questionnaire survey on teaching satisfaction, the students were satisfied with the interactive participatory teaching method in the four aspects of improving learning interest, improving learning ability, classroom satisfaction level, and course acceptance level. Conclusions:The pragmatic teaching reform in the internship of pediatric infectious diseases is highly accepted by students and beneficial to improving students' clinical thinking ability and comprehensive quality, which is worth further application and promotion.
