CD47 is a pluripotent molecule which plays a key role in the process of tumor immune escape.Blocking CD47 signal pathway can activate the macrophages to phagocytose tumor cells,which becomes a promising way for tumor immunotherapy.Monoclonal antibodies targeting CD47 have been the new focus during recent years.Present researches are carried out successfully,however it still needs more work before the clinical application of monoclonal antibodies targeting CD47.
2.Analysis on the CT findings of benign and malignant parotid tumors

Background and purpose:Parotid gland is rich in fat and has obvious contrast with bone and muscle in CT image.The preoperative examination of CT could help to evaluate the scale of tumor invasion and the relationship between tumor and normal tissues so that the proper therapy could be properly designed.The purpose of this study was to evaluate the roles of computer tomography(CT)in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant parotid tumors and to improve the diagnostic accuracy.Methods:CT images of 17 patients with benign parotid tumors and 15 patients with malignant parotid tumors proved by pathology were analyzed retrospectively.All patients underwent CT contrast-enhanced examination preoperatively.Images of all patients were retrospectively reviewed by two experienced radiologists in the diagnosis of head and neck tumors.Results:14 of 17 cases of benign tumors had round shapes and 9 of 15 cases of malignant tumors exhibited lobular or irregular masses(P
3.Effects of smecta in prolonged hemorrhagic shock

Objective To evaluate the effects of smecta in prolonged hemorrhagic shock.Methods The modified Wigger's method was used to induce hemorrhagic shock in anesthetized rabbits.Twenty-nine rabbits were randomly divided into hemorrhagic shock group(n=14),smecta group(n=15),with smecta solution being administered via a gavage tube before shock.The plasma levels of endotoxin,tumor necrosis factor ?(TNF?),interleukin-6(IL-6) and nitric oxide(NO) were detected at pre-shock and post-shock,immediately after resuscitation and 2h after resuscitation.Blood culture was done at pre-shock,immediately after resuscitation,2h after resuscitation.The survival rates of 24h and 48h were observed.Results The plasma levels of endotoxin,TNF?,IL-6 and NO markedly increased after shock,and were maintained at high level in shock group (P

Objective To evaluate the effects of aminoguandine(AG) used as a selective inhibitor of the inducible isoform of nitric oxide synthase(iNOS) and L NAME used as a non selective inhibitor of nitric oxide synthase(NOS) on severe hemorrhagic shock Methods Forty rabbits were bled to mean arterial pressure of 4 4 66 kPa via femoral artery Hypotention was maintained for 120 min, the shed blood was then returned, followed by an infusion with Ringer′s solutions Animals were randomly divided into three groups: hemorrhagic shock group (n=14), AG group (AG 20mg/kg was infused intravenously ,n=14), L NAME group (L NAME 30mg/kg was infused intravenously with ,n=12) Plasma levels of endotoxin, tumor necrosis factor(TNF?) and nitric oxide (NO) were determined before and after shock, immediately after resuscitation and 0 5h, 2h, 4h after resuscitation The 24h and 48h survival rates were recorded Lung, intestine, liver and kidney tissues were obtained 48 h after shock for microscopic examination Results The plasma endotoxin, TNF? and NO levels markedly increased and were kept at high levels after shock Lower plasma levels of endotoxin TNF? and NO, less tissue damages and high survival rates were observed in AG group as compared with those in L NAME group and shock group Conclusions The endotoxin,TNF? and NO play an important role in the development of irreversible shock AG is beneficial in the treatment of hemorrhagic shock, while L NAME does not improve the outcome of shock
5.Diagnostic Evaluation of X-ray and US Manifestations of Upper Digestive Tract Obstruction in Infant(A Report of 20 Cases)

Objective To study the evaluation between the X-ray findings and ultrasound(US) manifestations of upper digestiveobstruction in infancy.Methods X-ray and US manifestations of 20 cases of infant with upper digestive obstruction proved by operationwere analysed respectively.Results In 20 cases,12 patients had pyloric stenosis,3 duodenal stresia,3 midgut malformation,2 hiatalhernia.Pyloric stenosis was diagnosed by X-ray in 11 cases,by US in 9,misdiagnosed by US in 1 case.Duodenal stresia was observed by X-ray and US in 2 cases separately,not observed by X-ray and US in 1 case separately.Midgut malformation was demonstrated by X-ray and US in 1 case separately,not demonstrated in 2 cases separately.Hiatal hernia was found by X-ray in 2 cases,misdiagnosed by US in 2 cases.Conclusion The two methods can't substitute with each other but complement.X-ray is better than US in the diagnosis of pyloric stenosis and hiatal hernia.US is better than X-ray in the diagnosis of midgut malformation.
6.Effects of rapamycin-treated HSP60-pulsed dendritic cells on the progression of the atherosclerotic plaque in mice

AIM: To evaluate whether tolerogenic dendritic cells (DC) loaded with heat shock protein 60 (HSP60) inhibit the progression of aortic atherosclerotic plaque in hypercholesterolemic apolipoprotein E (Apo-E) -null mice. METHODS: Bone marrow derived DC of the mice were loaded with HSP60 and co-cultured with rapamycin to generate tolerogenic DC. The tolerogenic DC, DC loaded only HSP60 and PBS were injected into the ApoE-null mice at 8 weeks of age for three times at a one-week interval. 8 weeks after the last injection, aorta were harvested for HE staining and anti-CD4~+T cell immunostaining. Responses of pleenic cells to HSP60 were also evaluated. RESULTS: Compared with DC, DC_ HSP60 expressed higher levels of CD86, and stimulated T lymphocytes to proliferation significantly, while the tolerogenic DC expressed lower levels of CD86, and inhibited T lymphocytes to proliferation. 7.Constructing 3-dimensional colorized digital dental model assisted by digital photogra-phy

Objective:To explore a method of constructing universal 3-dimensional (3D)colorized digital dental model which can be displayed and edited in common 3 D software (such as Geomagic se-ries),in order to improve the visual effect of digital dental model in 3D software.Methods:The mor-phological data of teeth and gingivae were obtained by intra-oral scanning system (3Shape TRIOS),con-structing 3D digital dental models.The 3D digital dental models were exported as STL files.Meanwhile, referring to the accredited photography guide of American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD),five selected digital photographs of patients’teeth and gingivae were taken by digital single lens reflex camera (DSLR) with the same exposure parameters (except occlusal views ) to capture the color data.In Geomagic Studio 201 3,after STL file of 3D digital dental model being imported,digital photographs were projected on 3D digital dental model with corresponding position and angle.The junctions of different photos were carefully trimmed to get continuous and natural color transitions.Then the 3 D colorized digital dental model was constructed,which was exported as OBJ file or WRP file which was a special file for software of Geomagic series.For the purpose of evaluating the visual effect of the 3 D colorized digital model,a rating scale on color simulation effect in views of patients’evaluation was used.Sixteen patients were recruited and their scores on colored and non-colored digital dental models were recorded.The data were analyzed using McNemar-Bowker test in SPSS 20.Results:Universal 3D colorized digital dental model with better color simulation was constructed based on intra-oral scanning and digital photography. For clinical application,the 3D colorized digital dental models,combined with 3D face images,were in-troduced into 3D smile design of aesthetic rehabilitation,which could improve the patients’cognition for the esthetic digital design and virtual prosthetic effect.Conclusion:Universal 3 D colorized digital dental model with better color simulation can be constructed assisted by 3 D dental scanning system and digital photography.In clinical practice,the communication between dentist and patients could be improved as-sisted by the better visual perception since the colorized 3 D digital dental models with better color simula-tion effect.
8.Treatment of 24 Cases of Chest Pain Following Lung Cancer by Balancing Acupuncture Therapy

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of balancing acupuncture therapy in the treatment of chest pain following lung cancer. Methods: Twenty-four cases of primary bronchial lung cancer with chest pain were treated by balancing acupuncture therapy; the relief of chest pain and its relief time were observed. Results: Among the 24 cases undergoing balancing acupuncture therapy, the chest pain was absolutely relieved in 3 cases, partially relieved in 13 cases, lightly relieved in 4 cases and not relieved in 4 cases; the total response rate was 83.3%. In terms of the relief time, 9 cases responded to the balancing acupuncture therapy in 0-3 min, accounting for 37.5%; 5 cases responded in 4-6 min, accounting for 20.8%; the average responding time was (4.85±1.45) min. Conclusion: Balancing acupuncture therapy is rapid-acting, safe, convenient and inexpensive in the treatment of chest pain following lung cancer.

Objective To observe clinical effects of Baixuan xiatare capsules combined with Baskin and compound Flumetasone on elderly patients with chronic eczema .Methods 160 elderly patients with chronic eczema were randomly divided into observation group and control group ,80 cases in each group , the observation group with XTR combined with Baskin , compound Flumetasone treatment , control group using Baskin combined with compound Flumetasone treatment for 4 weeks,the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups .Results In the obser-vation group,the effective rate was 94.7%,the effective rate of control group was 82.1%,two groups have statistical significance with the efficiency difference (χ2 =5.862,P<0.05).Conclusion The XTR combined with Baskin and compound Flumetasone have better clinical effects than Baskin combined with compound flumetasone treatment with elderly patients with chronic eczema .
