Objective This paper analyzes the spectrum of ultrasonic echo and its change with depth when using dual unipolar pulse excitation.Methods According to the theory of matched filter,a group of aynmic filter was designed to ensure the near-field image resolution while maintaining the sensitivity of far-field image.Results This filter was accomplished in FPGA chip.Conclusion Higher image quality Can obtained applying this filter in the au-digital ultrasonic imaging system compared with those using constant filter.

Objective To investigate the expression of pro-apoptotic factor (Smac) and Survivin in gastric ulcer tissue.Methods Selected the 80 cases of gastric ulcer patients as the research object in the first people′s hospital of neijiang,in which no precancerous lesions of 40 cases of gastric ulcer (N group),40 cases of precancerous lesions of gastric ulcer(Y group),two groups of patients were Smac mRNA and Survivin mRNA were detected by using PCR method,immunohistochemical SP method of Smac and Survivin in specimens of table detect.Gastric ulcer patients were treated by triple therapy,and the apoptosis index was detected by TUNEL.Results Smac in N group(++) and (+++) in the expression accounted for 82.5％ was higher than that in Y group accounted for 47.5％,Survivin in group N (++) and (+++) in the expression accounted for 15.0％ was significantly lower than Y group accounted for 35.0％;And Smac mRNA in the N group relative expression the amount was significantly higher than that of Y group,while the expression of Survivin mRNA in the N group were significantly lower than Y group;N group the apoptosis index of the triple therapy after treatment than before treatment significantly decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of Smac and Survivin can be used as an auxiliary diagnostic index for the diagnosis of precancerous lesions in patients with gastric ulcer.Patients with gastric ulcer without precancerous lesion treated by triple therapy which can effectively control the apoptosis index of patients,improve the survival rate of patients.

To assess the expression of peripheral blood CD62P in patients with non-small cell lung cancer and its clinical significance, peripheral blood CD62P content in 75 patients with lung cancer was detected by immune-flow-cytometry. Among them 45 patients with lung cancer were subjected to comparison of the CD62P contents between pre-operation and post-operation, and comparison with those of 30 normal donors. Objective To study the mechanism of myocardical aging. Methods Wistar rats used were divided aging group (22 months old) and adult group (7 months old). Qualitative morphological changes of organelles of myocardium were observed by TEM. Quantitative morphological changes of organelles of myocardium were determined by stereological method, Ca 2+ regulation of organelles of myocardium were analysed by EDS. Results Compared with adult group, aging group:(1) The nuclei were indented, myofibril were arranged irregularly, intercalated disk were separated, mitochondria and sarcoplasmic reticulum were swelled, lipofuscin and residual body were increased. (2) The volume of myocardium not occupied by myocyte were increased, the volume density of mitochondria and sarcoplasmic reticulum were reduced, specific surface of outer membrance of mitochondria inter membrane plus cristae of mitochondria and the membrane of sarcoplasmic reticulum were also reduced. (3) Ca 2+ in myofibril and mitochondria were increased, but Ca 2+ in sarcoplasmic reticulum were decreased. Conclusion The contractility of aging myocardium were declined, the morphological changes and Ca 2+ regulation of mitochondria and sarcoplasmic reticulum might be directly related to myocardical aging.

Objective To study the effect of stanozolol and shenqi injection used in comprehensive treatment of late stage cancer.Methods 158 late stage cancer patients,all treated only by rountine method and supportive treatment were randomly divided into 2 groups.And at the same time,79 patients in the treatment group were treated with stanozolol,2mg,po,tid,and shenqi injection 250ml,ivdrip,qd for nine weeks.All patients were recorded weight and hematology biochemical indicator.Results The treatment group surpasses the control group obviously (P＜0.01 ).Conclusion Stanozolol and shenqi injection can improve quality of life of late stage cancer patients and reduce dyscrasia syndrome.

To elucidate arsenic-induced oxidative DNA damage, the genotoxicity of arsenic in human cells was comparatively studied with single cell gel electrophoresis (SCGE) assay in combination with the observation of the protective effects of dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) and catalase. Arsenic, at the concentration of 2.4 μM by coincubation for 24 hours, significantly induced DNA damage in HL60, a human promyelocytic leukemia cell line. In contrast, significant DNA damage was found in human mononucleocytes at the concentration of 4.8 μM or above. The cells were incubated separately with DMSO (12 mM/l), a well-known hydroxyl radical (OH-) scavenger, and catalase (1,300 U/ml), a hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) scavenger, for 6 hours and then further coincubated with various concentrations of arsenic for 24 hours at 37°C and 5% CO2. The findings showed that both DMSO and catalase significantly reduced the arsenic-induced tail moment, a parameter of total damaged DNA, in HL60 and mononucleocytes. Hence our findings indicate that arsenic, with micromolar concentrations, induces typical and various extents of DNA damage in human cells via reactive oxygen species in a dose-dependent manner.

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of continuous blood purification (CBP) on acute pancreatitis (AP) and its influence on prognosis.Methods:200 patients with AP in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2016 were selected as the subjects,and they were divided into conventional treatment group and CBP treatment group according to the random number table method,600 cases in each group.The conventional treatment group was received conventional drug therapy,and the CBP treatment group was treated with CBP on the basis of commonly used drugs.The disappeared time of clinical symptoms after treatment and the changes of inflammatory factors and the changes of intestinal function before and 72 h after treatment were compared between the two groups,the mortality rate was compared between the two groups at 7 d after treatment.Results:Abdominal pain disappeared time,abdominal distension disappeared time and abdominal tenderness disappeared time in CBP treatment group after treatment were lower than the conventional treatment group (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of endotoxin,C reactive protein (CRP),amylase (AMS),two amine oxidase and malondialdehyde before treatment in the two groups (P＞0.05).At 72 h after treatment,endotoxin,CRP,AMS,two amine oxidase and malondialdehyde levels were lower than those before treatment,and the CBP treatment group was lower than the conventional treatment group (P＜0.05).The mortality rate of CBP treatment group was lower than that of conventional treatment group at 7 d after treatment,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion:CBP can effectively improve the clinical therapeutic effect of AP,and improve the clinical prognosis of patients.

Objective To explore the association between SLC2A9,SLC17A3,ABCG2 single nucleotide polymorphisms and gout susceptibility in Quanzhou.Methods One hundred and fifty-four cases of gout patients and 160 healthy controls were selected,single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) of SLC2A9 SLC17A3,ABCG2 with tri-primer polymerase chain reaction (PCR) were tested and the relation between different genotypes and primary gout prevalence were analyzed.Results High risk genotype frequency of rs16890979 was 93.5％ and 70.0％ in patients and healthy people,respectively (the difference of genotype frequency between the two groups was statistically significant (x2=55.377,P＜0.01).High risk allele frequency was 79.9％ and 48.4％ in patients and healthy people,respectively (allele frequency in different population was statistically significant,x2=67.128,P＜0.01).High risk genotype frequency of rs2231142 was 68.8％ and 38.7％ in patients and healthy people,respectively (the difference of the genotype frequency was statistically significant,x2=29.129,P＜0.01);High risk allele frequency was 43.5％ and 23.4％ in patients and healthy people,respectively (the difference of allele frequency was statistically significant,x2=28.468,P＜0.01) ; rs1165205was a protective SNP,low risk genotype frequency was 42.2％ and 45.6％ in patients and healthy people,respectively (the difference of genotype frequency was statistically significant,x2=0.373,P=0.571); High risk allele frequency was 26.0％ and 28.1％ in patients and healthy people,respectively (the difference of allele frequency was not statistically significant,x2=0.270,P=0.364).Conclusion SNP loci rs16890979 of SLC2A9 gene and rs2231142 of ABCG2 gene can be used as genetic markers for primary gout susceptibility in the Quanzhou area,but SNP loci rs1165205 of SLC17A3 gene has little correlation with the prevalence of primary gout in Quanzhou residents.
