International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2017;38(17):2406-2408
Objective To investigate the expression of pro-apoptotic factor (Smac) and Survivin in gastric ulcer tissue. Methods Selected the 80 cases of gastric ulcer patients as the research object in the first people′s hospital of neijiang,in which no precancerous lesions of 40 cases of gastric ulcer (N group),40 cases of precancerous lesions of gastric ulcer(Y group),two groups of patients were Smac mRNA and Survivin mRNA were detected by using PCR method, immunohistochemical SP method of Smac and Survivin in specimens of table detect.Gastric ulcer patients were treated by triple therapy, and the apoptosis index was detected by TUNEL.Results Smac in N group(++) and (+++) in the expression accounted for 82.5% was higher than that in Y group accounted for 47.5%,Survivin in group N (++) and (+++) in the expression accounted for 15.0% was significantly lower than Y group accounted for 35.0%;And Smac mRNA in the N group relative expression the amount was significantly higher than that of Y group, while the expression of Survivin mRNA in the N group were significantly lower than Y group;N group the apoptosis index of the triple therapy after treatment than before treatment significantly decreased, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of Smac and Survivin can be used as an auxiliary diagnostic index for the diagnosis of precancerous lesions in patients with gastric ulcer.Patients with gastric ulcer without precancerous lesion treated by triple therapy which can effectively control the apoptosis index of patients, improve the survival rate of patients.

The present advantage and disadvantage or problems of basic medical sciences elective courses in college and university are analyzed and indicated.Meanwhile, the experience of teaching optional course of the clinical applied anatomy of heart has been presented, including reforming teaching method, combining the anatomical theory with the clinical specialty, especially boosting the interesting in the course and medical research, encouraging students to do more dissection and culturing their competence in learning and following closely the trends of medical science and technology development. The new teaching style received a better teaching effect and improved the teaching quality. The significance that the teachers should pay more attention to practice training in their teaching students of optional courses has been positively emphasized.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(10):-
To assess the expression of peripheral blood CD62P in patients with non-small cell lung cancer and its clinical significance, peripheral blood CD62P content in 75 patients with lung cancer was detected by immune-flow-cytometry. Among them 45 patients with lung cancer were subjected to comparison of the CD62P contents between pre-operation and post-operation, and comparison with those of 30 normal donors. The results showed that peripheral blood CD62P content in patients with lung cancer was significantly higher than that in normal con-trols(P

Objective To study the mechanism of myocardical aging. Methods Wistar rats used were divided aging group (22 months old) and adult group (7 months old). Qualitative morphological changes of organelles of myocardium were observed by TEM. Quantitative morphological changes of organelles of myocardium were determined by stereological method, Ca 2+ regulation of organelles of myocardium were analysed by EDS. Results Compared with adult group, aging group:(1) The nuclei were indented, myofibril were arranged irregularly, intercalated disk were separated, mitochondria and sarcoplasmic reticulum were swelled, lipofuscin and residual body were increased. (2) The volume of myocardium not occupied by myocyte were increased, the volume density of mitochondria and sarcoplasmic reticulum were reduced, specific surface of outer membrance of mitochondria inter membrane plus cristae of mitochondria and the membrane of sarcoplasmic reticulum were also reduced. (3) Ca 2+ in myofibril and mitochondria were increased, but Ca 2+ in sarcoplasmic reticulum were decreased. Conclusion The contractility of aging myocardium were declined, the morphological changes and Ca 2+ regulation of mitochondria and sarcoplasmic reticulum might be directly related to myocardical aging.

Detection of serum tumor markers in clinical application is simple, which has become an in dispensable means in clinical medical work, and played an important role in the early detection of malignant tumor, benign and malignant tumor differential diagnosis, guiding the stage and predicting prognosis. But because of its sensitivity and specificity have limitations,we should find more new markers.

Objective The effect of vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) on the PDFG\|B mRNA expression of Co\|cultured endothelial cells (ECs) under shear stress had been studied in order to provide some experimental data for preventing the development of restenosis resulted from VSMCs proliferation in the vascular graft. Methods The level of PDGF\|B mRNA of ECs cultured alone and Co\|cultured with VSMCs exposed to shear stress were investigated by the methods of in situ hybridization and image analysis. Both controls of ECs cultured alone and Co\|cultured with VSMCs were maintained under static conditions. Results In static condition, the content of PDGF\|B mRNA expression of Co\|cultured ECs was lowered in comparison with ECs alone\|cultured. Under shear stress, PDGF\|B mRNA expression of Co\|cultured ECs was increased in transient manner at 1hour after the onset of shear stress and then returned to the level lower than the static level of Co\|cultured ECs at 6hours after being exposed to shear stress. The transient increasing time of PDGF\|B mRNA expression of Co\|cultured ECs reached a maximum earlier than that of ECs cultured alone. Conclusion Under shear stress, PDGF\|B mRNA expression of ECs Co\|cultured with VSMCs is lowered, which may be favor of inhibiting VSMCs proliferation.

To elucidate arsenic-induced oxidative DNA damage, the genotoxicity of arsenic in human cells was comparatively studied with single cell gel electrophoresis (SCGE) assay in combination with the observation of the protective effects of dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) and catalase. Arsenic, at the concentration of 2.4 μM by coincubation for 24 hours, significantly induced DNA damage in HL60, a human promyelocytic leukemia cell line. In contrast, significant DNA damage was found in human mononucleocytes at the concentration of 4.8 μM or above. The cells were incubated separately with DMSO (12 mM/l), a well-known hydroxyl radical (OH-) scavenger, and catalase (1,300 U/ml), a hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) scavenger, for 6 hours and then further coincubated with various concentrations of arsenic for 24 hours at 37°C and 5% CO2. The findings showed that both DMSO and catalase significantly reduced the arsenic-induced tail moment, a parameter of total damaged DNA, in HL60 and mononucleocytes. Hence our findings indicate that arsenic, with micromolar concentrations, induces typical and various extents of DNA damage in human cells via reactive oxygen species in a dose-dependent manner.
