OBJECTIVE:To observe the efficacy and safety of the effective blood concentration of cyclosporin A in patients after bone marrow transplantation.METHODS:By fluorescence polarization immunoassay(FPIA),the whole blood trough concentration of CsA in 14 patients after undergoing bone marrow transplantation was monitored for 216 times in total from day 1 to day 466,and the monitoring results were analyzed.RESULTS:The effective blood concentrations of CsA in patients with chronic myelocytic leukemia(CML),acute non lymphocytic leukemia(AML),acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL),Mediterranean disease(THAL),and pancytopenia were(50～450) ng?mL~(-1),(100～450) ng?mL~(-1),(100～350) ng?mL~(-1)(200～500) ng?mL~(-1),and(250～500) ng?mL~(-1),respectively.Rejection reaction appeared in 7 cases after bone marrow transplantation,with whole blood trough concentration of CsA ranged from 67.4 ng?mL~(-1) to 189.34 ng?mL_(-1) (125.44?39.56 ng?mL~(-1)on average).Adverse drug reaction appeared in 3 cases,with trough concentration of CsA ranged from 412.5 ng?mL~(-1) to 548.62 ng?mL~(-1)(481.39?68.08 ng?mL~(-1) on average).CONCLUSION:Timely monitoring of plasma concentration of CsA and modifying of the dosage regimen can avoid the occurrence of rejection reaction and adverse drug reaction,which is of great significance for patients' medication safety and efficacy.

In recent years, according to the etiology and pathology researches of slow transit constipation (STC) STC is considered as a kind of "enteric neuropathy", indicating it is a kind of disease caused by abnormity of the enteric nervous system (ENS). Through reviewing the mechanism of acupuncture to regulate STC, it is found out that there is a close relationship between acupuncture regulating STC and ENS. Through various channels including ganglion cells, nerve plexus, neurotransmitter and TRPV1 (the primary sensory neurons receptor of the ENS) of the ENS, acupuncture is likely to make comprehensive adjustment on STC.

【Objective】To observe the effect of electro-acupuncture(EA) and Banxia Xiexin Decoction(BXD) on motilin levels of functional dyspepsia(FD) rats.【Methods】 Sixty SD rats were randomized into normal control group,model group,mosapride citrate tablets(MCT,2.82 mg?kg-1?d-1) group,EA group,BXD(33g?kg-1?d-1) group,EA + BXD group.Except the normal control group,the rats with FD in other groups were induced by stimulating the rat tails with forceps clip. OBJECTIVE:To discuss the general rule on checking and acceptance of drug warehousing of prepared slices of Chinese crude drugs.METHODS:The warehousing acceptance data of prepared slices of Chinese crude drugs during 2003-2007 in our hospital were sorted and the reasons for drug acceptance rejection were analyzed.RESULTS:Of the 5 228 batches of prepared slices of Chinese crude drugs checked before acceptance over 5 years,138(2.61%) were unacceptable.Most of the rejected batches were prepared processing slices of Chinese crude drugs.There were more than 30 factors resulted in the rejection.CONCLUSION:The key to ensure the quality of prepared slices of Chinese crude drugs is to improve their processing level.

Objective To incestigate the fetures of cranial CT and MRI in the patients with eclamptic encephalopathy.Methods The CT and MRI findings of eight cases of eclamptic encephalopathy with the charge of CT,MRI appearance of FLAIR(fluid attenvated inversion-recovery),DWI(difussion weighted imaging),ADC(apparent diffusion coefficient)were analyzed retrospectively.Results Of eight patients,5 cases had abnormal finding in the cranial CT with showed symmetric plaque-like low-attenuated lesions in cortex and subcortical white matter of parietal and occipital lobes in six cases;eight cases had abnormal findings in the cranial MRI,the lesions were demonstrated as slightly hypointensity on T1WI and slightly hyperintensity on T2WI and remarkably hyperintensity on FLAIR,and iso or slightly hyperintensity on DWI,and remarkably hyperintensity on ADC.The lilateral parietal occipital lobes and cerebellar hemisphere and Brain Stem were the more common sites.Conclusions The only characteristric findings of eclamptic encephalopathy in MRI and CT imaging studies is vasogenic edema and reversible,especially in the subcortical white matter of the parietal and occipital lobes bilaterally,and cereballar hemisphere et al;especially cranial CT showed symmetric plaque like low-attenuated lesions of posterior brain;FLAIR,DWI and ADC of MRI can be helpful for early diagnosis and diffenential diagnosis,prognosis and curative effect of hypertensive encephalopathy.

This paper introduces the setting and configuration of our hospital's fPACS workstation, which is developed by the First Military Medical University. The fPAX video workstations are used as the terminals, including fPAX sampling workstation for video, picture and number, fPAX diagnosis workstation, fPAX clinician workstation and fPAX consultation center workstation. The workstation is equipped with an IBM4 2G host computer, an 80G fixed disc, an EMS memory more than 512M and a SONY 21″ pure flat display. Our experience of building PACS workstation proves that the reasonable setting and configuration is helpful to save the money and increase the efficiency.

OBJECTIVE:To provide scientic basis for clinical use of hormone.METHODS:The influence of methylpred?nisolone injection(MP)on levels of serum potassium,sodium,calcium,blood sugar,blood pressure,blood lipid,and protein was observed.RESULTS:MP had the most obvious influence on serum calcium and protein,while it had the least influence on triglyceride.Along with the increases of dosage of drug and patient’s age,the changes of biochemical indices induced by MP w_ ere more obvious.The changes of serum sodium and blood pressure were greater in male patients under age40in comparison with those in females.Supplement of potassium,calcium and protein could postpone the influence of drug on serum calcium and protein but could not reduce the incidence rates.CONCLUSION:The use of hormone should adhere to individualized principle and adopt the minimum dosage with expected therapeutic efficacy to reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.

OBJECTIVE:To study the anti-infective effect of ceftriaxone in perioperative period METHODS:28 cases of cholelithiasis complicating infections who had to undergo laparoscopic cholecystectomy were enrolled in this study Ceftriaxone,1g,im,was injected 1h～1 5h before anesthesia,and blood and bile were sampled before,during and after operation The concentration of ceftriaxone was determined by UV-spectrophotometry RESULTS:The concentrations of ceftriaxone in blood before,during and after operation were(37 59?16 13)?g/ml,(49 68?10 51)?g/ml and (27 09?12 38)?g/ml respectively The drug concentration in blood peaked 2h after drug administration,at this time,the drug concentration of bile was 4 times that of blood (201 77?20 16)?g/ml CONCLUSION:The drug concentration in blood was 49 times as high as MIC,which indicates that ceftriaxone has preventive and therapeutic effects on possible infections during perioperative period

OBJECTIVE:In order to promote the rational drug use in China,we undertook a multi-center international indicators field survey of rational drug use(RDU).METHODS:According to the international RDU indicators of WHO/IN?RUD,a multi-center,random and on-site survey to the prescriptions and patients was carried out on the same day at7dif?ferent level hospitals.RESULTS:Prescription indicators:the average number of drugs per prescription was2.63;the percent?age of antibiotics prescribed was38.3%;and the percentage of preparations for injection prescribed was20.4%;the percentage of drugs prescribed from essential drug list(EDL)was69.6%.Patient care indicators:average consultation time was7.17minutes;average dispensing time was15.4seconds;percentage of drugs actually dispensed was100%;percentage of drugs ac?tually labeled was99%;percentage of patients'knowledge of correct dosage was86.3%.CONCLUSION:It is practicable and effective to get the data by using the indicators of WHO/INRUD.The rational drug use and the care from doctors and phar?macists to the patients are not enough in China,which remains to be improved.
