To control thor internal quality of Qili Powder, the content of Resina Draconis in this powder was determined with the 2nd derivative peetrograph. This method could eliminate the interference of other components without separation and purification.

Objective To identify and characterize the CD34~+ stem cells of hematopoietic tumor cell lines. Methods Taking CD34 molecule as a marker to identify if there are CD34~+ tumor cells in hematopoietic tumor cell lines(THP-1,MEL,K562,MOLT-4,RAJI,RPMI8226,SP2/0 and DCS) by fluorescence staining and FCM technology. We separated CD34~+ cells from K562 and MOLT-4 for further study.CD34~+ cells were cultured and observed their development.CD34~+ and CD34 +- cells were compared in their functional status(mRNA),cell cycles(G -0/G -1),their degree of differentiation(Id-1 expression) and their multi-drug resistance(gp expression). Results The percentages of CD34~+ cells were 6 ^2%(DCS),5.2%(MEL),1.4%(RAJI),2.5%(THP-1),2.1%(MOLT-4),3.1%(K562),0(SP2/0),and 0(RPMI8226) respectively.After culturing CD34 ++ cells isolated from K562 cells line could proliferate and the percentage of CD34 ++ reminded the same.CD34 ++ tumor cells contained much less RNA,more G0/G1 cells,expressed more Id-1 protein(less differentiated state) and possessed more P-gp(stronger multi-drug resistance).Conclusion There exists a very small portion of CD34 ++ stem cells among hematopoietic tumor cells and these cells are in a more primitive state.

The researches on attention provide a promising framework for studying bipolar disorder pathophysiology and treatment.Previous findings have shown the negative attention bias maybe a risk factor for bipolar disorder.The current review discusses this issue in several aspects,including attention bias toward emotional information in bipolar disorder is state or trait,and whether shows mood-congruent bias;the character of attention bias in the different episodes of bipolar disorder.The article also puts forward an intervention of attention bias modification for treating bipolar disorder.

?-GT activity and its substrate GSH content in tissue homogenate, epithe-lium and stroma of normal and benign hyperplastic human prostates were measured tostudy their relationship with pathogenesis of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Theresults were: a) ?-GT activity in BPH tissues were very much increased; but GSHcontent was much decreased; b) The ?-GT activity in epithelium of both normal andBPH were much higher than that in relative stroma. However epithelium GSH contentwere lower than that of stroma. Thase results suggested that increand ?-GT activity anddecreased GSH content play an important role in pathogenesis of BPH.

Objective To review the quantitative relationship of polymorphism at the sites +49 of cytotoxic T-lymphocyte associated antigen 4 gene with the susceptibility of Graves' disease(GD) in Asian population.Methods The Medline,PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database on disc (CBM disc) databases were searched and used in meta-analysis to analyze the data in the articles collected.Results This analysis included a total of 24 papers,and GD patients and healthy population control group were composed of 4 832 cases and 5 643 subjects respectively.This paper revealed that in the general population,the Chinese people and the Japanese crowd,all the genetic models (allele,co-dominant model,dominant model,recessive model) were statistically significant,indicating that CTLA-4 +49 A allele could reduce the risk of GD.Conclusions The CTLA-4 +49 G→A mutation allele may serve as a factor in reducing the risk of GD susceptibility in Asian population.

Objective To observe the effects of nose-stuffy continuous positive airway pressure(CPAP)combined with large-dose Mucosolvan on the hyaline membrane disease of newborn(NHMD). Methods Third),divided into three equal parts,by intravenous drop infusion]. According to the results of SpO2 and blood gas analysis,the CPAP setting was adjusted. Before and after the treatment,the SpO2、RR、PaO2、PaCO2、SaO2 of all the children were analyzed. Results Ten children of all(76.9%) were cured,two died,one quitThe SpO2 of the total,at one hour after the treatment,improved significantly(P＜0.001);the RR、PaO2、SaO2 at 24 hours later also improved(P＜0.05). Conclusion The method of nose-stuffy continuous positive airway pressure(CPAP) combined with large-dose Mucosolvan,which had good effects on ameliorating the symptom and improving the gas exchange,is worth used in primary hospitals widely.

OBJECTIVE:To discuss the general rule on checking and acceptance of drug warehousing of prepared slices of Chinese crude drugs.METHODS:The warehousing acceptance data of prepared slices of Chinese crude drugs during 2003-2007 in our hospital were sorted and the reasons for drug acceptance rejection were analyzed.RESULTS:Of the 5 228 batches of prepared slices of Chinese crude drugs checked before acceptance over 5 years,138(2.61%) were unacceptable.Most of the rejected batches were prepared processing slices of Chinese crude drugs.There were more than 30 factors resulted in the rejection.CONCLUSION:The key to ensure the quality of prepared slices of Chinese crude drugs is to improve their processing level.

AIM: To investigate the protective effects of diltiazem (Dil) on liver, pancreas and small intestines in hemorrhagic-shock canines and its mechanism. METHODS: The canines were bled to a mean arterial pressure (MAP) of 5.33-6.67 kPa for 30 min to produce the model of shock. During the shock, the dogs received water-soluble calcium channel blocker Dil or normal saline. The MAP was kept at the level for 90 min, then the total blood which was bled previously was reperfused . They were observed for 240 min. AIM: The quantitative determination of N,N-dimethylf in olgosaccharide was carried out. METHODS: Gas Chromatographic was employed. RESULTS: Experimental results showed that a good separation of DMF with other contents of sample was achieved on FFAP(50 m?0.32 mm) column,and the separation degree was more than 1.5.The linear range was 3.58～0.000358 mg/mL with r=0.999 9 and the relative standard deviation was 1.52%(n=5).and the limit of detection was 1.0 mg/mL.The recovery of the method was in the range of 95.7%～98.4%. CONCLUSION: The method is simple,rapid,accurate and precise.
