Objective To investigate the pollution situation of ventilation systems of centralized air-conditioners in public areas and to present the data for hygiene management. Methods 20 ventilating systems of air-conditioners from six 3-star or above hotels in Nanning were selected randomly and the hygienic inspection on these samples was performed including the indexes of PM10, aerobic bacterial count, aerobic molds count, dust capacity of inner-wind duct surface and microbial as well as the legionella in cooling tower water. Results The total count of aerobic bacterial in breeze of air-conditioner was rather serious, the over-standard rate was 66.7%. The over-standard rate of PM10 was 16.7%. Dust content of inner-wind duct surface was rather high with the average value of 46.33 g/m2 and the over-standard rate was 83.3%, the over-standard rate of total count of aerobic molds in it was 100%, the highest value was 145.3 times of the standard limit. The over-standard rate of total bacterial count in inner-wind duct surface was 16.7%. The legionella pneumophila was detected in one of the six samples. Conclusion The cleaning and disinfection of ventilation system of centralized air-conditioners in star grade hotels is not thorough in Nanning and the pollution of microbial is rather serious. so the hygienic management must be strengthened.

Objective:To investigate the longitudinal trajectory and influencing factors of cancer-related fatigue (CRF) in breast cancer patients during chemotherapy. Methods:From March 2019 to January 2020, breast cancer patients in Longhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yueyang Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Peking Union Medical College Hospital were selected as the research objects to conduct follow-up investigation. The survey tools included general information questionnaire, Cancer-related Fatigue Assessment Scale, International Physical Activity Questionnaire, and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale. Results:A total of 91 patients were included in the study. The incidence of severe CRF at each time point before chemotherapy, 3 weeks after chemotherapy and 6 weeks after chemotherapy were 1.1% (1/91), 8.8% (5/57) and 2.1% (1/48), respectively. The results of the generalized estimation equation showed that the trajectory of the total score CRF firstly increased and then decreased, reaching a peak at 3 weeks after chemotherapy (35.45±13.07), and mild CRF change showed statistical difference ( P<0.05). In addition, BMI and sleep and daytime dysfunction were the influencing factors of the total score of CRF. Disease stage, sleep disturbance and daytime dysfunction were the influencing factors of CRF with different severity. Conclusions:CRF is a prominent problem in breast cancer patients during chemotherapy. Attention should be paid to high-risk individuals with abnormal BMI and daytime function by medical staff.

Objective :
To explore the effect of LncRNA MEG3 in temozolomide (TMZ) resistance of glioma cells.
Methods :
TMZ⁃resistant glioma cells U87(U87/TMZ) were constructed,qRT⁃PCR was used to detect the LncRNA
MEG3 expression level, and MTT was used to detect the cell proliferation ability. The LncRNA MEG3 in U87/TMZ was overexpressed by liposome method (pcDNA⁃MEG3 group), the empty vector was transfected as the empty vector group ( pcDNA group), and the conventionally cultured U87/TMZ was used as the blank group ( Control group),then treated with 10 μg/ml TMZ. The plasmid transfection effect was analyzed by qRT⁃PCR. The expression of LncRNA MEG3⁃related protein was confirmed by Western blot. The cell cloning experiment detects the effect of LncRNA MEG3 on cell proliferation. The effect of LncRNA MEG3 on cell invasion was tested by Transwell. The effect of LncRNA MEG3 on cell apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry. And mouse transplant tumoranimal model was constructed for in vivo experiments.
Results :
Compared with U87, the expression level of Ln cRNA MEG3 in U87/TMZ was lower (P < 0. 01), and the cell viability of U87/TMZ was higher than that of U87 (P < 0. 01) . After overexpression of MEG3 combined with TMZ, compared with the Control group and the pcDNA group, the pcDNA⁃MEG3 group up⁃regulated the expression of MEG3 mRNA and p53 protein, and down⁃regulated the expression of MDM2 protein, and the proliferation and invasion ability of the pcDNA⁃MEG3 group decreased while the apoptosis ability increased (P < 0. 01) . The construction of mouse transplant tumor animal model showed that the tumor volume and mass of the pcDNA⁃MEG3 group were reduced compared with the pcDNA group (P < 0. 01) .
Conclusion
Overexpression of LncRNA MEG3 can attenuate the drug resistance of TMZ⁃resistant glioma cells.
