Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of rosuvastatin combined with oxycodone sustained release tablets in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer and its effects on serum IL-6 and TNF-αlevels.Methods 62 cases with advanced non-small cell lung cancer from May 2014 to May 2016were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table, each group with 31 cases.Control group were treated with oxycodone sustained-release tablets, and observation group were treated with rosuvastatin and oxycodone sustained-release tablets.The levels of serum IL-6 and TNF-αwere compared pre-and post-treatment betweene two groups.The effective dose, the number of painful pain, the NRS score, the improvement of quality of life of oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets after treatment and adverse reaction rate were observed. Results After treatment, serum IL-6, TNF-αlevels in two groups were significantly lower than pre-treatment (P <0.05), and which in observation group were significantly lower than control group (P<0.05).Compared with control group, the effective dose of Oxycodone Hydrochloride Prolonged-release Tablets, broke out pain, NRS score in observation group were significantly higher ( P <0.05 ) .The effective rate of cancer pain treatment in observation group was 96.77% (30/31), significantly higher than 74.19% (23/31) of control group (χ2 =12.269, P<0.0001).The improvement of quality of life incontrol group was 32.25%, significantly lower than 80.64% in observation group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between two groups.Conclusion Rosuvastatin combined with oxycodone sustained release tablets in treatment with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were effective, and can reduce the patient's serum IL-6, TNF-αlevels effectively.

Objective To evaluate the late complications of continent ileocolic reservoir with an unaltered in situ appendix conduit and the management. Methods Thirty patients with bladder cancer who had undergone the surgery of continent ileocolic diversion with an unaltered in situ appendix conduit were followed up for 108 to 126 months (mean 118 months).The long-term post-operative complications were documented. Results The complications occurred as follows:urinary pouch superdistention in 5 cases,calculus formation in the urinary pouch in 6,difficulty with catheterization in 4,uerteral obstruction in 3,hemorrhage of the pouch in 1 and mild hyperchloremic acidosis in 1.These complications were managed accordingly and good results achieved. Conclusions Although continent ileocolic diversion with an unaltered in situ appendix conduit has a long-term efficacy,the complications occur frequently.The procedure needs further improvement.

Objective To discuss the application of surface anatomy scanning in the department of cerebral surgery. Methods 24 cases were examined by surface anatomy scanning.These included 5 normal cases,10 gliomas,4 metastasis tumors,3 meningiomas,1 cavernous hemangioma and 1 cerebral infarction.Results 5 normal cases with surface anatomy scanning showed excellent visualization of the sulci and gyri on the surface of the brain.In 19 cases with cortical or subcortical lesions,14 cases showed the relationship between the lesion and the brain surface structures well.5 cases could not displayed because of server edema around the lesion.Conclusion The brain surface anatomy scanning is useful for the localization of cortical and subcortical pathology,for the diagnosis of the disease of sulci and gyri,can partly replace the navigation.

Objective To investigate the effects of kidney transplantation in sensitized recipients receiving conventional human leukocyte antigen(HLA) and cross-reactive groups(CREG) matching.Methods The HLA and CREG matching were used to select the best donors for 82 recipients with high titer of panel reactive antibody(PRA),and adjunctive application of plasma exchange and intravenous immunoglublin were conducted.Results The successful rate was 90%(74/82) and mortality rate was 1%(1/82).The incidence of hyperacute rejection,accelerated acute rejection,acute rejection and delayed graft function was 4%(3/82),6%(5/82),28%(23/82) and 21%(17/82),respectively.The incidences of acute rejection in groups of broad sensitized,HLA class Ⅰantibody positive recipients,HLA antibody positive recipients of post-transplantation and donor specific antibody were higher than those in groups of mild sensitized,HLA classⅡantibody positive recipients,HLA antibody positive recipients of pre-transplantation non-donor and specific antibody respectively(all P

Objective To investigate the application value of ultrasonography in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules in the elderly.Methods The ultrasonography data of 117 elderly patients with thyroid nodules confirmed by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively from Jan.2013 to Feb.2015.Their sonogram features were summarized.Results Among 117 cases,there were 82 cases (70.1 ％) with benign thyroid nodules and 35 cases (29.9％) with malignant thyroid tumors according to pathological diagnosis.The accordance rate of ultrasonography for diagnosing the benign and malignant thyroid nodules was 88.0％,and only 14 cases were misdiagnosed.Conclusions Ultrasonography has a good application value in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules in the elderly.

Objective To investigate the sleep architecture in dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB),and study the sleep architecture and cognitive functions in DLB.Methods We described polysomnography (PSG) findings in 34 consecutive subjects diagnosed with DLB.All the patients underwent Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE),Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA),Clinical Dementia Rating (CDR) to quantify cognitive functions.Results (1)Sleep architecture analysis:DLB group compared to normal control group,the sleep period time (SPT) was reduced (P ＜ 0.05),total sleep time (TST) and sleep efficiency (SE) were decreased,total wake time (TWT) and wake after sleep onset (WASO) were increased,1 non-rapid eye movement (NREM) sleep (TS1),2NREM sleep (TS2),total NREM sleep (TNREMS),and REM sleep (TREMS) time were significantly decreased (P ＜0.01).(2)The DLB patients were divided into groups based on MMSE,MoCA,qnd CDR scores,the sleep architecture of each group was no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions Patients with DLB exists sleep architecture disorder.The cognitive functions and sleep architecture changes in patients with DLB have no obvious correlation.It is different from other degenerative dementia.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the factors that result in lower respiratory tract infection by Candida albicans and the situation of drug resistance in geriatric inpatients.METHODS Clinical samples were collected from the geriatric inpatients with lower respiratory tract infection in our hospital from Jan 2004 to Dec 2006,and among them,146 patients were found containing C.albicans in their sputum.Meanwhile retrospective analysis was made.RESULTS There were many factors resulting in lower respiratory tract nosocomial infection by C.albicans in geriatric inpatients,and the detection rates of C.albicans increased year by year in the past three years were 25.2%,36.9% and 39.9%,respectively.The drug resistance of C.albicans raised obviously at the same time was 20.6%,41.8% and 34.2%,respectively.CONCLUSIONS It is necessary for reducing lower respiratory tract infection rates to efficiently control the C.albicans infection factors and to properly use antibiotics.

Objective To explore the relationship between CD+4CDhigh25CDlow127 Treg level of peripheral blood and NHL.Methods The level of peripheral blood CD+4CDhigh25CDlow127 Treg of 123 newly diagnosed NHL and 41 healthy adults were test by flow cytometry.Results The average peripheral blood CD+4CDhigh25CDlow127 Treg level were 5.0 ％ (2.7 ％) and 7.2 ％(3.8 ％) in healthy adults and newly diagnosed NHL patients,respectively.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(Z=-2.816 P=0.001 ).The peripheral blood Treg level was significantly higher in the male NHL patients than that in the female (7.4％ vs 6.1％,Z=- 2.729,P=0.006).The peripheral blood Treg level was significantly higher in elevated LDH patients than that in normal LDH patients(7.8％ vs 7.0％,Z=-2.623 P=0.008).The peripheral blood Treg level was significantly higher in stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ patients than that in stage Ⅰ -Ⅱ patients (7.3％ vs 5.9％,Z=-2.057 P=0.04). There was no significant relationship between peripheral blood Treg level and age, IPI score,extranodal involvement,performance status,bulky disease,pathologic subtype or B symptom (P ＞0.05).Conclusions NHL patients are in an immunosuppresive statue.Patients of male,with inreased LDH level or in stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ have higher peripheral blood CD+4CDhigh25CDlow127 Treg level.

This article summarized the research achievements of Bupleuri Radix through molecular pharmacognosy method in recent years, and prospected this field, in order to further provide references for the protection, development and utilization of Bupleuri Radix resources and other TCM resources.
