Objective To investigate the sleep architecture in dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB),and study the sleep architecture and cognitive functions in DLB.Methods We described polysomnography (PSG) findings in 34 consecutive subjects diagnosed with DLB.All the patients underwent Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE),Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA),Clinical Dementia Rating (CDR) to quantify cognitive functions. Results (1)Sleep architecture analysis:DLB group compared to normal control group, the sleep period time (SPT) was reduced (P < 0.05),total sleep time (TST) and sleep efficiency (SE) were decreased, total wake time (TWT) and wake after sleep onset (WASO) were increased,1 non-rapid eye movement (NREM) sleep (TS1),2NREM sleep (TS2),total NREM sleep (TNREMS),and REM sleep (TREMS) time were significantly decreased (P <0.01).(2)The DLB patients were divided into groups based on MMSE,MoCA,qnd CDR scores, the sleep architecture of each group was no significant difference (P > 0.05).Conclusions Patients with DLB exists sleep architecture disorder. The cognitive functions and sleep architecture changes in patients with DLB have no obvious correlation. It is different from other degenerative dementia.

OBJECTIVE:To explore approaches on how to perfect and standardize the invitation for bid in the centralized drug stocking.METHODS:Problems in the bidding such as once bidding, dead price, contradiction between prices and quality and that between bidding and stocking of drugs were solved by applying methods such as blocky bidding, stratified bidding and approval of double-certifications,etc.RESULTS&CONCLUSION:Positive effects of invitation for bid in the centralized drug stocking should be encouraged.Invitation for bid in the centralized drug stocking should be available with the premise of giving profits sincerely and with the cooperation and harmonization of multi-sides as a guarantee. The false high drug price can be attributed to many factors, which should be fathered comprehensively.

Objective To investigate the changes of brain function in moderate and high myopia patients using fractional amplitude of low frequency fluctuation (fALFF),and discuss the correlation between brain function changes and clinical data of patients with myopia. Methods Totally 21 moderate and high myopia patients (myopia group),and 21 healthy volunteers (normal control group) who were matched with myopia patients in age and gender, were selected to take rs-fMRI examination. The difference of fALFF of brain functional activity in patients with myopia and normal controls was compared, and the correlation between the changes of fALFF and clinical data of patients with myopia was analyzed,Results Compared with normal control group, the fALFF values of myopia group in the region of the left inferior frontal gyrus, putamen and right inferior frontal gyrus, putamen and insula were significantly lower (all P < 0.05,AlphaSim corrected). However,in bilateral cingulate gyrus, bilateral anterior cingulate gyrus, left postcentral gyrus, left superior parietal lobule and region,fALFF values were increased (all P < 0.05,AlphaSim corrected). Conclusion Patients with myopia are accompanied by abnormal neuronal activity in many brain areas, which may reflect the dysfunction of language understanding and attention control in myopic patients.

Objective To investigate the relationship between semen trace elements and sperm density and motility in male infer‐tile patients .Methods A total of 116 cases of male infertility patients recruited in this hospital from September 2013 to September 2014 were collected and divided into the sperm density anomaly group (59 cases)and sperm motility anomaly group(57 cases) .Other 56 cases of fertile healthy men were enrolled into the control group .Sperm density and motility were analyzed and levels of calcium , phosphorus ,magnesium ,copper ,icon and zinc were detected in seminal plasma .Results Seminal level of calcium ,phosphorus ,zinc and iron in sperm density anomaly group were significantly lower than those in the control group ,while the level of copper was higher than that in the control group ,had statistically significant differences (P<0 .05) .Seminal level of copper in sperm motility a‐nomaly group was higher than that in the control group ,while levels of zinc and iron were lower than those in the control group ,had statistically significant differences (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion Sperm motility and density are significantly correlated with trace ele‐ments levels in seminal plasma .Routine determination of trace elements in seminal plasma in infertile men should be recommended , which could be helpful in fertility assessment and treatment .

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2008;25(3):506-509
Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to accurately recognize the position and the figure of P wave in the ECGs easily influenced by the diversified interference,a P wave detection algorithm based on approximating functions in the optimum region is proposed in this paper. In the algorithm we use a conic to approach the P wave by means of the least square method in every region, which is shifted in local range. Then we find the optimum approach region of P wave by comparing the approximating error. Finally, we attain the characteristic points of P wave by using the approximating functions to approach P wave in the optimum region. The performance of the algorithm tested using the records of the MIT-BIH database is effective and accurate.

Chinese Journal of Hepatology 2018;26(8):590-595
Objective:
To observe the effects of blueberry and nuclear expression of transcription factor-кb (NF-кb) p65 in an experimental rat model of liver fibrosis.
Methods:
Forty-five Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into isotonic saline control group (A); model group (B); blueberry juice prevention group (C, 15 g/kg); dan-shao-hua-xian capsule prevention group (D, 1 g/kg); and blueberry juice + dan-shao-hua-xian capsule prevention group (E). Rat liver fibrosis model was established by covalent compound carbon tetrachloride (CCl4). Each prevention group was given the corresponding dose of blueberry juice or (and) dan-shao-hua-xian capsule, and the rats were sacrificed after 8 weeks. The degree of liver fibrosis was evaluated by hematoxylin and eosin stain. A liver tissue of NF-κBp65 was detected by immunohistochemical method. The NF-κBp65 protein expression of liver tissue and transforming growth factor (TGF) β1 was detected by Western blot. Data of multiple groups were compared by one-way analysis of variance, and rank sum test.
Results:
Immunohistochemistry detected that TGFβ1 protein was mainly expressed in mesenchymal origin of hepatic stellate cells. The expression level of group A (3.75 ± 1.67) was low, while those of group B (9.00 ± 2.07), C (7.33 ± 1.00), D (6.00 ± 1.51), and E (3.5 ± 1.41) were high. However, the expression level of TGF-β1 protein in hepatic tissues of group B was significantly higher than that of group C, D and E [group E: 3.5 ± 1.41,

Objective:To confirm items included in a tool for assessing clinical outcomes based on International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) Rehabilitation Set.Methods:The item pool was established based on the ICF Rehabilitation Set. Then 15 experts were invited to participate in three rounds of expert Delphi consensus-building to choose items with high importance in assessing clinical outcomes. The reliability of the tool was examined by analyzing the experts′ positive coefficients, authority coefficients and degree of agreement. Results:The assessment tool which emerged from the three rounds comprised 17 items, including 8 Body Functions items (b130 Energy and drive functions, b134 Sleep functions, b152 Emotional functions, b280 Sensation of pain, b455 Exercise tolerance functions, b620 Urination functions, b710 Mobility of joint functions and b730 Muscle power functions), d230 Carrying out daily routine from General Tasks and Demands, 3 Mobility items (d410 Changing basic body position, d450 Walking and d465 Moving around using equipment), 4 Self-care items (d510 Washing oneself, d530 Toileting, d540 Dressing and d550 Eating) and 1 item of Interpersonal Interactions and Relationships (d710 Basic interpersonal interactions). All had 100% positive coefficients after the three rounds, with an authority coefficient of 0.81 and coefficients of variation between 0.054 and 0.412.Conclusion:The assessment tool constructed in this study provides a new direction for quality control in clinical practice and medical insurance assessments.
