Objective To evaluate the CT manifestation of pancreatic cancer. Methods The CT signs of 18 cases of pancreatic cancer which include 13 cases of pancreas caput cancer,3 cases of pancreas corpus cancer and 2 cases of panceras cauda cancer were studied and compared with 7 cases of duct ampulla cancer,5 cases of duodenal papilla cancer,4 cases of inferior choledochus duct cancer and 3 cases of inflammatic mass in pancreatic caput. All of cases have pathologic results. The study were performed with plain and contrast scan with PQ-2000 CT set and then the 3~5mm thin slice dynamic study were performed in the ROI.The artery phase and venous phases were studied. Results The characteristic signs of pancreatic cancer includes: no enhancement of pancreas mass;pancreas atrophy inferior mass;enlargement of venous arch of pancreas caput and superior mesenteric artery;obscure retropancreas space and distance increasing between inferior choledochus duct and proximal pancreatic duct. Conclusion It is valuable to diagnosis of pancreatic cancer with HRCT.

To investigate the effect of push pull maneuver on nitric oxide (NO) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS)of brain tissue and plasma endothelin (ET), and to explore the mechanism of G induced loss of consciousness. Rats were given +Gz and push pull maneuver, and contents of NO and NOS of the brain tissue and plasma ET were assayed 30 minutes, 3 hours,12 hours, 24 hours and 48 hours after the maneuver. The results showed that the contents of NO, NOS and ET of +Gz group and push pull group were increased significantly at the time points of 30 minute, 3 hour and 12 hour as compared with those of the content group ( P 0 05). The contents of NO,NOS and plasma ET of push pull group showed statistically significant difference versus +Gz group at 30 minutes, 3 hours and 12 hours ( P

Objective To investigate and analyze risk factors of re-fracture after operation of osteoporotic hip fracture. Methods Two hundred forty-seven patients receiving operation of osteoporotic hip fracture were retrospectively studied and followed up,and all patients were divided into re-fracture group (54 patients) and no-re-fracture group (193 patients). The related factors such as sex, age, body mass index (BMI),affected side, initial fracture site, operation type, perioperative blood loss, postoperative delirium, postoperative bedridden time, medical complications,Charlson comorbidity index, antiostoporosis therapy, hip function scores with Harris and functional independence measurement (FIM) scores were compared by single factor analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis. Results Single factor analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis both showed that the risk factors of re-fracture after operation of osteoporotic hip fracture included age, postoperative delirium, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, cerebrovascular disease, antiostoporosis therapy, hip function scores with Harris and FIM scores (P < 0.05 or < 0.01).Conclusions Risk factors of re-fracture after operation of osteoporotic hip fracture include passive factors of age, postoperative delirium and medical complications, and subjective factors of antiostoporosis therapy, hip function scores with Harris and FIM scores.Patients should receive medical treatment positively, enhance antiostoporosis therapy and rehabilitation training of hip function to prevent re-fracture.

Objective To explore the mechanism that PDEF inhibition the invasion and metastasis of prostate cancer cells by down-reg uLated HIF-1α. Methods PEDF and PBS as the experimental group and control group were add to the c uLture medium of human prostate cancer cell line (PC3), the wound healing and transwell experiment were carried out to observed the ability of invasion and metastasis. And HIF-1α expression was detect by RT-QPCR. ResuLts The res uLts of wound healing and transwell showed that PEDF inhibit the ability of invasion and metastasis of prostate cancer. PEDF down-reg uLated the expression of HIF-1α. Conclusions PEDF inhibit the invasion and metastasis of prostate cancer by down-reg uLated the expression of HIF-1α.It will be the new target of tumor intervention and for the treatment of prostate cancer and other malignant tumors to provide adequate scientific basis and efficient drug candidates.

Photobiomodulation, also known as photochemical modulation, refers to the use of low-power light from various sources to induce photophysical and photochemical modulation without thermal injury in the body. Photobiomodulation is related to the wavelength and energy of light. Target chromophores for light of different wavelengths include cytochrome C oxidase, opsin, porphyrin, etc., and the parameters such as power density, spot size, and energy density determine the energy of light. At present, many in vivo and in vitro studies have confirmed the application potential of photobiomodulation in the treatment of various skin diseases.

Localized neurovascular dysregulation is an important factor for the occurrence of rosacea, and it has been confirmed that neurogenic inflammation is a key step in neurovascular dysregulation. Intradermal injection of botulinum toxin can relieve facial flushing and burning sensations, which may be attributed to the inhibition of neuropeptide release from nerve endings and degranulation of mast cells. This review summarizes the research progress in neurogenic inflammation in the pathogenesis of rosacea and botulinum toxin in the treatment of rosacea, aiming to provide a basis for nerve-related basic research and clinical treatment of rosacea.

Rosacea is a chronic inflammatory disease. In addition to subjective evaluation, some objective quantifiable indices are needed for the diagnosis and treatment of rosacea. Some skin imaging and noninvasive measurement tools have been applied to clinical practice, and can provide quantitative or semi-quantitative indices to assist the diagnosis and treatment of rosacea. This review summarizes relevant research progress to provide evidence for clinical standardized application.

Rosacea is a chronic recurrent inflammatory skin disease that mainly occurs on the face. A large number of studies have confirmed that rosacea is related to a variety of systemic diseases, including neuropsychiatric diseases such as anxiety, depression, migraine, Alzheimer′s disease and Parkinson′s disease. This review summarizes research progress in the correlation between rosacea and neuropsychiatric diseases, as well as the underlying mechanisms.

【Objective】 To analyze the clinical and pathological characteristics of mucinous tubular and spindle cell carcinoma (MTSCC) in the kidney so as to evaluate the value of radiotherapy in local treatment of refractory MTSCC. 【Methods】 A case of MTSCC with recurrent recurrence and metastasis was reported, and the existing literature on MTSCC was reviewed and analyzed to explore the value of radiotherapy in the treatment of MTSCC. 【Results】 After three operations, postoperative pathology of the patient showed mucinous tubular and spindle cell carcinoma of the kidney. Radiotherapy was performed in the first recurrence area, and long-term follow-up in the tumor bed area showed no recurrence. 【Conclusion】 MTSCC, a rare renal epithelial tumor, has the low-grade malignance in most cases, and rarely recurs and has metastasis. This patient had repeated recurrence and metastasis before surgery, but after tumor bed radiotherapy after the first recurrence no lesion was found, suggesting that radiotherapy plays a certain role in preventing local recurrence. It is necessary to further explore the value of radiotherapy in the treatment of MTSCC.
