Objective To discuss the value of network with real-time monitoring case in hospital. Methods Using the real time monitoring case of "No.1 Military Medical Project" and examining, analysis and evaluating. Results The quality of case and medical care were advanced obviously. Conclusion The scientification and standardization of case realized is propitious for hospital management.
2.Value of serum and saliva anti-α-fodrin antibodies in patients with sjfigren's syndrome

Objective To evaluate the value of IgA and IgG antibodies against α-fodrin in both serum antibodies in SS is also assessed.Methods Samples from 39 patients with SS(25 primary and 14 secondary),8 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE),and 15 patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA)as well as 10 healthy blood donors were collected.Anti-α-fodrin antibodies were measured using ELISA.Results The titer of serum anti-α-fodrin was higher in SS than in other connective tissue diseases group and healthy group(P<0.01).IgA type anti-α-fodrin antibodies was detected in 60%.44% of serum and saliva in patients with pSS respectively.IgG antibodies were detected in 43% of sera,and 29% of saliva of patients with pSS.The sensitivity and specificity of serum anti-α-fodrin IgA in SS was 54%and 85%.The level of anti-α-fodrin was positively associated with xerostomia and parotid swelling (P<0.05),and was negatively associated with xeroma,renal tubule acidosis,lung interstitial disease and hepatic damages(P>0.05).Conclusion Saliva and serLlm anti-α-fodrin level may be diagnostic for SS.It may be a useful screening marker.
3.Attentional bias for food cues in overweight children

Objective:
To explore the characteristics of overweight children s attention bias to food cues, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the behavior and life intervention of overweight children.
Methods:
From September to October 2017, 28 normal weight children and 28 overweight children in grades 3 to 4 of a primary school in Shenyang were screened by body mass index (BMI). The point detection paradigm was used to evaluate the attention bias of overweight children to food cues.
Results:
There was no significant difference between overweight children and control children in the score of attention bias to food cues [ F (1,52)=0.01, P> 0.05 , ηp 2 <0.01]; there was significant difference between overweight children and normal weight children in the score of facilitated attention to food cues[ F (1,52)=5.94, P<0.05, ηp 2 =0.10], normal weight children had higher score of facilitated attention to food cues than that of overweight children; there was significant difference between overweight children and normal weight children in the score of difficulty in disengaging to food cues[ F (1,52)=7.74, P<0.05, ηp 2 =0.13], overweight children had higher score of difficulty in disengaging to food cues than that of normal weight children.
Conclusion
Compared with normal weight children, overweight children didn t have higher attention bias to food cues; in the specific indicators of attention bias to food cues, normal weight children are more alert to food cues, while overweight children are more difficult to remove attention from food cues.
4.Effect of IA10 regimen induction therapy on newly diagnosed adult acute myeloid leukemia patients without allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and the prognostic factor analysis

Objective:To investigate the effect of IA10 regimen induction therapy on newly diagnosed adult acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients without allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) and the influencing factors of prognosis.Methods:The clinical data of 99 adult patients with newly diagnosed AML treated with IA10 regimen and without allo-HSCT in the Third Hospital of Yuncheng City in Shanxi Province from January 2007 to April 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. The baseline disease characteristics, relapse and survival status and minimal residual disease (MRD) levels were obtained. The influencing factors of prognosis were evaluated by Cox regression model.Results:All the 99 patients did not undergo allo-HSCT after achieved morphologic leukemia-free state (MLFS), the blood cells of 84 cases (84.8%) recovered to complete remission (CR) when reaching MLFS, 8 cases (8.1%) had CR with incomplete recovery of platelet count (CRp), 7 cases (7.1%) had CR with incomplete recovery of blood cell count (CRi). The median relapse time, median disease-free survival time, and median overall survival time were 35 months (6-54 months), 22 months (4-49 months) and 39 months (9-73 months). Multivariate analysis showed that FLT3-ITD was an independent risk factor for relapse, disease-free survival and overall survival in all patients and patients with consolidation therapy ≥1 course (all patients: HR=3.46, 95% CI 2.03-5.97, HR=2.49, 95% CI 1.40-5.47, HR=2.70, 95% CI 1.86-5.90; patients with consolidation therapy ≥1 course: HR=2.14, 95 CI 1.67-5.64, HR=2.63, 95 CI 1.54-5.03, HR=2.06, 95 CI 1.12-4.34; all P < 0.05); the high risk group of South West Oncology Group (SWOG) was an independent risk factor for relapse and disease-free survival in all patients ( HR=2.54, 95% CI 1.16-5.30; HR=2.57, 95% CI 1.38-5.10; both P < 0.05); CRi when achieving MLFS was an independent risk factor for disease-free survival and overall survival in all patients and patients with consolidation therapy ≥ 1 course (all patients: HR=5.71, 95% CI 2.66-11.03, HR=4.46, 95% CI 2.51-9.14; patients with consolidation therapy ≥ 1 course: HR=3.87, 95% CI 1.56-9.83, HR=4.67, 95% CI 2.33-11.59; all P < 0.05), and it was an independent risk factor for relapse in all patients ( HR=3.37, 95 CI 1.26-8.91, P < 0.01); the proportion of peripheral blood primitive cells ≥ 0.50 and the positive MRD after 1 course of consolidation therapy were the independent risk factors for relapse and disease-free survival in patients with consolidation therapy ≥ 1 course (proportion of peripheral blood primitive cells ≥ 0.50: HR=1.96, 95% CI 1.25-3.41, HR=1.56, 95% CI 1.02-2.94; positive MRD after 1 course of consolidation therapy: HR=2.21, 95% CI 1.37-4.05, HR=2.46, 95% CI 1.51-4.23; all P < 0.05). There were significant differences in cumulative relapse, disease-free survival and overall survival of patients without and with 1, 2 and 3 prognostic risk factors (all P < 0.05). Conclusions:IA10 regimen is effective in the induction therapy of newly diagnosed adult AML patients without allo-HSCT. The poor molecular genetic characteristics and CRi when achieving MLFS at the first diagnosis are risk factors for the prognosis of patients, and the high proportion of peripheral blood primitive cells, the combination of monokaryotype and positive MRD after 1 course of consolidation therapy are also closely related to the poor prognosis of patients.
5.Design and application of an anti-pull device for medical drainage tube

The management of drainage tube is an important part of nursing work. Patient restraint and tube fixation cannot effectively prevent unplanned extubation (UEX) when the tube is accidentally pulled by violence. The nursing innovation team of Henan Provincial People's Hospital designed a medical drainage tube anti-pull device in order to change the existing technology of preventing drainage tube disconnecting by means of restraint and fixation, and to interfere with the basic cause of drainage tube disconnection, and obtained the national utility model patent (patent number: ZL 2020 2 2843025.1). The design of sleeve and clasp is that when the drainage tube is pulled by accidental violence, the friction fastener clamps the drainage tube mechanically to achieve the purpose of braking the drainage tube and prevent the drainage tube from coming out. Card sleeve ring fracture design can be applied to drainage tubes of different diameters, and the buzzer device at the instant of the snap ring into the card set warning medical staff to the occurrence of risk events, so that the nurse can come in the first place for effective treatment, which is a fuse for surgical drainage tubes and is to timely and effectively prevent UEX.
6.Effect of melatonin on embryo development after fertilization of in vitro matured oocytes in controlled ovarian hyperstimulation cycles

Objective:
To explore the effects of melatonin(MT) on the fertilization of in vitro matured oocytes in controlled ovarian hyperstimulation(COH) cycles and the development of subsequent embryos.
Methods:
Imma-ture human oocytes from COH cycles were collected for in vitro maturation(IVM) culture and intracytoplasmic sperm injection( ICSI) insemination,and then the cleavage embryo and blastocyst culture medium supplemented with 0,10-11,10-9,10-7or 10-5mol/L MT were used in order to perform embryo culture in vitro,next the formed high-quality blastocysts were picked up and cryopreserved via vitrification,finally,array-CGH technology was used to detect aneuploidy of rewarmed high-quality blastocysts.
Results:
The blastocyst rate of 10-9mol/L group was significantly higher than that of 10-11,10-7,10-5and 0 mol/L groups( P<0. 05,P<0. 01,P<0. 000 1,P<0. 01),respectively; the high-quality blastocyst rate of 10-9mol/L group was higher than that of other groups,but there were only significant differences compared with 10-5mol/L and 0 mol/L groups( P<0. 01,P<0. 05); the incidence of aneuploidy in MT group( 17. 6%) was lower than that in non-MT group( 33. 3%),but no significant difference was found.
Conclusion
The addition of MT to human embryo culture medium can promote the in vitro development of embryo,which is related to concentration,and 10-9mol/L is the optimal concentration.
