OBJECTIVE:To prepare the slow_released implantable adriamycin tablets and to establish the standard of quality control METHODS:Slow_released implantable adriamycin tablets were prepared with polylactic acid as carrier and were implanted into rabbit’s eyes for observation UV_spectrophotometer was used to determine the content of adriamycin in impla_ntable tablet RESULTS:The average weight of the implantable tablet was 4 56mg The absorption value and concentration showed a good linearity in a range of 0 86~10 72?g/ml(r=0 9 993) The average recovery was 99 20%,RSD=0 43%(n=5) CONCLUSION:The slow_released adriamycin tablet is simple in preparation technic and feasible in quality control method

Background and Purpose:Pancreatic cancer is malignant tumor of the digestive tract with poor prognosis and is not sensitive to conventional chemotherapy. This study investigates the safety and feasibility of regional arterial ligation followed by intra-arterial perfusion chemotherapy in 14 pigs divided into groups A,B and C.Methods:14 pigs were divided into 3 groups.Group A(n=5) underwent gastroduodenal artery ligation and catheterization through the right gastroepiploic artery.Group B(n=5) underwent splenic artery ligation and catheterization.Group C(n=4) underwent left periotic vein puncture.5-FU(20mg/kg) was perfused into these catheters in 60 min.Blood samples and pancreatic tissue were obtained for the purposes of the determination of drug concentration and pathological diagnosis. Results:At 80 min and 100 min the drug concentration in portal vein of group A and group B were higher than those of group C(P

Objective To investigate the changes of serum cardiac-specific troponin I (cTnI) level in patients after lung transplantation. Methods Clinical data of patients undergoing lung transplantation in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. The relationship between postoperative serum cTnI level and clinical characteristics were explored. Results Finally 20 patients were collected, including 15 males and 5 females with an average age of (51.65±12.79) years. The serum cTnI level was significantly increased after lung transplantation. The serum cTnI reached the highest level on the first day after transplantation, and significantly decreased from the third day after transplantation. The serum cTnI levels in patients with obstructive pulmonary disease and bilateral lung transplantation were significantly higher than those in patients with restrictive pulmonary disease and unilateral lung transplantation on the day after surgery and on the first day after transplantation. Conclusion Transient myocardial injury can occur after lung transplantation, which is characterized by an abnormal increase in serum cTnI level.
