1.THE STUDY ON MEASURING TECHNIQUE OF PARTIAL DISCHARGE IN GAS INSULATED SWITCHGEAR USING ULTRA HIGH FREQUENCY METHOD WITH EXTERNAL SENSORS
Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis 2005;17(2):101-104,109
Objective In order to find early latent faults and prevent catastrophic failures, diagnosis of insulation condition by measuring technique of partial discharge(PD) in gas insulated switchgear (GIS) is applied in this paper, which is one of the most basic ways for diagnosis of insulation condition. Methods Ultra high frequency(UHF) PD detection method by using internal sensors has been proved efficient, because it may avoid the disturbance of corona, but the sensor installation of this method will be limited by the structure and operation condition of GIS.There are some of electromagnetic (E-M) waves leak from the place of insulation spacer, therefore, the external sensors UHF measuring PD technique is applied, which isn't limited by the operation condition of GIS. Results This paper analyzes propagated electromagnetic (E-M) waves of partial discharge pulse excited by using the finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method. The signal collected at the outer point is more complex than that of the inner point, and the signals' amplitude of outer is about half of the inner, because it propagates through spacer and insulation slot. Set up UHF PD measuring system. The typical PD in 252kV GIS bus bar was measured using PD detection UHF technique with external sensors. Finally, compare the results of UHF measuring technique using external sensors with the results of FDTD method simulation and the traditional IEC60270 method detection. Conclusion The results of experiment shows that the UHF technique can realize the diagnosis of insulation condition, the results of FDTD method simulation and the result UHF method detection can demonstrate each other, which gives references to further researches and application for UHF PD measuring technique.

It is the functional connectivity between motor cortex and muscle that directly relates to the rehabilitation of the dysfunction in upper limbs and neuromuscular activity status, which can be detected by electroencephalogram-electromyography (EEG-EMG) coherence analysis. In this study, based on coherence analysis method, we process the acquisition signals which consist of 9 channel EEG signal from motor cortex and 4 channel EMG signal from forearm, by using 4 groups of hand motions in the healthy subjects, including flexor digitorum, extensor digitorum, wrist flexion, and wrist extension. The results showed that in the β-band, the coherence coefficients between C3 and flexor digitorum (FD) was greater than extensor digitorum (ED) in the right hand flexor digitorum movement; the coherence coefficients between C3 and ED was greater than FD in the right hand extensor digitorum movement; the coherence coefficients between C3 and flexor carpi ulnaris (FCU) was greater than extensor carpi radialis (ECR) in the right hand wrist flexion movement; the coherence coefficients between C3 and ECR was greater than FCU in the right hand wrist extension movement. This analysis provides experimental basis to explore the information decoding of hand motion based on corticomuscular coherence (CMC).

Chinese Journal of Infectious Diseases 2001;0(06):-
Objective To study the HBsAg specific CTL activities activated by dendritic cells derived from human monocytes on the HepG2/S target cells, and further to probe into the anti HBV effect of HBsAg DC (dendritic cell) vaccine. Methods DCs are proliferated from human peripheral blood monocytes by adding GM CSF and IL 4 and then HBsAg specific CTL are activated by DCs pulsed by HBsAg; The target cell line (HepG2/S) expressing HBsAg was set up by transfecting recombinated plasmid with HBV/S gene (PLXSN/S) into HepG2/S cell line; HBsAg specific CTL and HepG2/S target cells were cocultured in 96 well flat bottomed microtiter plates for 48 hours at 37 ?C in 5% CO 2, and then HBsAg specific CTL activities activated by DCs pulsed by HBsAg were detected by counting the number of killed target cells. Results HBsAg specific CTL activated by dendritic cells derived from human monocytes could produce strong killing effect on the target cells HepG2/S cells. It's specific CTL activities were 3.8%, 69.5% and 85.1% in different concentration (0 ?g/L,50 ?g/L and 100 ?g/L) respectively. While, it had no killing effect on the HepG2 cells, so the HBsAg specific killing effect was specific. Conclusions The result shows that HBsAg specific CTL activated by dendritic cells derived from human monocytes has strong killing effect on the HBV.

Objective China has the biggest population of commonly encountered liver diseases , so hepatology resear-ches are of great importance to human health .In order to comprehensively collect/organize and effectively share/display liv-er physiopathology knowledge scattered around databases and literature , a Human Liver Disease Ontology ( HuLDO ) is built and applied in many ways .Methods HuLDO systematically classified and annotated various human liver diseases based on extensive cross mapping and integration of several authoritative nomenclatures of diseases and two monographs of hepatology .Results In the present version , HuLDO encompassed knowledge of 227 human liver diseases and was enriched by plenty of synonyms, definitions, descriptions, references, and logical or pathological relations between different disea-ses.Compared with other existing nomenclatures , HuLDO extended far beyond them in the scope of liver diseases .Several applications of HuLDO in database construction , knowledge collection and text mining were also described .Conclusion HuLDO offers a sound basis for knowledge mining , data integration and data analysis in the field of hepatology .HuLDO is publicly available at ftp://liveratlas.hupo.org.cn/5.liver 5.liver%20Disease%20Ontology/.

Objective: To translate Millon Clinical Multiaxial Inventory Ⅲ (MCMI-Ⅲ) into Chinese, and then test its reliability and validity. Methods: MCMI-Ⅲ was administered to patients with mental disorders and normal people. Some subjects completed SAS, SDS, HAMA and HAMD simultaneously. 7-14 days later, some subjects completed the Chinese version of MCMI-Ⅲ again. Results: Cronbach’s alpha and the split-half reliability of MCMI-Ⅲ was 0.957 and 0.919, respectively. The mean Cronbach’s alpha, split -half and test -retest reliability of the subscales were 0.72, 0.70, 0.71 respectively. Most of the items correlated significantly (P

Objective To study the effect of hypoxia on proliferation of cultured bovine retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) cells and expression of the antiapoptotic protein bcl-2. Methods The bovine RPE cells were cultured under normal and hypoxic chamber respectively. After 24 hours, the proliferation of RPE cells was evaluated by[3-(4,5-dimethylthiazole-2yl)-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide, MTT]-test. At the same time, anti-bcl-2 protein antibody was examined by immuno-histochemistry method. Results The A value in the hypoxia group was higher than that in the normal group after 24 hours (P

Objective To study the effects of task-oriented training combined with electromyographic biofeedback on wrist and finger extension after stroke. Methods Thirty-eight stroke patients were assigned randomly into either an experimental group (18 cases) or a control group (18 cases). Both groups received routine rehabilitation treatment and electromyographic biofeedback training. In addition, the experimental group was given task-oriented training in wrist and finger extension.Myoelectricity values, the active range of wrist dorsiflexion and the FuglMeyer upper extremity assessment (FMA) were assessed before and after 8 weeks of training. Results All of the patients showed significant improvements after 8 weeks of training, but compared with the controls, the patients in the experimental group improved significantly more in terms of all of the measures. Conclusion Task-oriented training with electromyographic biofeedback can improve upper extremity function, particularly wrist extension, among hemiplegic stroke survivors.
