Objective:In occurrence and development process oflung cancer, the only known angiogenesis is one element ofthe growth, proliferation and aversion oftumor cells.VEGF, MMP-2 and MMP-9 play important role in the development and aversion ofA549 cell.This experiment is to reveal the effect ofLingqi Capsule on expression VEGF, MMP-2 and MMP-9 in A549 cell and mechanism ofanti-tumor.Methods:Medicated serum was prepared with serum-pharmacology methods, the the effect ofmedicated serum on VEGFmRNA and protein expressions ofMMP-2 and MMP-9 was detected by RT-PCR technology and immunohistochemistry respectively.Results:It suggested that the VEGF mRNAcorrect value ofthe administration group was respectively(0.804?0.020),(0.836?0.022)and(0.914?0.009),the blank control group was(0.905? 0.033)and positive control group was(0.766?0.014).Difference between the administration group and the blank control group was significant(P

It was proved that Phenolic alkaloids from Menisphermum dauricum (PAMD) has extensive pharmacological effects, manifested as affecting electrophysiology of the heart, resisting cardiac arrhythmia, inhibiting myocardial infarction, protecting nverves in cerebral ischemia, exerting resisting action in thrombogenesis, dementia, and tumor, and improving learning disorder, and so on. We made an overall sum up of researching progress on PAMD pharmaceutical actions in this article.
3.Influence of glycyrrhizin on paeoniflorin pharmacokinetic fate in unrestrained conscious rats by intravenous administration.

OBJECTIVEThe aim of this study is to develop a simple and rapid HPLC method and investigate the effect of glycyrrhizin on pharmacokinetic fate of paeoniflorin after intravenous administration.
METHODPaeoniflorin and glycyrrhizin was administrated to rat via vena caudalis, and paeoniflorin in rat plasm was determined by RP HPLC method and internal standard method. All data were subsequently processed by the pharmacokinetic Software WinNonLin. The non-compartmental pharmacokinetic parameters of area under the plasma concentration-time curve (AUC/min x mg x L(-1)), clearance (CL/mL x min(-1) x kg(-1) ) and volume of distribution (Vd/mL x kg(-1)) were calculated based on moment methods.
RESULTThe values of AUC, V(d) and CL was 166.81 +/- 26.94, 394.33 +/- 29.52, 18.40 +/- 3.12 in control group, respectively; however, the values of AUC, V(d), CL was 235.44 +/- 46.48, 266.63 +/- 48.43 and 13.16 +/- 2.59 in experimental group.
CONCLUSIONGlycyrrhizin significantly influenced the pharmacokinetic fate of paeoniflorin, increasing the value of AUC and decreasing CL and V(d).

4.Effects of Jiannao Yishou Capsule on Learning and Capillary Structure of Hippocampal in Alzheimer's Dis-ease Mice

Objective:To investigate the protective effects of Jiannao Yishou capsule(JYC) on hippocampal in Alzheimer's dis-ease (AD) mice. Methods:Male mice were randomly divided into normal control group,model control group,positive control group (donepezil hydrochloride tablets,0.001 g·kg-1),JYC high-dose (3.744 g·kg-1) and low-dose (0.936 g·kg-1) group. Morris water maze was used to test the learning and memory ability of mice. The hippocampal capillary structure was observed by light micros-copy and electron microscopy and the level of hippocampal Aβ was measured by enzyme-linked immunoassay.Results:Compared with the normal control group,the model control group learning and memory significantly reduced,and capillary endothelial cell mitochon-drial degeneration,nuclear condensation,broadening of the perinuclear space,overlapping,Aβ in hippocampal of AD mice were sig-nificantly reduced (P<0.05). Compared with the model control group,the JYC high-dose group learning and memory of mice im-proved significantly (P<0.05),and hippocampal capillary endothelial cell morphology improved significantly,and Aβ in Hippocam-pal of AD mice were significantly reduced(P<0.05). Conclusion:JYC can maintain normal morphological structure of hippocampus capillaries of AD mice,decrease Aβ responses and Improve learning and memory. JYC has protective effects on hippocampal tissues in AD mice.
5.Development of a Deep Learning Algorithm for Classification of Neuroblastoma.

In this paper, the classification and location of neuroblastoma in NMR images are realized by using Deep Neural Network(CNN) algorithm as the core technology. The module is integrated to realize the development of computer-aided diagnostic software. It is used to make up for the gap in the field of intelligent identification and accurate positioning of neuroblastoma in the current nuclear magnetic resonance detection technology, effectively reduce the work intensity of doctors reading films, and further promote the clinical application and technical development of nuclear magnetic resonance detection technology in the diagnosis of neuroblastoma.

Antipsychotic medications are commonly used to treat schizophrenia,but they can have negative effects on lipid metabolism,leading to an increased risk of cardiovascular diseases,reduced life expectancy,and difficulties with treatment adherence.The specific mechanisms by which antipsychotics disrupt lipid metabolism are not well understood.Sterol regulatory element-binding proteins(SREBPs)are important transcriptional factors that regulate lipid metabolism.Proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9(PCSK9),a gene regulated by SREBPs,plays a critical role in controlling levels of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and has become a focus of research on lipid-lowering drugs.Recent studies have shown that antipsychotic drugs can affect lipid metabolism through the SREBP/PCSK9 pathway.A deep understanding of the mechanism for this pathway in antipsychotic drug-related metabolic abnormalities will promote the prevention of lipid metabolism disorders in patients with schizophrenia and the development and application of new drugs.
7.Research on Procurement Classifcation of Medical Equipment Based on Kraljic Model.

Based on the Kraljic model,this paper established the scoring standard system for medical equipment procurement,and determined the weight coefficients of each evaluation factor by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP),then the procurement classification model of medical equipment was successfully established.It is proved that this model can classify medical equipment effectively,which enables the purchasing personnel to adopt corresponding purchasing strategies according to different classification.This model can be extended to all medical equipment procurement,realizing the delicacy and individualized procurement management of the equipment,which has strong operability and guiding significance.
