Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2013;20(13):1982-1984
Objective To explore the ideal method of parotid tumors by clinical surgical treatment. Methods 150 patients with parotid gland tumor were divided into parotid gland tumors and total resection of the tumor, partial parotidectomy and parotid gland tumors and shallow lobectomy three groups, fifty cases in each group. After the operation, operation time, cure recurrence and other related projects were observed. Results In 150 patients with parotid gland tumor, benign parotid gland tumors accounted for 84.66%,malignant tumor accounted for 15.34%.The operation time of tumor resection group and partial parotidectomy group was (74.00 ± 12.54) min, which was less than that of the total resection group (112.00 ± 20.37) min and shallow leaf group (98.00 ± 17.35) min.The number of patients satisfied with facial in partial resection group was 48 cases, and 45 cases with parotid gland function reserved, which were significantly better than the other two groups, incidence rate of postoperative complications (3.3%) was obviously less than the other two groups (10.7%,8.7%),the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion The operation time of patients with parotid gland tumor underwent partial resection is short, the cure condition is ideal, can effectively control the tumor relapse, metastasis and postoperative complications, can keep part of the parotid gland function, has obvious advantages.

Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(06):-
This paper reflected Physician-Patient Relationship from the "Jing Liang-affair" and concluded four views:Part of medical professionals also belong to vulnerable groups, medical organizations belong to strong groups;compared to those reasonless patients who have over expectations on medicine, medical professionals belong to vulnerable groups too;The medical system should be the root of the deterioration of Physician-Patient Relationship; The burnout of medical professionals is very serious.

Objective To investigate the effects of ω-3 fatty acids (FA) on inflammatory reaction and immunologic function of patients after hepatectomy. Methods Totally 82 patients were randomized into control group and ω-3 FA group. Both groups received parenteral nutrition (PN) with equal nitrogen and calories. Patients in the control group received medium and long-chain lipid emulsion, and those in the ω-3 FA group received ω-3 FA combined with medium and long-chain lipid emulsion. Liver function test (serum total protein, prealbumin, albumin ,aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase) , blood coagulation function (international normalized ratio) , immune globubin (IgA, IgG, and IgM) , CD3 and CD4/CD8 were measured on the first, third, and seventh post-operative day. Results Serum total protein in the ω-3 FA group [(61. 40 ±5. 12) g/L] was significantly higher than in the control group [(58. 54 ± 5. 53 ) g/L] (P = 0. 018 ) . Aspartate aminotransferase in the ω-3 FA group [(32. 37 ± 11. 92) U/L] was significantly lower than in the control group [(42. 50 ± 29. 97) U/L] (P = 0. 048). IgA in the ω-3 FA group [(2. 67 ± 1. 01) g/L] was significantly higher than in the control group [(2. 15 ±0.77) g/L] (P=0.027). IL-1β in the ω-3 FA group [(7.88 ±6.45) pg/ml] was significantly lower than in the control group [(12. 98 ± 11. 07) pg/ml] (P = 0.034). IL-2 in the ω-3 FA group [(24.98±20.38) pg/ml] was significantly lower than the control group [(43. 09 ± 20. 74) pg/ml] (P = 0.002). The white blood cell counts and coagulation function were not significantly different between two groups. Conclusion Total PN containing ω-3 FA can effectively improve immunologic function and liver function of patients after hepatectomy.

Journal of Practical Radiology 2014;(7):1071-1074
Objective To explore the integrity of white matter changes in patients with vascular mild cognitive impairment (VaMCI)based Leukoaraiosis. Methods The patients which appeared white matter hyperintensities in subcortical were performed psychological testing, then 48 VaMCI patients and 18 without cognitive impairment volunteers(NC)were choosed and performed DTI scanning,to determine the white matter’s values of FA and ADC in the following bilaterally symmetrical regions of interest(ROI):entorhinal cortex lobe, hippocampal vault, anterior of corpus callosum, posterior of corpus callosum, inferior frontal lobe, superior temporal lobe and angular gyrus of occipital lobe. Then the differences of the data of DTI between two groups and the relevance between neuropsychological score and DTI’s data were analysed. Results ADC values were significantly higher of VaMCI group in the left inferior frontal lobe, left anterior of corpus callo-sum,left hippocampus vault and right angular gyrus compared with NC group(P <0.05),and in the left hippocampus ADC values and MoCA scores was negatively correlated(r=-0.34,P =0.02).There was no significant difference of FA values between groups. Conclusion The ADC values in many cognitive related areas was reduced in VaMCI patients.

AIM: To study the effect of Tribulus terrestris L. saponin (TTLS) on apoptosis and changes in cytosolic calcium concentration induced by hypoxia/re-oxygenation in rat cortical neurons. METHODS: Rat cortical neurons in primary culture were used, and a apoptosis model was induced by hypoxia/reoxygenation. LDH releasing rate was detected by spectrophotometry. The apoptosis rate of cortical neurons was analyzed quantitatively by flow cytometry with Annexin V-FITC and PI staining. Intracellular free Ca2+([Ca2+]i) was observed with a confocal laser-scanning microscope and determined by mean fluorescent value with Fluo-3 fluometry. RESULTS: Compared to control group, three hours of hypoxia and twelve hours of reoxygenation group induced cortical neuronal apoptosis and significantly increased the intracellular free Ca2+ concentration(P
