1.Clinical study of Jingtongping pills in treating the cervical spondylotic radiculopathy
Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(05):-
[Objective]To observe and evaluate the clinical effect of Jingtongping pills on the cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR).[Method]Eighty patients with CSR were assigned into two groups,40 patients were treated with Jingtongping pills(as therapeutic group)and the others were treated with Jingfukang(as control group). The clinical curative effect and adverse effect were evaluated at the end of 3 weeks.[Result]There was statistical difference between two groups when effective powers assessed with disease curative effect standard(P0.05).There was no adverse reactions founded in two groups.[Conclusion]Jingtongping pills has a certain therapeutic value for CSR.

Objective To probe the different expression of psychomotor in different model of pretreatment and the influence of pretreatment context on the expression of psychomotor. And to compare dopaminergic and non-dopaminergic neuron activity in midbrain after different pretreatment. Methods Rats were pretreated by escalated high-dose morphine( HD group) ,fixed low-dose morphine( LD group) and saline as control(S group). After withdrawal, rats were challenged by morphine in non-drug used environment.Locomotor behavior and stereotypy behavior were monitored as the index of compulsive drug-seeking motivation.By double labeling immunohistochemistry of tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) and Fos protein, the plasticity of neuronal activity in ventral tegmental area and substantia nigra of rats response to morphine challenge were disclose after pretreated with morphine or saline. Results After 10 mg/kg morphine challenge in non-drug used environment, the locomotor behavior and the stereotypy behavior of HD group were both significant higher than that of S group ( Locomotor behavior and Stereotypy behavior,HD group: 26907 ± 2003 and 129.6 ± 6.5; S group: 14962 ± 1888 and 89.9 ± 10.9, all P < 0.01 ).The results of immunohistochemistry showed that Fos protein expressed in the SNr and in lateral SNr was significantly higher in the HD group compared to S groups ( Fos expression in SNr and lateral SNr,HD group: 29.14 ±5.27 and 9.83 ± 2.84; S group: 17.29 ± 1.51 and 2.06 ±0.45; all P<0.05 ).Conclusion The sensitization behavior expression of the rat pretreated by escalated high-dose morphine is not modulated by drug using enviroment compared with fixed low-dose morphine pretreatment. The neuroplasticity of SNr,especially lateral SNr might be one of the mechanisms underlying the uncontroled sensitization behavior expression.
3.Predictive value of coagulation indexes in maintenance peritoneal dialysis patients on the risk of all-cause death
International Journal of Surgery 2021;48(6):378-383,F3
Objective:To construct nomogram model based on coagulation indicators to predict the risk of all-cause death in maintenance peritoneal dialysis patients. Methods:One hundred and sixty-five patients who underwent maintenance peritoneal dialysis treatment at the Department of Nephrology, Urumqi Friendred Hospital from January 2010 to December 2018 were selected retrospectively as the research objects and were followed up once a month after the start of peritoneal dialysis treatment: inpatients were in the patient′s ward; in-home treatment were followed up by telephone. The follow-up time of all the study subjects was until death or 24 months. After the end of the follow-up period, the study subjects were divided into survival group and death group according to whether they died. General information, blood coagulation indicators, renal function indicators, blood lipids, blood potassium, blood calcium, blood phosphorus and blood glucose of the research subjects were recorded and compared the differences between the two groups of patients. The measurement data conforming to the normal distribution were expressed as mean±standarad deviation ( Mean± SD), and the student t-test was used for comparison between groups; the Chi-square test was used for comparison of enumeration data between groups. Two categories Cox regression analysis was used to determine independent risk factors for death in peritoneal dialysis patients, Nomogram prediction model was constructed, and receiver operating characteristic (ROC) was drawn to evaluate the predictive ability of the nomogram model. Results:Combined diabetes, high platelet count, short prothrombin time, short activated partial thrombin time, low international standardization ratio, high fibrinogen level, short thrombin time, high prothrombin activity, high D-dimer level and advanced age were independent risk factors for death in peritoneal dialysis patients. The Nomogram model constructed based on these risk factors had a good fitting effect, and the area under the ROC curve was 0.809 (0.792-0.825), indicating that it had strong predictive ability. Conclusions:Abnormal coagulation indicators were closely related to the risk of death in peritoneal dialysis patients. Diabetes and advanced age also had a certain predictive ability for all-cause death in peritoneal dialysis patients. Nomogram model constructed in this study could be used as a quantitative tool to predict the risk of all-cause death in peritoneal dialysis patients, help to develop individualized treatment plans for peritoneal dialysis patients and improve the prognosis of patients.

Objective:To explore the clinical features and diagnosis of coexistence of ankylosing spondylitis (AS) and Beh?et's disease associated with antiphospholipid syndrome (APS).Methods:We analyzed a case of coexistence of ankylosing spondylitis and Beh?et's disease associated with APS in Seventh Medical Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital in 2016, and the related literature were reviewed. Results:A 26-year-old male patient suffered from inflammatory low back pain, arthralgia and iritis. A His CT imaging revealed bilateral grade Ⅱ of bilateral sacroiliac arthritis. He was diagnosed as AS. He also had recurrent oral ulceration, iritis, vascular disorders and positive acupuncture pathergy test. He was diagnosed as Beh?et's disease. He suffered from recurrentpeated venous thrombosis. Laboratory tests revealed positive antiphospholipid antibodies. He was diagnosed as secondary APS complicated with Beh?et's disease. After he was treated with of glucocorticosteroid, cyclophosphamide, adalimumab and dabigatran, his condition improved significantly. Conclusion:There are some cases reported of AS with Beh?et's disease, or Beh?et's disease with APS, or AS with APS. The relationship between them is complex. The possibility of coexistence of AS and Beh?et's disease and APS should not be ignored, in order to avoid misdiagnosis.
