Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(9):242-243,246
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and nursing strategy of alprostadil and edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Methods 60 patients with ACI were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group, the two groups were treated with Alprostadil Combined with edaravone, while the control group received routine care. The observation group received early rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of the control group nursing, the clinical efficacy, neurological deficit (NIHSS) score, Barthel index (BI) and complication rate were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing. Results The total effective rate and complication rate of the observation group were 93.33 and 10.00% respectively, compared with 76.67% and 23.33% in the control group (P< 0.05);after nursing, the NIHSS score and BI index of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion For ACI patients, given alprostadil combined with edaravone treatment and given early nursing intervention can significantly improve the clinical efficacy, improve the degree of neurologic impairment, improve the ability of daily life of patients and reduce the incidence of complications, worthy of promotion.

Objective To analyze the imaging characteristics of pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma(PSH) and to improve the accurate rate of its diagnosis before surgery. Methods Imaging findings in 11 cases pathologically proved sclerosing hemangiomas were retrospectively analyzed in comparison with pathology. Results The imaging findings of PSH mostly were solitary masses with homogeneous density, and with smooth margin in 10 cases and irregular margin in 1 case;1 case with slight calcification and 1 case with air-meniscus sign were found.7 cases were homogeneous enhancement and 4 were heterogeneous enhancement on contrast-enhanced scan. The high and low attenuation areas on CT corresponded with angiomatous and cystic areas respecitvely on pathology. Conclusion Chest roentgenogram and unenhanced CT scan of PSH are not of remarkable characteristics,contrast-enhanced CT scan plays an important role in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of PSH.

AIM:To establish the chromatography fingerprint of the constituents of Melia toosendan Sieb from different areas in order to provide a base for the identification of its quality. METHODS: A gradient separated method was applied. Column:Inertsil ODS-3 C_ 18 ,mobile phase:acetonitrile-water,detection wavelength:270 nm,flow rate:1.0 mL/min,column temperature:25 ℃. RESULTS: To establish the chromatography fingerprint of the constituents of Melia toosendan Sieb., make the technical parameters for its quality controlling, and mark 39 main peaks as its characteristic fingerprint. CONCLUSION: The distribution of constituents of Melia toosendan Sieb differ a little from different areas, but the propotion of the constituents differ greatly, with the Melia toosendan Sieb.from the same area , the distribution and propotion differ a little. This method is reproducible, simple and easy, and can be use to provide a base for the quality control of Melia toosendan Sieb.

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(08):-
Objective To develop a HPLC quantitatively test method of glycyrrhizin, liquiritin and isoliquritigenin simultaneously for licorice. Methods The 67% methanol extracts of licorice powder were analyzed by reverse-phase HPLC on an ODS column, using a gradient elution with a mixture of 1% H3PO4 and acetonitrile. The eluate was monitored by UV absorption at 248, 276, 360 and 370 nm. Results The linear equation of glycyrrhizin was Y =1?106X +16 220, r 2=1. The linear equation of liquiritin was Y= 2?106X+49 444, r 2=0.999 5. The linear equation of isoliquritigenin was Y =1?107X +4.466 7, r 2=1. The recovery rate of glycyrrhizin, liquiritin and isoliquritigenin was 98.01%, 102.63% and 98.18% respectively. Conclusion The method is accurate, stable amd reliable, and can be used to determine the three main chemical contents simultaneously.

Copper is an essential metal element for human metabolism. Copper homeostasis can lead to inherited disorders of copper metabolism and also play an important role in tumor proliferation. In recent years, great progress has been made in the research and development of radioactive metal nuclide tracers, and molecular imaging quickly becomes a new inspection technology for detecting copper metabolism. 64CuCl 2 carries out PET imaging diagnosis of diseases with abnormal copper metabolism and tumors with high copper metabolism through real-time tracking of changes of copper ions in the body. At the same time, β - decay and electron capture of 64CuCl 2 have a therapeutic effect, and can be directly used for tumor nuclide therapy. Therefore, 64CuCl 2, as an integrated radiopharmaceutical for diagnosis and treatment, is the current research focus of molecular imaging. This article reviews 64CuCl 2 preparation, biological metabolism and its application in the diagnosis and treatment of abnormal copper metabolism diseases and tumors.

China Pharmacy 2007;0(35):-
OBJECTIVE:To promote clinical rational drug use (RDU). METHODS:2000 prescriptions before intervention (from Jan. to Apr. in 2003) and another 2000 after intervention (from Jan. to Apr. in 2006) were randomly selected for a statistical analysis in accordance with the international RDU indicators of WHO/INRUD. RESULTS:Regarding the prescription indicators, the average number of drugs per prescription was 3.88 kinds before intervention versus 1.97 after intervention; the proportion of patients treated with antibiotics was 38.40% before intervention versus 24.05% after intervention; the proportion of injections was 21.75% before intervention versus 12.75% after intervention. In terms of patient care indicators, the average consultation time was 9.5 minutes and the average dispensing time was 23 seconds, and the percentage of drugs with integral labeling was as high as 100%. CONCLUSION:Most of the RDU indictors in our hospital were satisfactory; however, the average cost per prescription was still on the high side, which calls for further intervention.

Objective To observe the effects of permanent magnetic fields with different magnetic inductions on oxidative damage to human brain microvascular endothelial cells (HBMECs) under normal and hypoxic conditions. Methods HBMECs were cultured in vitro under normal and hypoxic conditions, then divided into a control group and groups receiving magnetic induction at 8.1,16.5,20.3,26.0,27.3,62.5,110.7 and 215.6 mT.Changes in superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content in each group were measured 72 h after exposure to the magnetic fields. Results Under normal conditions the SOD activities of the magnetic groups were not significantly different from that of the control group. Only the MDA content of the 215.6 mT group was statistically different (slightly higher) than that of the control group (P < 0.05 ).Under hypoxic conditions, there was again no statistically significant difference in SOD activity, but the MDA content of the 110.7 mT group was significantly lower. Conclusions Under normal conditions,a 215.6 mT permanent magnetic field has an effect on MDA in HBMECs; under hypoxic conditions a 110.7 mT permanent magnetic field has such an effect.
