Objective:To evaluate the effects of different interaction modes on the rehabilitation outcomes of stroke patients, and to provide reference for caregivers to choose the best interaction mode according to the rehabilitation goals. Methods:Computerized search of Web of Science, PubMed, Cochrane Library, EMbase, CNKI, Wanfang Database, VIP Database, and China Biomedical Literature Database for randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of interaction modes to improve rehabilitation outcomes of stroke patients was performed from the year of database construction to January 8, 2024. Two researchers independently screened the literature according to inclusion and exclusion criteria, evaluated the risk of bias in the included studies, and extracted data from them. Stata16.0 was used for a network meta-analysis.Results:A total of 22 articles were included that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria, involving 2 404 patients and 5 interaction modes, namely Cox health behavior interaction mode, doctor-patient interaction mode, King interaction compliance mode, dual track interaction mode, and online interaction mode. The results of the network Meta-analysis showed that in terms of improving self-care ability, the King interaction model [ SMD(95% CI)=0.25(0.05-0.45)], the network interaction model [ SMD(95% CI)=0.27(0.07-0.48)], and the Cox health behavior interaction model [ SMD(95% CI)=0.37(0.07-0.67)] were all superior to conventional nursing (all P<0.05). In terms of improving motor function, except for the dual track interactive mode, all other modes were superior to conventional nursing ( SMD values were -0.52--0.30, all P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the application effects of different modes in improving the quality of life (all P>0.05). The ranking results of the area under the cumulative ranking probability curve (SUCRA) for improving self-care ability, motor fuction and quality of life were Cox health behavior interaction mode (SUCRA=83.7%), doctor-patient interaction mode (SUCRA=89.5%) and King interaction standard mode (SUCRA=78.2%). Conclusions:The Cox health behavior interaction model can improve the self-care ability of stroke patients, the doctor-patient interaction model can improve the motor function of stroke patients, and the King interaction standard model may have more advantages in improving the quality of life of stroke patients. It is suggested to combine the advantages of the three to maximize the rehabilitation effect of stroke patients.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2024;45(8):1106-1110
Objective:
To investigate the prevalence of hyperactivity behavior in children aged 3-6 in Yunnan Province, to explore its relationship with neuropsychological development, so as to provide clues for early prevention and intervention of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in children.
Methods:
A total of 1 321 children aged 3 to 6 from 10 kindergartens in 5 prefectures (cities) of Yunnan Province were selected by stratified random sampling method from October 2022 to May 2023. Teacher Rating Scale (TRS) was used to investigate childrens hyperactive behavior and coexistent behavior. A qualified evaluator applied the Developmental Scale for Children Aged 0-6 Years to assess the development of 5 ability areas of gross motor movement, fine movement, adaptive ability, language and social behavior. Statistical analysis was performed using Wilcoxon rank sum test and χ2 test. Binary Logistic regression was applied to analyze the score of their hyperactivity behavior and its relationship with other behavior problems and neuropsychological development.
Results:
The detection rate of hyperactivity behavior was 8.6% in children aged 3 to 6 years, 12.8% in boys and 4.1% in girls (χ2=31.53, P<0.01). The detection rate of hyperactivity in 3yearold children was 13.9%, which was higher than that in 4yearold (9.2%) and 5yearold children (7.0%) (χ2=8.73, P<0.05). The detection rate of inattentionpassivity of rural children (14.6%) was higher than that of urban children (5.9%) (χ2=22.23, P<0.01). Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that the higher the level of adaptive development, the lower the risk of hyperactivity (OR=0.58, 95%CI=0.39-0.86), the higher the risk of hyperactivity (OR=0.57, 95%CI=0.35-0.91), the higher the risk of conduct problems (OR=0.57, 95%CI=0.37-0.87), inattentionpassivity (OR=0.49, 95%CI=0.33-0.74) were also at lower risk (P<0.05). Children with higher levels of fine motor development had a lower risk of inattentionpassivity (OR=0.59, 95%CI=0.37-0.93, P<0.05).
Conclusions
Hyperactivity in boys and inattentionpassivity in rural children requires more attention. It is necessary to strengthen childrens early adaptive ability and fine motor training to prevent hyperactive behavior and inattention.

Objective:To evaluate the mechanism of short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs) reducing cognitive dysfunction in septic mice through transcriptomic analysis. Methods:Sixty SPF healthy adult male C57BL/6 mice, aged 8-12 weeks, weighing 20-25 g, were divided into 3 groups ( n=20 each) using a random number table method: sham operation group (Sham group), sepsis group (SEP group), and SCFAs+ sepsis group (SCFAs+ SEP group). Cecal ligation and puncture (CLP)was used to simulate a sepsis model in anesthetized animals. In SCFAs+ SEP group, 67.5 mmol/L acetate, 40 mmol/L butyrate, and 25.9 mmol/L propionate were added to drinking water starting from 14 days before CLP until 14 days after CLP. Y maze tests were conducted on days 4, 7 and 14 after surgery, with the number of mice in the Y maze test being the number of surviving mice on that day. On day 14 after surgery, 4 mice were selected in SEP group and SCFAs+ SEP group and sacrificed after anesthesia, and brain tissues were obtained to perform transcriptome sequencing, and enrichment analysis was performed using GO database and KEGG database. Finally, 5 mice were randomly sacrificed in each group, and brain tissues were collected and Western blot analysis was performed to verify the sequencing results. Results:Compared with Sham group, the number of times they entered the novel arm on days 4, 7 and 14 after surgery were significantly reduced, and the time spent in the novel arm was shortened in SEP group ( P<0.05). Compared with SEP group, the number of times they entered the novel arm on days 4, 7 and 14 after surgery was significantly increased, and the time spent in the novel arm was prolonged in SCFAs+ SEP group ( P<0.05). The results of transcriptomic analysis showed that 438 significantly differentially expressed genes were identified in SCFAs+ SEP group, of which the expression of 175 genes was up-regulated and the expression of 263 genes was down-regulated compared with SEP group. The expression of gamma-aminobutyric acid receptor rho-2 (GABRR2) in the brain tissues was significantly up-regulated in SEP group as compared with Sham group ( P<0.05). Compared with SEP group, the expression of GABRR2 in the brain tissue was significantly down-regulated in SCFAs+ SEP group ( P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the expression of GABRR2 in brain tissues between Sham group and SCFAs+ SEP group ( P>0.05). Conclusions:SCFAs may reduce cognitive dysfunction by down-regulating the expression of GABRR2 in septic mice.

ObjectiveTo determine the pharmacodynamic substance basis of Epimedii Folium(EF) and Epimedii Wushanensis Folium(EWF) in promoting osteogenic differentiation, and to establish a method to analyze the material basis of Chinese materia medica based on the correlation between chemical fingerprint and cellular metabolomics. MethodThe chemical fingerprints of 15 batches of EF with 4 species and 3 batches of EWF were analyzed by ultra performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole-electrostatic field orbitrap high-resolution mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap-MS), and partial least squares-discriminant analysis(PLS-DA) was used to analyze the peak areas of chemical fingerprints of samples. The effects of different samples on proliferative activity of MC3T3-E1 osteoblast precursors, as well as the activity of alkaline phosphatase(ALP) in osteoblasts were detected by cell counting kit-8(CCK-8) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). At the same time, UPLC-quadrupole-time-of-flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS) was used to analyze the effects of different samples on the metabolomics of MC3T3-E1 cells, then metabolic peak table of osteogenic differentiation cells was constructed, and pharmacodynamic index mean Y0 was introduced into the peak table. PLS was used to calculate mean Y0 of each group, and the mean Y0 was added to the peak table of chemical fingerprint to construct the correlation between chemical fingerprint and cell metabolome, the pharmacodynamic components of EF and EWF that promote bone differentiation were screened according to variable importance in the projection(VIP) value>1. The pharmacodynamic effects of EF and EWF were evaluated according to the mean Y0 of each group. ResultThe chemical fingerprints of EF with different origins and EWF were completely separated. Compared with the blank group, the activity of MC3T3-E1 cells in EF and EWF groups was significantly increased, the activity of ALP in the Epimedium brevicornu(Gansu province), E. koreanum and E. pubescens groups was significantly increased(P<0.05). The results of cell metabolomics showed that the blank group and the model group had an obvious trend of separation. EF with different origins and EWF had different distance from the model group, indicating that EF with different origins and EWF had different effect on promoting osteogenic differentiation. Chemical fingerprint-cell metabolomics integration analysis screened 9 components closely related to the efficacy of EF and EWF, including diphylloside B, epimedin C, icariin, baohuoside Ⅰ, yinyanghuo B, β-anhydroicaritin, magnoflorine, cryptochlorogenic acid and quercetin. E. koreanum had the strongest effect on promoting osteogenic differentiation. ConclusionThis study determined that the material basis of EF and EWF promoting osteogenic differentiation were mostly flavonoids, alkaloids and organic acids, which provided ideas and methods for the screening of pharmacodynamic components and the prediction of therapeutic effect of Chinese materia medica.
