International Journal of Surgery 2009;36(8):562-565
Destroyed lung has resulted in the pathological changes of irreversible lung damage. The variety of reasons cause lobes of lung or the side of the whole lung loss of function and volume decrease. To the side of lung damage for patients.,it is necessary to take the whole side of surgical resection of lung disease at the right time Not only it can quickly alleviate the respiratory symptoms, but also can significantly improve the patients quality of life. Even some benign disease can be cured to achieve the purpose. Because of the extensive fibrosis of lung tissue loss of the affected lung function. Patients have varying degrees of shortness of breath and recurrent cough, cough purulent sputum, hemoptysis. Because of the thickened parietal pleura, those result in the effect of bad medical treatment. Most need surgical treatment, but the surgery cause perioperative patient physiological condition of interference, Major trauma surgical procedures, much more bleeding, and many and serious postoperative complications, those require a higher surgical technique. The article summed up the whole lung damage lung surgical methods and progress were reviewed.

Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(8):602-604
Chemotherapy and endocrine therapy are two kinds of important treatment modalities of breast cancer with hormone receptor-positive. Adjuvant chemotherapy whether can be proposed to the individual patient or not according to tumor burden factors, multi-gene prognostic signatures detection and molecular subtype classification for breast cancer. There are four different endocrine strategies, and each of them has its own advantage over others and cannot be replaced by others. Individualized therapy should be performed to Luminal A and Luminal B breast cancers.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2014;28(20):1579-1584
OBJECTIVE:
To study the influence of PD173074 on proliferation and apoptosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
METHOD:
With immunoblotting and RT-PCR, FGFR1 expression was detected in CNE, PONE1 and C666-1 cell lines. With MTT assay, the time-effect and dose-effect correlation between PD173074 and inhibition of CNE proliferation was evaluated. After PD173074 stimulation, the phosphorylation level of FGFR1 and AKT was detected with immunoblotting assay. Furthermore, influence of PD173074 on the activation of Caspase3 and Caspase9 was detected to study the underlying mechanism of why PD173074 could inhibit CNE proliferation.
RESULT:
FGFR1 has the highest expression in CNE cell line. Under incubation of 10 nmol/L PD173074 stimulation for 36 hours to 72 hours, the phosphorylation of FGFR1 and AKT was impaired significantly, which further reduced the proliferation of CNE. Moreover, PD173074 can activate the intrinsic apoptotic pathway by stimulating Caspase9,which activated Caspase3 and induced the apoptosis.
CONCLUSION
PD173074 could inhibit proliferation of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell through reducing the phosphorylation of FGFR1 and AKT. Additionally, PD173074 can induce CNE apoptosis by activating intrinsic apoptotic pathway via cleaving Caspase9 and Caspase3.

Objective To evaluate sound velocity tissue quantification ( SVQ ) for the quantitative assessment of liver fibrosis stage in chronic hepatitis B ,and to evaluate the correlation between diagnostic performance of sound velocity tissue quantification and blood parameters . Methods From the May of 2013 to May of 2014 ,collect ninety‐nine patients with chronic hepatitis B who was diagnosed by clinic and / or liver biopsy as experiment group ,and thirty healthy volunteers as control group at the same time . The experiment group and control group were evaluated with to measurement the zone speed index ( ZSI) ,and blood cell count . The AST/PLT ratio index ( APRI) was calculated according the following formula , APRI=AST(ULN)/PLT(109/L) . The liver biopsy was performed in the same day with SVQ and all blood parameters .ZSI and APRI were compared by correlation with liver fibrosis stage in chronic hepatitis B . Referring to the histologic fibrosis stage on liver biopsy ,all the ZSI and the APRI value were assessed by using ROC curve analysis . The corresponding cut‐off value ,sensitivity and specificity were also calculated andcompared. Results 1)ThemeanvaluesofAPRIwere(15.9±5.7)m/sforpatientswithS0,(28.1± 2 .8)m/s for patients with S1 ,(35 .8 ± 1 .2)m/s for patients with S2 ,(42 .6 ± 0 .8)m/s for patients with S3 , and (46 .3 ± 1 .3)m/s for patients with S4 .2)Accordingly ,the areas under the ROC curve for ZSI and APRI were 0 .875 and 0 .762 for S≥S1 ,0 .832 and 0 .597 for S≥S2 ,0 .913 and 0 .675 for S≥S3 ,0 .891 and 0 .709 for S≥S4 ,respectively . Conclusions The ZSI and APRI all could be used to evaluate the stage of liver fibrosis ,but the ZSI index is superior to APRI in assessing the stage of liver fibrosis . SVQ could provide object and accurate image ,the quantitative analysis of tissue could timely and accurately evaluate the severity of liver fibrosis .

Journal of International Oncology 2016;43(1):32-35
The protein product of metastasis-associated in colon cancer 1 (MACC1) gene induces the activation of hepatocyte growth factor/mesenchymal-epithelial transition factor (HGF/c-Met) signaling pathway through transcriptionally activating c-Met gene and upregulating its expression to further promote tumor invasion and metastasis.High level expression of MACC1 is associated with the occurrence and metastasis of a wide variety of human tumors, such as colon cancer, gastric cancer, liver cancer, lung cancer, ovarian cancer etc.In addition, the overexpression of MACC1 is also closely associated with clinical TNM stages and distant metastasis. Thus, MACC1 can serve as an independent indicator of tumor metastasis and prognosis, and become a new target for gene therapy.
