OBJECTIVE:To explore the feature and regularity of ADR induced by animal bone polypeptide medicine,so as to provide reference for rational use of these drugs in clinical practice. METHODS:In retrospective analysis,96 cases of ADR oc-curred in our hospital during Jan. 2009-Jun. 2016 were analyzed statistically in terms of patients'gender and age,drugs involved, occurrence time,route of administration,organs and systems involved,association,prognosis,etc. RESULTS:Among 96 cases (including 17 serious ADR),the ratio of male to female was 1.34 : 1,and 56.25% of them were above 40 years old. ADR mainly occurred within 15 minutes after medication(39.58%)dominated by intravenous drip. Organs/systems involved in ADR were main-ly lesion of skin and its appendants(34.81%),followed by respiratory system damage(18.35%)and systemic damage(16.46%). In aspect of ADR association,41 were probable(42.71%)and 55 were possible(57.29%). After suffering from ADR,43 patients (44.79%)were cured after drug withdrawal or corresponding treatment,and 53 patients(55.21%)were recovered. CONCLU-SIONS:Medical staff should master the regularity and characteristics of ADR induced by animal bone polypeptide medicine,while strengthen rational drug use management and monitoring to ensure the safety and effectiveness of clinical drug use.

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of modified Yanghe Decoction combined with analgesic western medicine on relieving cancerous pain and constipation and on improving the quality of life ( QOL) of osseous metastasis patients. Methods A total of 200 patients with cancerous pain were evenly randomized into treatment group and control group in the admission order. The control group was given oral use of oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablets, and the treatment group was given modified Yanghe Decoction on the basis of treatment for the control group. Twenty-one days constituted one treatment course. After one treatment course, the effect on relieving pain and constipation and on improving QOL were evaluated in both groups. Results (1) The analgesic efficiency was 95.0 % in the treatment group, and was 81.0 % in the control group, the analgesic efficiency of the treatment group was better than that of the control group ( P<0.05) . ( 2) Constipation occurred in 92 cases of the treatment group and was relieved to various degrees in 88 cases after treatment, with an efficiency of 95.7%. In the control group, constipation occurred in 91 cases, but was not relieved after treatment. The treatment group had better effect on relieving constipation than the control group (P<0.05) . (3) The total effective rate on improving QOL was 89.0% in the treatment group and was 71.0% in the control group, the difference being significant (P<0.05) . (4) Both groups had 2 cases of drug-induced mild hepatic damage, and the damage disappeared after symptomatic treatment . Conclusion Modified Yanghe Decoction combined with analgesic western medicine shows good toxicity-reducing and efficiency-enhancing effect for the treatment of cancerous pain.

Hemoperitoneum is not uncommon in patients receiving peritoneal dialysis (PD)be-cause the PD catheter provides a window to the peritoneum.Gynecological associated phenomena account for the majority of cases.Intra-abdominal pathology of solid organs such as the kidney,liver,and spleen as well as the gastrointestinal tract is recognized.Unique to PD patients,hemoperitoneum may be associated with the catheter itself,uremic bleeding,or peritonitis.The choice of treatment depends largely on the cau-ses of hemorrhage.This paper reviews hemoperitoneum in adult PD patients.

Objective To analyze the clinical features of the hospitalized children with laboratory-confirmed influenza in Suzhou. Methods The demographic information, laboratory test results, clinical features, treatments and outcomes of the hospitalized children with laboratoryconfirmed influenza were collected retrospectively. The data were analyzed using chi square test,Cochran-Armitage trend test. Results Four hundred and eighty hospitalized children were diagnosed with laboratory-confirmed influenza during the period of 2005 to 2009. Among these cases, 414 were subtype A and 66 were subtype B. The positive rate was 2.66%. Four hundred and nineteen cases (87.29 %) were ≤ 5 years old. Most of the cases developed during winter (from December to April the next year) and summer (from July to August). The age and sex distribution didn't vary from year to year (x2=9. 7768,x2 = 8. 7573; both P＞0.05). The mean disease course was (16.22± 9.41)days, and the mean hospitalization duration was (7.89 ±2.97) days. The percentages of patients with symptoms of fever, dyspnea and diarrhea or requiring oxygen treatment decreased with age (Z =4. 9430, Z=2. 1021, Z=3. 2073 and Z=2. 3277, respectively; all P＜0.05). The percentages of cases with concomitant pneumonia and upper respiratory infection also decreased with age (Z =-3. 8762 and Z=-3. 5095, respectively; both P＜0.01). Fifteen point five percent (60/387 cases)of the cases were co-infected with pneumococcus and 15. 0% (72/480 cases) were co-infected with respiratory syncytial virus (RSV). The level of C-reactive protein was significantly higher in cases with bacterial co-infection than those with viral co-infection (Z= -3.1290, P ＜ 0. 01 ).Conclusions Hospitalized children with influenza are more common in winter and summer in Shuzhou.Many patients are co-infected with pneumococcus or RSV. The symptoms are more severe in younger children.

AIM: To study the antipyretic, analgesic and antiinflammatory actions of dexketoprofen.　METHODS: Hot-plate and tail-flick models in mice, fever model in rats and rabbits induced by carrageenin or typhoid vaccine respectively, ear swelling induced by dimethylbenzene in mice; foot pad swellings induced by carrageenin and granuloma induced by cotton in rats were adopted.　RESULTS: Dexketoprofen (7.5,15,30 mg*kg-1) could significantly prolong latency of analgesic in hot-plate and tail-flick models in mice and reduce carrageenin-induced fever in rats, and inhibit dimethylbenzene-induced ear swelling in mice. Dexketoprofen (1.9,3.8,7.5 mg*kg-1) could significantly inhibit typhoid vaccine-induced fever in rabbits; Dexketoprofen (3.8,7.5,15 mgkg-1) could also significantly inhibit the swelling of foot pad induced by carrageenin, and the granuloma induced by cotton in rats.　CONCLUSION: Dexketoprofen has antipyretic, analgetic and antiinflammatory effect.

Objective To explore the influence on the bad eating habits of diabetes by the management of diabetes education with families participation.Method Sixty-six patients with type 2 diabete mellitus were chosen as study object.They were divided into the experiment group and the control group at random.The diabetic knowledge and die behavior education were taken to the two groups and the families of the experiment group.The bad eating habits of the two groups were investigated before and after management. Results The snack,night snack and out eating times were significantly decreased in the experiment group than the control group and before management.There were statistical significant difference(all P<0.05).Conclusion The management of diabetes education with families participation can improve the bad eating habits so as to delay the progression of diabetes.

Objective To investigate the anxiety status of male partner involved in induced abortion and to analyze influencing factors related.Methods Male partners of the patients undergoing induced abortion in the gynecology and obstetrics department of a hospital in Kunming in April and May in 2015 were selected and a questionnaire survey was conducted.Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) was used to measure the anxiety status and SPSS 17.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results A total of 53 out of 205 male partners were found to have anxiety symptoms (25.9％),with 44 cases of mild anxiety (21.5％),8 cases of moderate anxiety (3.9％) and 1 case of severe anxiety (0.5％).The main related risk factor was times of pregnancy (OR=3.35) while the protective factors were level of education (OR =0.60),times of induced abortion (OR =0.20) and age (OR =0.32) Conclusion When abortion occurs,the male partner's anxiety appears,mainly with mild and moderate one,and female's emotion are also affected.It is important to strengthen health education and popularize contraceptive knowledge so as to reduce the incidence of anxiety.

Objective To assess the value of 14 common food allergens specific IgG in children with chronic digestive diseases.Methods The specific allergen food IgG was measured by utilizing enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in 69 children with chronic digestive diseases,who had chronic abdominal pain and recurrent vomiting above three months with no organic disorders,incurable chronic diarrhea and anorexia with failing to thrive.Results The food allergen specific IgG increased was detected in 68 cases.The positive cases were 98.55%.There was one to nigh kind of food allergen specific IgG increased in 68 patients.Positive above two kind of specific IgG was 86.96%.The most specific IgG was to egg 92.8% and milk 73.9%;the other rates were: wheat 40.6%,soybean 27.5%.Chicken and pork were negative.All the patients changed their daily diet according to the assay results.More than 58.46% cases improved with their symptoms significantly in four weeks,about 26.15% cases improved to some extent.15.38% cases did not improved.After followed four months,there were 70.70% cases improved with their symptoms significantly,18.46% cases improved to some extent,only 10.76% cases no improved.Conclusion The detection of 14 common food allergens specific IgG might be significant valuable in assessment and treatment children with chronic digestive diseases.

OBJECTIVE:To determine the equilibrium solubility of albendazole(ABZ)and its apparent oil-water partition coef-ficient. METHODS:The equilibrium solubility of ABZ in various solutions was determined at 37 ℃ by HPLC and saturation solu-bility method,including water,7 kinds of common organic solvents with different polarities(methanol,ethanol,etc.),organic ac-id(oleic acid,glacial acetic acid,lactic acid,formic acid),hydrochloric acid of pH 1.2,phosphate buffer solution(PBS)of dif-ferent pHs(2.0-7.8)and 6 kinds of common surfactants with mass concentrations of 10,50 and 100 mg/ml(polysorbate 80,polox-amer,etc.). The apparent oil-water partition coefficient(P)was calculated with the concentration ratio of ABZ in oil phase(N-oc-tyl alcohol)and water phase(water and PBS of different pHs)after partition equilibrium. RESULTS:The equilibrium solubility of ABZ reached(0.26±0.02)μg/ml in water,with the lgP of 3.66±0.01. The equilibrium solubility of ABZ in common organic sol-vents and organic acids was higher than in water. The higher the polarity of the organic solvent was and the weaker of organic acid was,the weaker of its ability to solubilize ABZ would be. The equilibrium solubility of ABZ was higher in the medium of pH 1.2-2.5 than in that of pH 5.0-7.8. The ability of the surfactant to solubilize ABZ was related to its type,and the higher of the mass concentration of the surfactant was,the stronger of its ability to solubilize ABZ became. lgP was less than 1.6 at pH 1.2-2.0 and changed little at pH 5.0-7.8 [(3.71 ± 0.26)-(3.68 ± 0.26)]. CONCLUSIONS:ABZ is insoluble in water. Its equilibrium solubility demonstrates a negative correlation with the polarity of the organic solvent and a positive correlation with the acidity of the organic acid and with the mass concentration of the surfactant. It has higher water solubility and lower lipid solubility in a strong acidic en-vironment,and higher lipid solubility and weaker water solubility in weak acidic,weak basic and neutral environments.
