With the development of forecasting science, neural network model (NNM ) has been widely used in each field day by day. But it is a new study to apply NNM to military affairs, especially to medical equipment. This paper introduces NNM's application to forecasting the loss due to noneffecive in future war, and provides reference for the allocation of medical equipment to reduce the noneff ective rate due to treatment in bad time.
2.The Development study on field medical equipment under hot and humid environment

Field medical equipment is important material base of medical service in wartime and one organic part of medical care scheme in echelon. However, medical service under hot and humid environment (HHE) is characterized by some new features due to the dual influences of environmental factor and war injury itself, which might bring certain challengeable demands on medical equipment development. As one part of medical care scheme in echelon under HHE, this paper presents a general study on demands of field medical equipment under HHE aimed to provide references for demonstration, research and development of medical equipment of Chinese PLA in the future.

Objective To develop a medical service information management system of division aid station(DAS) so as to meet the demand of medical informationization and improve the commanding capability of DAS.Methods Based on a thor-ough research on the general requirement in DAS echelon especially in its command team,Delphi 7 and modularization technology were used to design and exploit information management system.Results The system could satisfy the needs of medical service information management of DAS.Conclusion The system can be provided a powerful means for manage-ment of medical information in DAS echelon and is an indispensable part of informatization of DAS.

Objective To provide an accessorial reference platform in purchasing medical equipment for the City. Methods The Medical Equipment Selection System(MESS) was designed and developed by combining the medical equipment selection model and selection way with delphi7 based on Windows XP, then a selection open-platform of human-computer interaction was formed. Results The tested index data in which five types of semi -automatic biochemistry analyzer, including SBA-830, SBA-610, CA-958E, AVE-852, Microlab 300, these can prove the system running well and have strong objective and scientific. Conclusion The platform has good stability and sensitivity, which can provide an accessorial decision-making platform for purchasing medical equipment.
