ObjectiveTo examine the attachment style,the anxious and avoidant related attachment in adolescent patients with somatoform disorders.MethodsAll of the 66 patients who were diagnosed as somatoform disorder and 80 controls completed the assessments of common information,experiences in close relationships scales.All the data was analyzed by SPSS13.0.ResultsCompared with control group,somatofonn disorder group had higher ratio of insecure attachment,and there were statistically significant differences between them (29.5％vs 81％,x2 =40.584,P＜0.01 ).The scores of avoidant and anxious related attachment in somatoform group were significant higher than those in control group ( separately 70.51 ± 15.08 vs 62.58 ± 14.18,t =4.449,P ＜0.0l ;64.25 ± 18.91 vs 51.49 ± 14.13,t =3.210,P ＜ 0.01 ).ConclusionThere is a higher incidence of insecure attachment and higher level of anxious and avoidant related attachment in adolescent patients with somatoform disorder.The most common style is dismissing attachment.

Objective To explore the effects and possible mechanism of baicalin on renal interstitial fibrosis in unilateral urethral obstruction (UUO) rat.Methods Forty male SD rats were randomly divided into the sham operation group,model group,baicalin group,benazepril group and baicalin+ benazepril group,8 rats in each group.The baicalin group received the gavage of baicalin 40 mg · kg-1 · d 1,the benazepril group received the gavage of benazepril suspension 10 mg · kg-1 · d-1,the rats baicalin+ benazepril group received the gavage of baicalin 40 mg · kg-1 · d 1 and benazepril suspension 10 mg · kg-1 · d-1,the model group and sham operation group were given the same volume of normal saline.Rats were sacrificed in each group on 14,21,28 d after model construction and the kidney sample was obtained.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of TGF-β1 and α-SMA.Results Compared with the sham operation group,the TGF-β1 and α-SMA expression levels of renal tissue in the model group were significantly increased(P＜0.05),compared with the model group,the TGF-β1 and α-SMA expression levels on 14,21,28 d of model construction in the baicalin group,baicalin+ benazepril group and benazepril group were decreased to different extents (P＜0.05).But the TGF-β1 and α-SMA levels at each time point had no statistical difference among the baicalin group,benazepril group and baicalin+benazepril group(P＞0.05).Conclusion Baicalin may delay the progress of renal interstitial fibrosis in UUO rat by down-regulating the TGF-β1 expression and reducing α-SMA expression.

Objective To explore the relationship between organizational justice and turnover intention among nurses of tertiary hospitals and to provide implications for human resource management.Methods Totally 511 nurses were recruited from four tertiary hospitals of Jinan City and investigated with Organizational Justice Questionnaire and Turnover Intention Scale.Results The average scores of turnover intention and organizational justice were (2.46±0.61) and (3.55±0.62),respectively.Distributive justice and informational justice were significant predictors of turnover intention.Conclusions The turnover intention of nurses in tertiary hospitals is high.It is beneficial for mitigating nurses' tumover intention to improve their organizational justice,apply post management and performance appraisal model.

Objective To investigate the effects of silybin-phosphatidylcholine compound (SPC) on H2O2-induced the production of nitric oxide (NO) and reactive oxygen species (ROS) in mouse macrophage.Methods Macrophage were collected in abdominal cavity of 6-8 week Kunming mouse,and cultured macrophage(2?108 L-1) were divided into control and SPC group randomly.Macrophage in control group were added into the same volume(0.1 mL) of 9 g/L sodium chloride.Macrophage in H2O2 group were added into a single bolus of H2O2 (1 mmol/L H2O2) for 30 min,while macrophage in SPC group were preincubated with different concentration of SPC for 2 h followed by a 30 min incubation with 1 mmol/L H2O2.Immunocytochemistry were used to measure the contents of inducible nitric-oxide synthase(iNOS),NO production was determined by Griess reactive, ROS was determined by DCFH-DA Fluorescence probe.Results The production of NO in H2O2 group markedly higher than that in control group(P

Objective To investigate the effect of neutral amino acid on preventing Parkinson disease.Methods Mice were injected with L-Valine,L-Pheylalanine,D-Valine or L-Lysine before or after paraquat administration,by which prakinsonian mouse model was constructed.The paraquat immunoreactivity was observed within nigral cell bodies.Then neurodegeneration and ?-synuclein aggregation were observed by immunohistochemistry and Western blot.Results Paraquat immunoreactivity was abolished by the administration of L-Valine,L-Pheylalanine before paraquat exposure.Pre-treatment with these two amino acids also protected the paraquat-induced loss of nigrostriatal dopaminergic cells and formation of thioflavine S-positive aggregates.In contrast, paraquat-induced toxicity was unaffected if animals were injected with these two amino acids after paraquat exposure or pre-treated with D-Valine or L-Lysine.Conclusions L-type neutral amino acids such as L Valine and L-Pheylalanine can prevent paraquat-induced neurodegeneration and a synuclein pathology through a competitive inhibition mechanism with stereospecificity in the central nervous system (CNS).Neutral amino acid could protect the dopaminergic neuron in substantia nigra and may prevent Parkinson disease.

Objective To evaluate the mitochondrial function of chondrocytes in Kashin-Beck disease (KBD) patients and its correlation with age.Methods Mitochondrial function was evaluated by analyzing the activities of respiratory chain enzyme complexes and citrate synthase (CS),intracellular adenosine triphosphate (ATP)contents, changes in mitochondrial membrane potential (ΔΨm),as well as the intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) contents.Correlation of mitodhondrial function and age was analyzed with linear regression.Results Activities of complexes Ⅱ (P = 0.001 ),Ⅲ (P = 0.005 )and Ⅳ (P = 0.005 )were reduced in KBD articular chondrocytes compared with cells from normal controls.However,the mitochondrial mass was increased in KBD samples. Cultured KBD chondrocytes had reduced cellular ATP level (P = 0.001 )and mitochondrial membrane potential (P =0.001),but increased citrate synthase activity (P =0.04)and intracellular ROS level (P <0.001).We found no correlation between mitochondrial function and donor age either in normal or in KBD chondrocytes. Conclusion Mitochondrial function is altered in articular chondrocytes of KBD,and no correlation was found between mitochondrial function and donor age.

Objective To investigate the risk factors of mild cognitive impairment (MCI) in patients with type 2 dia-betes (T2DM), and the clinical evidence for the early diagnosis and treatment thereof. Methods A total of 217 T2DM pa-tients were divided into T2DM with MCI group (n=92) and T2DM with normal cognitive function(NMCI) group (n=125). Mon-treal cognitive assessment scale (MoCA) and activities of daily living scale (ADL) were used to assess the functional status in two groups of patients. The general clinical data and biochemical indicators were obtained and compared in two groups. Re-sults There were statistical differences in age, smoking history, education status, high sensitive C reactive protein (hs-CRP), coronary heart disease, hypertension, glycated hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) and T2DM history between two groups. Re-sults of univariate logistic regression analysis showed that old age, longer course of T2DM, smoking history, higher hs-CRP and HbA1c, complicated with coronary heart disease and hypertension were risk factors for T2DM with MCI, while the higher education status was a protective factor. Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that old age and longer T 2DM history were risk factors, and the higher education was a beneficial factor for T2DM with MCI. Conclusion Many risk factors may play a part in T2DM with MCI. Early detection and prompting medical attention may help prevent and decrease the preva-lence of MCI in patients with T2DM.
