[Objective] To study the availability of machine packaging Chinese yam.By comparing granules in different specifications of Chinese yam,select best granule diameter,replace the primary artificial package with machine for large batch production.[Method] Measure water soluble extract and humidity-absorption,pile concentration and dormant angle,investigate its fill and flow.[Result] The measurement of 10order≤d1≤24order is more in accordance with experimental requirement.[Conclusion] The granule of 10order≤d1≤24order has more availability for machine package.

The antero-posterior chest rcentgenogram of mitral valve disease before and after valve prosthesis were presented for the preliminary evaluation of the surgical effects. The criteria included cardio-thoracic ratio, DPA/DHT X 100, diameter of Rt descending oranch of pulmonary artery, diameter of Rt upper pulmonary vein, total huar width, pulmonary hypertension, changes of pulmonary artery tributaries, K-B line, interlobar pleural thickening and pleural effusion. 15 cases of mitral valve dilation were selected randomly for control. The cardiopulmonary changes of the prosthetic group showed significant improvement 1/2 month postoperatively. the rate of improvement was rapid within the first 2 month and then slowed down gradually but improved steadily during the first year of convalescence. Objective] Through the system arrangement of Fuxie theory on academic context and diagnosis and treatment,preliminarily discuss the relationship between the human papilloma virus infection and Fuxie,in order to more thoroughly understand the HPV infection,broaden the clinical diagnosis and treatment,improve the clinical curative effect.[Method] To analyze,arrange,summarize and conclude Fuxie theory from the concept,causes, pathways and treatment,that of famous ancient physicians. [Result] Fuxie theory originates from internal classic,then develop up to now.Although controversy persists in the process of development,Fuxie theory still has its important practical significance.Dictionary of Chinese Traditional Medicine defines Fuxie as disease hidden in the body without immediate onset.Not merely six exogenous factors and internal injuries,complex pathogens all can lead to evil lurking.For its pathological basis,outbound pathways should be based on syndrome,and identified according to the etiology.Strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors is the generally treatment of Fuxie, and treatment should be dialectical according to its pathogenesis. [Conclusion] By carding Fuxie theory and analyzing the relationship between HPV infection and Fuxie,fully confirm that“the human papilloma virus infection is Fuxie”. Fuxie perspective provides the basis for HPV infection treatment,and a new way of thinking for clinical prevention and control of HPV infection.

Objective To learn the health status and community care needs of the elderly in Chongqing urban area ,and provide a basis for the future development of geriatric nurse in community .Methods SF‐36 scales and a self‐designed questionnaire were used to know the health status and community care needs of 1 005 elderly in Chongqing .Results The incidence rate of chronic com‐munity elderly was 79 .69% .SF‐36 scale total score was (71 .76 ± 12 .85) ,physical health was (72 .46 ± 17 .56) ,and mental health was (73 .29 ± 16 .87) .Multiple regression showed that number of chronic cases ,economic status ,age ,lifestyle were unhealthy situa‐tion factors .Community care needs of the top five in turn were regular inspection ,care and community experts ,high‐quality commu‐nity nurses ,health lectures ,and first aid care .Multivariate Logistic regression analysis of elderly community care needs revealed that sex (X1 ) ,occupation (X2 ) ,economic conditions (X3 ) ,inspection (X4 ) ,community care to understand the situation(X5 ) were fac‐tors ,Regression predict model:P=1/[1+Exp∑ (-2 .155+0 .612X1 -0 .121X2 +0 .173X3 +0 .211X4 +1 .107X5 )] .Conclusion Communities need to strengthen regular physical check for the elderly ,pay more attention to elderly male ,strengthen chronic dis‐ease management ,pension and health ,nutrition and health promotion ,enhance the training of personnel for community aged care , and change community care models .

To assess the fesibility and reliability of Doppler echocardigraphy in measuring the interventricular pressure gradient in patients with ventricular septal defect (VSD), continuous—wave Doppler echocardiography and cardiac catheterization were performed simultaneously in 58 cases with VSD. The shunt velocities were recorded by Doppler and converted into the peak instantaneous pressure gradient (△P_(P-D)), the mean pressure gradient (△P_(m-D)) and the mid—systolic pressure gradient (△p_(ms-D)) using the simplified Bernoulli equation. Both left and right ventricular pressures were measured using a dual catheter technique and the peak instantaneous pressure gradient (△p_(p-c)) and the peak—to—peak pressure gradient (△P_(pp-c)) measured. The results showed that: 1. there was a high correlation between △P_(p-D) and △P_(p-c) (r=0.98), and there was no significant difference between the two measurements; 2. both △P_(p-D) and △P_(m-D) correlated highly with △P_(pp-c) (r=0.98 and r=0.96, respectively), but △P_(p-D) significantly ovestimated(P

Objective To investigate the clinical features of central nervous system involvement in pSS.Methods The clinical data of 21 CNS-SS patients in our hospital were retrospectively reviewed.Results There were a variety of neuropsychiatrie presentations in pSS,in which 12 patients had brain involvement and 9 patients had spinal cord involvement,accounting for 57.1% and 42.9% respectively.Seven patients had con- current peripheral nervous system involvement.Neurological involvement of 10 patients preceded other syrup- toms of pSS.The mean duration of pSS at the onset of CNS-SS was(4?6)years.Abnormal MRI results had been found in 13 patients,of which 8 patients had demyelination lesions,which was the most frequent presen- tation,and accounted for 38.1%.Cerebral spinal fluid abnormality was seen in 11 CNS-SS patients,among which protein elevation was found in 10,pressure elevation in 6 and white cell count elevation in 5.Conclu- sions Central nervous system may be involved in pSS.MRI and cerebral spinal fluid tests are essential for the diagnosis of CNS-SS.CNS-SS may features of spinal cord and the peripheral nervous system involvement CNS-SS usually carries a mild clinical process and frequently oceurrs in stable pSS.

Objective: To establish a method for the determination of the related substances in pantoprazole sodium capsules. Methods:A Kromasil C18 column (250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm) was used. 0. 01 mol·L-1 monopotassium phosphate solution (adjus-ting pH to 7. 0 with phosphoric acid)-acetonitrile was adopted as the mobile phase with gradient elution. The detection wavelength was 289 nm and the column temperature was 40℃. The injection volume was 20μl and the flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min-1 . Results:Panto-prazole sodium and its degradation substances could be well separated. The limit of detection and quantification of pantoprazole sodium was 0. 16 ng and 0. 48 ng, respectively. Conclusion:The method is simple, specific and sensitive, and can be applied to determine the related substances in pantoprazole sodium.
