1.Diagnosis and surgical treatment of primary airway tumors
Cancer Research and Clinic 2010;22(z1):66-68
Primary airway tumors are accounted about 1 % of respiratory tumors and have above 20 types. However, due to particularity of the anatomy and function of airway, early diagnosis of the primary air tumors is difficult and the rate of misdiagnosis can reach 83.3 %. To reduce the rate of misdiagnosis, the key measurements of diagnosis are recognization of primary airway tumors, and the main methods include chest computed tomography (CT) and fiberoptic bronchoscopy examination. Surgical treatment is an important part,it includes tumor excision by airway fenestration, the part excision of airway and suture, the resection of airway tumor by its margin and anastomosis, and carinal resection and anastomosis. Anesthesia and the management of respiratory airway are important guarantees for the successful operation. According to the difference of the tumors, the suitable method of anesthesia should be choiced. It is emphasized for anesthesiologist to participate in the preoperative discussion. The postoperative complications include the anastomotic fistula, the anastomotic fistula communication with large vessel, the anastomotic stenosis and granuloma formation, and the pulmonary infection and atelectasis.
2.Analysis of 987 adverse drug reaction reports from 2005 to 2010 in our hospital
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2011;34(z1):3-4
Objective To investigate the regularity and characteristic of adverse drug reaction (ADR).Method 987 ADR cases collected in our hospital from 2005 to2010 were analysed statistically. Results Numbers of ADR reports increased quickly. The incidence of new and severe ADR increased every year.Numbers of ADR reports written by nurses and pharmacists increased every year. The incidence of ADR in female was higher than in male.Antimicrobials showed the highest proportion (76.46%) among all kinds of drugs which were involved in these ADR cases.Among all antimicrobials, penicilins which advanced cephalosporins and quinolones showed the highest proportion.83.49% which were largest were caused by intravenous administration.Main clinical manifestation were lesion of skin and its appendants (44.66%).Conclusion Publicity and training of ADR knowledge,ADR monitoring and rational drug use should be strengthened in order to use drug safely.
3.Immunolooic mechanisms of severe mvcoplasma penumoniae Pneumonia in children
International Journal of Pediatrics 2012;39(2):199-202
Severe mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia is indicated as severe clinical symptoms, long course of disease, many extrapulmonary complications and the response to conventional therapy is poor. Its incidence has been increasing day by day,the inefficiency of host resistance to m ycoplasma pneumoniae, disorders of immune response and pathogenic immune escape are suggested to play critical roles in the immune mechanism of severe mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. This paper summarizes the progress of immunopathogenesis of severe pneumoiae pneumonia in children.
4.Clinical research on Chinese herbs in the treatment of cervical HR-HPV infection
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2013;(5):397-398
Objective To research the treatment of cervical HR-HPV infection by vaginal douching with eight kinds of antiviral herbs such as Radix Arnebiae and patrinia. Methods 42 patients with 13 types of cervical HR-HPV infection were selected from Outpatient.27 patients were recruited into a treatment group and 15 patients were recruited into a control group voluntarily. The treatment group was applied with antiviral herbs and the control group was applied with policresulen vaginal suppositories for 3 courses (one course for 7 days per month). The clearance rate and loading dose of 13 types of cervical HR-HPV were observed. Results The negative conversion ratio of the treatment group and the control group was 88.5% and 15.4% respectively, and the total efficiency was 100% and 46.2% in the treatment group and the control group respectively. The total efficiency between the two groups were significantly different(x2=17.062,P<0.01).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of antiviral herbs for cervical HR-HPV infection was definite and with no side reactions.

This article analyses the basic theory, form, features and purpose of the college spoken English testing to be carried out throughout the country, and probes the corresponding teaching method in order to improve college spoken English teaching.
6.Analysis of results in 1 064 cases of Denver developmental screening test on children between 0 to 18 months
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2011;18(11):1502-1504
Objective To analyze the situation of the intellectual development of children between 0 to 18months.Methods Using Denver Developmental Screening Test(DDST),1 064 children aged between 0 to 18 months in four items:their indicidual and social reaction ability,subject-touching reaction ability of fingers, and speaking ability as well as movement ability were tested, each itern had 2 kinds of tests and here only need to test one kind which is shown on the left part of DDST.Every example need to understand the pregnancy history, family history, birth of children, past history, parents'jobs and education level. The measured results were calculmed, about the ages of which 50%examlnation could pass in each test itern and 90%could pass, and compared with tested children in Denver. Results The passing rate of same item would be increased as age increases.the passing rate would be different between different test items in the sslne age,and the more difficult the item, the lower the passing rate. The common trend of children's intellectual development Was in accordance with that of Denver children, whereas there were age differences that pass certain items. Conclusion As a screening way of infants'intellectual tests,DDST had universal significance.Lacking scientific education was an important cause of mental retardation in children.
7.Study on DNA damage and cell apoptosis in the blood vessel endothelial cell of diabetic rats
Journal of Chinese Physician 2008;10(11):1441-1443
Objective To explore the relationship of DNA damage and cell apoptosis in the blood vessel endothelial cell of diabetic rats. Methods Streptozotocin was used to make diabetic rats, 16 rats were random divided into diabetic group and control group. DNA damage was measured by comet assay and cell apoptosis was detected by flow eytometry. Results DNA damage score was 29.5 ± 6.7 and 8.6±3.6 in diabetic rats and controls, the rate of cell apoptosis was respectively 10.9±3.5 and 4.4 ± 1.2. It had a significant difference between two groups in DNA damage and cell apoptosis(P < 0.05). The rat of cell apoptosis had strongly positive correlation with DNA dam-age scores (r = 0.82, P < 0.05). Conclusion DNA damage and cell apoptosis are found in diabetes mellitus, cell apoptosis may be asso-ciated with DNA damage. The roles of DNA damage and cell apoptosis in diabetes mellitus need further research.
8.First line EGFR-TKI for advanced non-small cell lung cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2010;37(4):299-302
The epidermal growth factor receptor ( EGFR)-small molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) has become the focus of clinical trials for first-line treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer ( NSCLC). Though TKI and concurrent chemotherapy show no advantage for survival, the use of TKI in combination with chemotherapy ( sequenced or maintenance) prolongs progression-free survival. In those patients with EGFR mutation, TKI as monotherapy in first-line setting has a significant effect on progression - free survival compared with chemotherapy. These data shows that EGFR mutation is effective predictor for TKI treatment.
9.The advances of epidemiology and earlier laboratory diagnosis for invasive fungal infection in children
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2010;17(3):279-281
Invasive fungal infection(IFI) is becoming increasingly important issue in pediatrics and pediatric intensive care unit. IFI often occurs in newborns and children with immune dysfunction. Candida and Aspergillus spp. are the most commonly isolated organisms. Early diagnosis can improve the prognosis of IFI. The 1,3-β-D-glucan(G)test,galatomannan antigen(GM)test and PCR test can aid earlier dignosis for IFI in high-risk children.
