Objective: To investigate the impact of anemia on prognosis for acute coronary syndrome (ACS) patients after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods: A total of 220 ACS patients with successful PCI were studied. According to WHO standard, anemia was deifned by HB<130 g/L in male, HB<120 g/L in female, the patients were divided into 2 groups: Anemia group,n=56 and Non-anemia group, n=164, clinical condition was followed-up for 1 year to record the incidence of major adverse cardiac events ( MACE); based on MACE incidence, the patients were divided into another 2 groups: MACE group,n=61, Non-MACE group,n=159, clinical condition with relevant risk factors were analyzed and compared between 2 groups. Results: The patients’ mean age was at (62.39 ± 10.17) years, the ratio of anemia was 26.8% (56/220). Compared with Non-anemia group, the patients in Anemia group had more female gender and 3-vessel disease, higher Gensini score and MACE incidence; while decreased eGFR, lower levels of TC, TG and lower ratios of hypertension and smoking, allP<0.05. Compared with Non-MACE group, the patients in MACE group had the elder age, higher occurrence rates of anemia, diabetes, left ventricular dysfunction (LVEF<50%) and decreased eGFR, allP<0.05-0.001. Logistic analysis indicated that anemia (OR=2.507, 95% CI 1.012-6.208,P=0.047) was the independent risk factors for MACE occurrence in ACS patients at 1 year after PCI. Conclusion: ACS patients combining anemia had the higher incidence of MACE, anemia was the independent risk factor for poor prognosis in ACS patients after PCI.

The paper described the necessity of the doctor-patient information exchange platform, and defects found in existing platforms. Such a platform is conducive to higher hospital informationization, better patient satisfaction, and better social and economic benefits of the hospital. The hospital may improve its quality of care and patient satisfaction by means of the platform

Objective To examine the expressions of AQP1 and VEGF in human hepatitis B associated hepatocellular c arcinoma and to investigate its relationship with the occurrence and development of hepatocellularcarcinoma. Methods AQP1 and VEGF expressionsin the cancer tissues and AQP1 and VEGF levels in the serum were detected in 62 cases of hepatocellula carcinomaby immunohistochemistry and ELISA , respectively. Results The expressions of AQP1 and VEGF in the liver cancers were significantly higher than in the normal tissues (P<0.01). The higher expression was related to pathologic type, degrees of differentiation and lymph node metastasis, but not related to sex, age and TNM stages. In the serum of liver cancer, the concentrations of AQP1 and VEGF were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusion High expressions of AQP1 and VEGF in the patients with liver cancer may be correlated to the occurrence and development of liver cancer. Plasma levels ofAQP1 and VEGF may be more meaningful for the evaluation of clinical prognosis.

Classic problem-based learning ( PBL ) was applied in a medical microbiology course. The results of questionnaire survey showed most of the students were satisfied with the whole learning program. They thought the case was appropriate, and the discussing could increase their understanding of the knowledge.Based on the problems faced during the application and the students' feedback, the duty of the tutors, summary of the learning topic, arrangement of the course, application of different teaching methods, and selection of the tutors were discussed in detail.

Objective To study the effect of bird's nest nursing on the vital signs, gastroenteric function, body weight and growth of premature infants. Methods 456 cases of premature infants were divided into the warm box group and the bird's nest group randomly according to odd and even number of birth, namely 228 cases in each group. The warm box group adopted routine nursing care. The bird's nest group adopted routine nursing care and bird's nest nursing in the mean time, namely the bird's nest wag put into the warm box,the premature infants slept in the pre-heated bird's nest. The condition of the two groups Was compared. Results On the first day of birth, there were no statistical difference(P>0.05)between the two groups in respiration, heart rate, milk amount and body weight. On the seventh and fourteenth day, respiration and heart rate were stable and milk amount and body weight increased rapidly in bird's nest group. There Was statistical difference(P<0.05)between the two groups. In bird's nest group, the premature had long sleeping time and body temperature-fluctuation was reduced. There was statistical differencere(P<0.01)between the two groups. Conclusions After the bird's nest was used in premature care, diseases were recovered rapidly, hospitalization days were shortened and it was beneficial to the development of intelligence and body and mind of the premature infants.

Journal of the Korean Ophthalmological Society 2020;61(8):971-976
Purpose:
In the present study, an atypical case of multiple evanescent white dot syndrome (MEWDS) was reported, which thewhite dots of acute phase and the pigmented patches of recovery phase appeared on different location.Case summary: A seventeen years old male with no previous medical history was presented with decreased visual acuity of hisleft eye. On the first visit, his maximum corrected vision was 1.0 in right eye and 0.5 in left eye. The white dots with blurry marginwere noted at the nasal retina on fundus exam. Fundus autofluorescence photography, fluorescein angiography and indocyaninegreen angiography all showed typical foundings of MEWDS. Gradually the vision improved up to 1.0 with maximumcorrection in six weeks, with normalized ellipsoid zone contour. However, multiple panretinal pigmented patches appeared diffusely, not only at nasal, where the previous white spots were noted, but also at temporal. The patient was followed up withoutany medication. Finally, the pigmented lesions were disappeared spontaneously.
Conclusions
During the recovery phase of MEWDS, multiple pigmentations may appear in different part of the retina, where thewhite dots were not presented. However, they were disappeared with recovery of clinical symptoms gradually without anytreatment.

Bioimprinting is a new developed technique to improve the characteristics of enzymes.Bioimprinting by lauric acid was conducted to improve the esterification activity of lipase PS in sol-gel immobilization process with methyltrimethoxysila(MTMS) and tetramethoxysila(TMOS) as the precursors. Results generated by checking the esterification activity and scanning electron microscope showed that bioimprinting can enhance the specific activity and thermal stability of lipase PS.The bioimprinting system was optimized by orthogonal experiment, and the optimal condition for lipase bioimprinting is water/silane molar ration(R) 12,polyethylene glycol(PEG) 120?l,and lauric acid 0.15 mmol.Compared with the free enzyme and the non-imprinted enzymes, the specific activity of imprinted enzymes has been improved 44.3 fold and 2.4 fold, respectively.Imprinted lipase show better thermal stability, and the relative activity is 58% after incubated in 80 ℃ for 0.5 h,while no activity was detected for the free enzyme.
