5.Common respiratory pathogen infection and kidney damage in children
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2016;31(5):329-333
The common respiratory pathogens which can cause children kidney disease include bacteria,viru-ses,mycoplasma pneumonia, and so on,the major clinical manifestations of infectious renal injury are glomerular nephri-tis,nephrotic syndrome, interstitial nephritis and renal subclinical glomerulonephritis. Group A β - hemolytic streptococ-cus is the most common cause of acute glomerulonephritis in children(50% - 90% ). Mycoplasma pneumoniae infec-tions and respiratory tract virus - associated renal injury are the important part of kidney disease in children with acute non - streptococcal infection, and comparing with the streptococcal glomerulonephritis, the process and prognosis of my-coplasma and virus infection are relatively better, and the level of blood urine, hypertension and serum complement is lower, with shorter duration and rapid recovery, and the duration of edema and proteinuria in children with nephrotic syndrome is shorter as well. There may be similar genetics and immunology pathogenesis between virus - induced wheezing or asthma and kidney injury in children.
6.Analyzing of Depression and Nursing Strategy in Middle-aged Patients with Stroke
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2008;14(1):93-94
Objective To investigate the depression after stroke in middle-aged patients and discuss the mental nursing. Methods Self-Rating Depression Scale was used to find 30 depression patients from 52 patients with stroke. They were analyzed and accepted mental nursing. Results The rate of depression mental state patients in 52 patients is 57.69%.After accepting mental nursing, the number of unsociability, morose and fatigue decreased, while that of role adaptation and self-confident increased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion There is high incidence of depression in middle-aged patients with stroke.Mental nursing is helpful improve their adaptation and quality of living.

Journal of Experimental Hematology 2011;19(5):1097-1101
Platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF), a potent chemotactic and mitogenic factor, is involved in the regulation of hematopoiesis and platelet production. Our studies demonstrate the presence of functional PDGF receptors (PDGFR) on human megakaryocytes/platelets and CD34(+) cells, and their ability to mediate a mitogenic response. PDGF promotes the ex vivo expansion of human hematopoietic stem (CD34(+)) and progenitor (CD41(+)) cells. More significantly, PDGF enhances the engraftment of human CD45(+) cells and their myeloid subsets (CD33(+), CD14(+) cells) in NOD/SCID mice. PDGF also stimulates in vitro megakaryocytopoiesis via PDGFR and/or the indirect effect on bone marrow microenvironment to produce TPO and other cytokines. It also shows a direct stimulatory effect of PDGF on c-Fos, GATA-1 and NF-E2 expressions in megakaryocytes. We speculate that these transcription factors may be involved in the signal transduction of PDGF on the regulation of megakaryocytopoiesis. PDGF also enhances platelet recovery in mouse model with radiation-induced thrombocytopenia. This radioprotective effect is likely to be mediated via PDGFR with subsequent activation of the PI3K/Akt pathway. It provides a possible explanation that blockage of PDGFR may reduce thrombopoiesis and play a role in imatinib mesylate-induced thrombocytopenia.

Chinese Journal of Rheumatology 2010;14(8):526-529
ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical features of patients with primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC) in China. MethodsThe reported articles about clinical analysis of patients with PBC in China were searched. The quality of included studies was critically evaluated. Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 4.2 software about controlled trials. Results① Ninety-one literatures including 2315 patients wuth PBC were included. ②The common symptoms in PBC were fatigue (54.54%). AMA was found in 74.1%~100% of patients with PBC, as well as the prevalence rate of anti-M2 range from 45% to 83%. ANA antibodies present in 20%~83.78% of patients, the most common antinuclear patterns were nuclear-envelope(38.65%).Increased levels of IgM [(2.8±0.7)~(7.3±5.1) g/L], IgG [(16.5±4.9)~(20.5±5.9) g/L] were found in these patients, and the most common liver histologic classification was type Ⅱ (36.6%). Sjogren's syndrome occured significantly more frequently in PBC (1.96%~34.61%). To the end of follow-up period (five months to nintysix months ), 3.80% of patients were dead. ③ Meta-analysis performed in several case control studies, showed no significant differences was found in liver tests including of alkaline phosphatase (ALP), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotrans ferase (AST), total bilirubin (TBil), or gamma-glutamyltransferase (GGT), IgG levels between AMA positive groups and AMA negative groups. However, lower levels of IgM presented in the latter. While it also showed that levels of ALP decreased after ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA)therapy. The levels of TBil were lower in the elderly than in younger group, but the mortality ratio for liver diseases was higher in the former. ConclusionThe clinical characteristics of the present series in China are mostly similar to those reported in other countries. Because of the low quality and the small number of included studies, larger sample-size, randomized, double-blinded controlled trials are needed.

Chinese Journal of Rheumatology 2000;0(06):-
Objective To explore the biological characteristics and to compare the different regulation mechanisms of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)derived from both lupus(MRL/Ipr)and normal (C57BL/6)mice on T iymphoeytes in vitro. Methods MSCs from MRL/lpr and C57BL/6 mice bone marrow were isolated and cultured. The surface phenotypes were detected by flow cytometry(FCM). The morphologi- cal changes of MSCs were evaluated in primary and passage cultures. The growth curves were assayed. CD3~+T lymphocytes from spleen of C57BL/6 mice were isolated by nylon wool columns and stimulated by ConA and co-cultured with or without the two strains of MSCs or supernatant for 72 h. The proliferation of T cells stained by CFSE and activation of T cells were detected. The apoptosis was assessed by now cytometry using Annexin V/PI. Results The growth of lupus MSCs was faster than normal controls(P
