Angiogenesis is one of the effective strategies for the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease, and a variety of angiogenic factors and antiangiogenic factors involved in the process of regulation. Apelin is a newly discovered peptide, ari it is the endogenous ligand of G protein-coupled receptor APJ (Angiotensin Ⅱ Type 1 Receptor-Associated Protein). Apelin and APJ express widely in rat and human hearts and brains, etc. Apelin-APJ system has a role in promoting angiogenesis. It has an important significance in the treatment of ischemic diseases. This article review the mechanisms of action and advances in angiogenesis of apelin-APJ system.

Integrative medicine is the effective combination of dual diagnosis of Chinese medicine and western medicine.The combination can broaden the scope of clinical diagnosis and combine the local pathological changes with the overall response of the human disease.It can add a more comprehensive understanding of diseases for people.Clinically treated with combination of Chinese medicine and western medicine can achieve the complement of advantages.It is significant.Because the theory system of Chinese medicine compared with western medicine is different and the theory system of combination is not practical and standardized.The methods of clinical diagnosis and treatment are also different.So there are still some problems and deficiencies in the integrative medicine.In this study,through extensive literature research,as well as the clinical investigation in some integrative medicine hospitals and the collection of related clinical data,we compared and analyzed the academic ideas and different features of Chinese medicine and western medicine,analysed the status and the insufficience of current clinical integrative medicine.Finally,we put forward a series of effective strategies and methods for how to combine with integrative medicine in a specific,reasonable and effective way.

Objective:To evaluate the methods of nano-dispersion systems and the stability of samples in medical devices.Methods: By analyzing the cause of agglomeration and comparing kinds of methods to orient the elements of nano-dispersion Systems and the evaluation means. Results: To obtain the repetitive results, the foundation methods of nano-dispersion systems should be recorded in detail and all the following tests should be based on it.Conclusion: The constitution and evaluation of a dispersion system in obtaining representative and reproducible results in biological evaluation is very important and should be studied case by case.

Objective:To explore the significance of elevating cervical flap before vital-dye injection in identifying blue-stained nodes receiving lymphatic drainage in rabbit's tongue, so as to provide raw data for normalizing vital-dye injection in sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB) during tongue-carcinoma treatment. Methods: 64 adult rabbits were randomly divided into four groups according to the injecting sites: tongue-tip, tongue-lateral, tongue-center and tongue-root. Four doses of methylene blue-0.1, 0.2, 0.3 and 0.4 ml were chosen and injected into 4 tongues in every group, 2 of them were injected before and after the elevation of cervical flap respectively. Time was recorded according to the time points of colored and discolored lymphatic duct and nodes. Results:①The overall success rate in localizing blue-stained node was 93.75%(60/64). ②In the success cases in group elevating cervical flap just before injecting methylene blue, all experiments had the time records of lymphatics and nodes' turning blue; while the counterpart group did not show any blue staining. ③All the blue stained nodes were found in lymph nodeⅠto Ⅲ local area. Conclusion:t may be dependable to utilize methylene blue as tracer in the tongue carcinoma SLNB. Elevation of cervical flap before injecting methylene blue is necessary and practicable in tongue carcinoma SLNB.

In this review, the concept and idea of chemical modeling and model population analysis ( MPA) were introduced, and the recent applications of MPA-based methods to different aspects of chemical modeling were listed, including outlier detection, variable selection, model evaluation and applicability domain. In addition, the feasibility and applicability of MPA to different kinds of dataset was illustrated, such as near infrared spectroscopy, quantitative structure-activity relationship and metabolomics, which provided a better idea and framework to develop a new algorithm in chemical modeling.

OBJECTIVE: To establish the quality standard of Shujinzhuanggu pill. METHODS: Thin-layer chromatography(TLC) was employed for the qualitative determination of Psoralea corylifolia,Panax notoginseng,Angelica sinensis, Cyperus rotundus and Dipsacus asperoides. High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was applied for the determination of Psoralen in psoralea corylifolia in Shujin zhuanggu pill. RESULTS: The characteristic identification by TLC was distinctive and highly specific. The linear range of Psoralen was 0.04～0.28 ?g (r=0.999 2). The average recovery was 98.84 and RSD was 2.17%. CONCLUSION:The established standard can be used for the quality control of Shujin zhuanggu pill.

Objective To test the in vitro effect of the extract of Herba taraxaci on Demodex folliculorum. Methods Active Demodex folliculorum were obtained from patients with moderate to severe demodex infestation. Herba taraxaci and Radix stemonae were extracted respectively with 80% ethanol under 85℃, and a preparation with a concentration of 200mg/ml was made. The extractions were used in vitro to examine the anti-mite activity by observing time of killing mites. Physiological saline and Radix stemonae extraction served as blank control and positive control respectively. PH value of Herba Taraxaci extract was noted. Skin irritation test of normal and wounded skin and acute toxicity test were carried out with rabbit shin, and Herba taraxaci and 75% ethanol were served as experiment and control medicine. Results Motion and morphology of the mites considerably changed with the effect of Herba taraxaci extract. Objective To study the diagnosis and management of renal artery stenosis in kidney transplants. Methods 8 cases of transplant renal artery stenosis (TRAS) were reviewed and studied . Results Color-flow Doppler has been helpful in the diagnoses for 5 of the 8 cases with a specificity of 78% and a positive predictive value of 62.5%. 7 patients underwent PTRA and have been cured of the renal stenosis in a short term. On follow up for 3～12 months, the creatinine was 186.2～121.3 ?mol/L; 1 patient underwent nephrectomy. Conclusions TRAS should be considered when ever there is hypertension of unknown cause, a sudden reduce of urine volume and on increase of creatinine after kidney transplantation. Color-flow Doppler is indicated for the screening of TRAS whereas PTRA is the procedure of first choice for the management.

Experimental conditions for each step were optimized step by step.DNA fragment sequences for the dots on scanning profile were identified according to the human RLGS database.Results RLGS assay was set up and used to get the RLGS profiles of the representative tested samples successfully.These profiles can display more than 1 200 available dots averagely,the profiles of high quality DNA sample can display more than 1 800 dots which is the average level at an excellent RLGS lab,discrepant dots which had weaken or enhanced signals and their sequence information were obtained.The result can be reproduced.Conclusion The RLGS assay is established,stabilized for detection of DNA methylation of tissue samples.
