2."On college English ""3+1+S+A"" teaching mode"
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2011;10(6):659-663
This paper analyses and discusses the procedures and results of a project on the college English teaching mode ( 3+1+S+A ) in Chongqing Medical University. It has been found from the experimental results that this teaching mode, which is characterized as three-term condensed required courses, one-term optional courses, self-access language learning and extra-curriculum activities, contributes significantly to the improved English proficiency and performance of non-English majors.
3.Diagnosis and surgical treatment of primary airway tumors
Cancer Research and Clinic 2010;22(z1):66-68
Primary airway tumors are accounted about 1 % of respiratory tumors and have above 20 types. However, due to particularity of the anatomy and function of airway, early diagnosis of the primary air tumors is difficult and the rate of misdiagnosis can reach 83.3 %. To reduce the rate of misdiagnosis, the key measurements of diagnosis are recognization of primary airway tumors, and the main methods include chest computed tomography (CT) and fiberoptic bronchoscopy examination. Surgical treatment is an important part,it includes tumor excision by airway fenestration, the part excision of airway and suture, the resection of airway tumor by its margin and anastomosis, and carinal resection and anastomosis. Anesthesia and the management of respiratory airway are important guarantees for the successful operation. According to the difference of the tumors, the suitable method of anesthesia should be choiced. It is emphasized for anesthesiologist to participate in the preoperative discussion. The postoperative complications include the anastomotic fistula, the anastomotic fistula communication with large vessel, the anastomotic stenosis and granuloma formation, and the pulmonary infection and atelectasis.
4.Analysis of 987 adverse drug reaction reports from 2005 to 2010 in our hospital
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2011;34(z1):3-4
Objective To investigate the regularity and characteristic of adverse drug reaction (ADR).Method 987 ADR cases collected in our hospital from 2005 to2010 were analysed statistically. Results Numbers of ADR reports increased quickly. The incidence of new and severe ADR increased every year.Numbers of ADR reports written by nurses and pharmacists increased every year. The incidence of ADR in female was higher than in male.Antimicrobials showed the highest proportion (76.46%) among all kinds of drugs which were involved in these ADR cases.Among all antimicrobials, penicilins which advanced cephalosporins and quinolones showed the highest proportion.83.49% which were largest were caused by intravenous administration.Main clinical manifestation were lesion of skin and its appendants (44.66%).Conclusion Publicity and training of ADR knowledge,ADR monitoring and rational drug use should be strengthened in order to use drug safely.
5.Immunolooic mechanisms of severe mvcoplasma penumoniae Pneumonia in children
International Journal of Pediatrics 2012;39(2):199-202
Severe mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia is indicated as severe clinical symptoms, long course of disease, many extrapulmonary complications and the response to conventional therapy is poor. Its incidence has been increasing day by day,the inefficiency of host resistance to m ycoplasma pneumoniae, disorders of immune response and pathogenic immune escape are suggested to play critical roles in the immune mechanism of severe mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. This paper summarizes the progress of immunopathogenesis of severe pneumoiae pneumonia in children.
6.Perioperative nursing of patients undergoing off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting
Modern Clinical Nursing 2014;(5):31-33
Objective To summarize the experience of nursing patients undergoing off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting. Methods Fifity patients undergoing off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting were nursed by preoperative measures including metal nursing, blood pressure management, oxygen therapy, training of respiratory function, nursing of prepared bloods and postoperative ones including monitoring of cardiovascular and respiratory systems, medication of vasoactive agents, nursing of drainage tubes, monitoring of blood sugar and sustaining of electrolyte balance. Results Among the 50 cases, 6 had infections of incisional wound and 5 had the complication of rapid atrial fibrillation, all improved after medication. All other patients were cured and discharged except two deaths. No nursing-related complications occurred. Conclusion The off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting is highly risky and perioperative delicate nursing is critical for the success of the operation.

9.Determination of Aluminium(Ⅲ) in Water by Complex Adsorptive Polarogaphy
Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(02):-
Objective To set up a method for determination of the trace amounts of aluminium(Ⅲ) in water samples. Methods Second derivative polarogaphy was used. Results In a solution of acetate buffer(HOAc-NH4OH, pH=5.8), Al(Ⅲ)reacted with Berllon Ⅲ to form a complex and a sensitive polarogaphic adsorptive wave appeared at -0.54 V(vs.SCE). By using the 2nd derivative polarogaphy measyrement, the wave height had a linear relationship with the concentration of Al(Ⅲ)in the range of 0.005-0.300 ?g/ml. The limit of detection was 3.0 ng/ml. RSDs were 5.4%-9.1%. Recovery rates were 92.7%-108.0%. Conclusion The present method is sensitive, accurate with high selectivity and can be applied to the determination of the trace amounts of Aluminium(Ⅲ) in water sample with satisfactory results.
10.Clinical significance and influence factor of PS_2 protein expression in breast cancer
Chinese Journal of Current Advances in General Surgery 1999;0(02):-
Objectives:To study the relationship between the expression of PS2 protein and estrogen receptor(ER) and progesterone receptor(PR) ,c-erbB2 status and prognosis in breast cancer.Methods:PS2 protein expressions in 52 cases of breast cancer were detected by immunohistochemical method. Results:The positive rate of PS2 protein was 59.6 %(31/52) in 52 patients. There was significant correlation between PS2 protein and menopausal status,ER status,PR status respectively.Tumor size, clinical stage and lymph node status were not significantly related with the expression of PS2 protein.Patients with PS2 protein positive expression had higher 5-year-survival rate than those with PS2 protein negative expression.Conclusion:PS2 protein appears to be an independent and valid prognostic factor of breast cancer, and detection of PS2 protein expression was useful for treatment of breast cancer.
