Objective To probe into urban residents' mental health knowledge awareness in Jingmen city. Methods By means of self-compiled questionnaires, 563 community residents were surveyed about their mental health knowledge and access to it. Results For mental health- care knowledge, community residents scored a total of (42.52±8.79), among which, (15.34±3.25) points for relevant causes,(12.23±4.89) points for corresponding symptoms, and (14.92±4.26) for health behavior. Such aspects would affect a resident's awareness of mental health knowledge as the resident's education background, marriage and chronic diseases. Radio and television (48.3%), newspapers and magazines (41.4%), hospital expert advice (39.8%), and community medical services (36.1% ) were considered the better access to mental health knowledge. Conclusions Residents had considerably inadequate knowledge of mental health. Therefore, a variety of health- care education activities should be carried out to improve residents'mental health knowledge.

Since the definition of sepsis has been first proposed in 1991, the main content of the definition has been developed by infection + systemic inflammatory response syndrome as infection + organ dysfunction, and organ dysfunction is indicated by an increase in sequential organ failure assessment(SOFA) score. These are components of Sepsis-3 which was published in 2016.In Sepsis-3,the SOFA score in the identification and diagnosis of sepsis plays an important role, but Sepsis-3 was mainly used in adults, how to adjust it to children, some questions and details were proposed in this article.

Objective; To evaluate the influence of electrolyte's concentration at micro-arc oxide treatment on the bonding strength of titanium to porcelain. Methods; CP titanium specimens with size of 25 mm ×3 mm ×0. 5 mm were treated with micro-arc oxidation (MAO) in Na_2SiO_3 solution of three different concentrations. After ultra-low-fusing porcelain was applied, a three-point-flexure-test was used to evaluate the bonding strength of titanium to porcelain. The surface of the specimens was observed by SEM and EDS, as well as the interface between titanium and porcelain. Results; The bonding strength values between titanium treated with MAO and porcelain was significantly higher then the control groups, Croup 20 g/L has the highest bonding strength values. SEM/EDS suggested that a porous thin layer of oxide which contains Si element is created by MAO, and higher concentration of Na_2SiO_3 leads to more Si element in oxide. Conclusion; MAO treating can improve the bonding strength between titanium and ceramic. Electrolyte's concentration has an effect on the bond strength between titanium and porcelain.

Objective:To evaluate the effects of three bond agents on bond strength of titanium- ceramic system. Methods: The pure titanium specimens were randomly divided into three groups. Three different manufacturers' porcelains(Super Ti22,Duceratin,Titankeramik) were used specially for titanium- ceramic bonding. The specimens in each group were further divided into two subgroups:bond agent group and no bond agent group. Bond strength of specimens was measured by the three- point bending test according to ISO9693. The titanium- ceramic interfaces were investigated by SEM/EDS. Results:The bond strength of Super Ti22(35.84±2.17) MPa and Duceratin(35.45±2.37) MPa with bond agent group was significantly higher than that of no bond agent group(P<0.05). Titankeramik with bond agent group showed a little higher bond strength than without bond agent, but no significant difference in statistics(P>0.05). The interfaces of Super Ti22 and Duceratin with bond agent groups were compact, while there were visible cracks and pores at the interface of other groups. Conclusion:The application of bond agent can improve bond strength of titanium- ceramic system.

Objective To study the effect of total nutrient admixture (TNA) on lipid metabolism in rats with acute hepatic failure (AHF). Methods Fifty-six male Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups: normal diet group, nitrogen-free diet group, fat-free nutrient admixture group, and TNA group. All rats were injected with D-galac- tosamine to induce AHF model Meanwhile, 6 healthy Wistar rats were used as control group. TNA provided energy 221.75 kJ (1 kcal=4.184 kJ), nitrogen 0.365 g, nitrogen to energy ratio 1:145, amino acids 2.28 g (including branched-chain amino acid 0.70 g), glucose 7.85 g, and fat 1.25 g on a daily basis. After 10 days of the operation of Jugular vein puncture tube, blood glucose, blood lipid, liver and renal function were determined. Results The blood glucose level was significantly higher in TNA group than that in fat-free nutrient admixture group (P < 0.05). The levels of serum triglyceride and cholesterol were highest in fat-free nutrition admixture group, and triglyceride level was signif- icantly higher than that in normal diet group and nitrogen-free diet group (P <0.05). The levels of serum triglyceride and cholesterol were significantly higher in TNA group than those in normal diet group (P <0.05). The levels of ala- nine aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase, total bilirubin and blood urea nitrogen were lower in TNA group than those in fat-free nutrient admixture group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The nutritional proportion of TNA is suitable for the metabolism disorder of hepatic failure, and therefore TNA can reasonably promote the anabolism and reverse the deteri- oration of hepatic failure in rats.
