Objective Investigate the effect on blood pressure(BP)control to prevent hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with hematoma enlargement.Methods 96 patients with hypertensive brain hemorrhage in course of disease less than 3 hours and mean arterial pressure(MAP)more than 130 mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa)were divided into randomly treatment group(48 cases)and control group(48 cases).The patients in treatment group were administered 12.5～25 mg Captopril sublingually per 3～4 h to control MPA≤130 mmHg and keep 24 hours since disease onset.However,the patients in control group were disused any hypotensive drug.Two groups were compared with the incidence rate of enlarged hematoma.Results Captopril sublingually had its effect after 15 minutes administered,and MPA was controlled≤130 mmHg during 60 minutes administered and keep well.The difference between two groups was statistically significant.The enlarged hematoma incidence rate of treatment group was 8.3% and that of the control group was 22.9%.The difference between two groups was significant(P

Objective To explore the establishing methods and differences of rat models of spleen deficiency and spleen deficiency liver cancer using the traditional Chinese medicine Dachengqi and Xiaochengqi decoctions .Methods Spleen-deficiency rat models were developed by multifactor methods:bitter-cold purgation ( Dachengqi or Xiaochengqi de-coction), cold-wet environment, tiredness, and fasting on alternate days for 30 days.Seven days after spleen-deficiency modeled,liver cancer in the spleen-deficiency rats and normal rats was developed by subcutaneously inoculation of Walker -256 carcinoma cell line in nude mice and then transplanted into rat livers .Liver cancer models were observed for 35 days. Sixty 3-week old male Wistar rats were randomly distributed into 4 groups: normal group , liver cancer model group , and Dachengqi and Xiaochengqi decoction groups .Degree of spleen deficiency , changes of the body-weight, survival time and tumor formation were recorded .Results Spleen deficiency rat models were successfully established .The weight gain of rats in the spleen-deficiency groups was significantly inhibited (P<0.01), and during the first 20 days (but not later) the average body weight of the Dachengqi decoction group was significantly higher than that of the Xiaochengqi decoction group (P<0.05).Spleen-deficiency scores of rats in the Xiaochengqi and Dachengqi groups were higher than those in the blank tumor group, especially in the Xiaochengqi group (P<0.01).The total tumor formation rate was 91.1%and 80%in the blank tumor groups , and 93.3%in both Xiaochengqi and Dachengqi groups , respectively .The average survival time of Xi-aochengqi group was lower than that of the blank tumor and Dachengqi groups ( P<0.01 and P<0.05 ) .The cumulative survival rate of the Xiaochengqi group and rats with a higher spleen-deficiency score was lower than that of the other groups (P<0.05).Conclusions Xiaochengqi decoction may induce spleen deficiency more seriously than Dachengqi decoction , and spleen deficiency may be an important unfavorable prognostic factor for rat models of liver cancer .

Objective To investigate the expression of EphrinB2 and microvessel density(MVD) in colorectal carcinoma and to analyze the relationship between the expression of EphrinB2 and the biological characteristics of colorectal carcinoma. Methods EphrinB2 and MVD of 63 colorectal carcinoma diagnosed by pathology were examined by immunohistochemistry, and 25 specimens from normal colorectal tissue were examined as controls. Results The expression of EphrinB2 protein was 82.0 % (51/63) in colorectal carcinoma and 32.0 % (8/25) in the normal colorectal tissues, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Meanwhile, MVD was significantly higher in EphrinB2 positive group (39.39±8.97) than that in negative group (33.00 ±10.19) (P<0.05). The expression of EphrinB2 protein had significant positive correlation with differentiation grade, infiltration, lymph node metastases and clinical stage (P <0.05), and had no relation to age, sex, tumor size and location(P >0.05). Conclusion The EphrinB2 protein expression increase may be involved in development of colorectal carcinoma and play important roles in the tumorigenesis and progression of colorectal carcinoma.

Objective To evaluate the accuracy and sensitivity of three techniques in the diagnosis of renal diseases following multiple myeloma. Methods 41 serum samples from the kidney-damaged patients with multiple myeloma and 36 from the control group with general renal diseases were detected by quantitative analysis of immunoglobulins, serum protein electrophoresis and serum Immunofixation Electrophoresis. The accuracy and sensitivity of the three techniques were analysed by Two-way ANOVA and Multiple Comparisons of the check-out rate of monoclonal immunoglobulin. Results No monoclonal components were checked out by quantitative analysis of immunoglobulins. The checkout rate of IgG and IgM myelomas were 100% by serum protein electrophoresis, which had application limit on other types of myelomas. Whereas all secretarial myelomas could be diagnosed and typied by Immunofixation Electrophoresis, the sensitivity and accuracy was 100%, there was no false positive in the control group. Comparing with quantitative analysis of immunoglobulins and serum protein electrophoresis, serum Immunofixation electrophoresis had higher sensitivity and accuracy in diagnosis of renal diseases following multiple myeloma ( P

Objective:To investigate the effect ofGuilong Kechuanning tablets combine with antibiotic drugs on pulmonary infection after chemotherapy in patients with lung cancer,so as to reduce the incidence of pulmonary infection in hospital.Methods:A total of 120 patients with lung cancer complicated with pulmonary infection,who underwent chemotherapy in Baoji Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2013 to August 2015,were selected and randomly divided into control group (n=60) and experiment group (n=60).The control group was treated with Ceftizoxime,based on which,the experiment group was added oral Guilong Kechuanning tablets.The course oftreatment of the two groups was 2 weeks.Inflammation indicators of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the clinical effect,hospitalized time,antifebrile time,time significantly reduced of cough and expectoration,disappearance time of lung rales and the pulmonary bacterial clearance rate were observed between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate (91.67％) of experiment group was significantly higher than that(73.33％) of control group (x2=13.121,P=0.004).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in WBC,CRP and NEUT levels between the two groups (P＞0.05);while after treatment,the levels of WBC,CRP and NEUT were all lower than those before treatment in both groups (all P＜0.05),and the levels of WBC,CRP and NEUT in the experiment group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the bacterial clearance rate (99.09％) of the experiment group was significantly higher than that (86.94％) of the control group (x2=54.876,P=0.000).Conclusion:Guilong Kechuanning tablets combined with antibiotic drugs can effectively control the pulmonary infection after chemotherapy in the patients with lung cancer,and can improve the clinical symptoms and inflammatory reaction,which is worthy of clinical application.

The development of liver metastases is a fatal event for gastric cancer patients, and remains a major cause of cancer-related death. Many studies showed that the 5-year survival rate is as low as about 10% in these cases. The management of liver metastases from gastric adenocarcinoma remains controversial. The different therapeutic modalities used are surgery, radiofrequency ablation, hepatic arterial infusion and palliative gastrectomy. Surgery is a good indication for single liver metastasis of gastric carcinoma less than 5 cm and not associated with another extra-hepatic metastasis. In this article we discuss the role of surgery in the treatment of liver metastases from gastric cancer.

Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic methods of sensorineural hearing loss with iron deficiency anemia and their effects. Method:Sixty-eight Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: Group A (iron deficiency group A) 24 rats, group B (iron deficiency group B) 24 rats and group C (control group) 20 rats. Group A and B were fed with iron deficiency diet for 6 weeks. By analyzing ABR and DPOAE, hearing loss was detected in group A and B. Then,group A was given iron supplementation diet and hyperbaric oxygen therapies. and group B was given iron supplementation diet only. Result:The auditory thresholds and period latencies (PL) of I waves of ABR and DPOAE amplitude in 2 kHz and 3kHz within group A and B were significantly different before and after treatment (P＜0.05). But the effects of treatment between these two groups had not significant differences (P＞0.05). Conclusion: It suggested that good results can be obtained by early iron supplementation in iron deficiency hearing loss cases. Hyperbaric Oxygen therapy may not be necessary.

Objective To explore the personality features of nuclear power plant operators and the influencing factors thereof.Methods Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory was used to examine the personality features of 136 nuclear power plant operators randomly selected from 2 cooperative units,all males.The results were compared with the nationwide norms and subsequently an inter-block contrast analysis was carried out.Results Obvious difierence was observed in the final scores between the nuclear power plant operators and nationwide norms.The former got higher scores on hysteria(t=3.05,P<0.05).and lower scores on hypochondriasis,depression,morbid personality,masculinity-femininity,paranoia,psychasthenia,schizophrenia,hypomania,and social introversion(t=7.47,7.47,7.3 1,2.23,15.09,16.15,19.28,7.88,11.10,P<0.05).The scores on hypochondriasis,depression,schizophrenia,and social introversion of those with the length of services over 3 years were all significantly higher than those ofwith the length of services less than 3 years(t=3.25,2.51,2.76,3.00,P<0.05).The scores on hypochondriasis,depression,psychop8thicdeviate,and social introversion of the operators aged over 30 were all significantly higher than those of the operators aged below 30(t=2.36,2.35,2.01,2.54,P<0.05).Conclusions The psychological quality of the nuclear power plant operators is superior to that of the general population.

Objective To understand the operators'psychosomatic health status in nuclear power plant;and provide the scientific basis of measures for preventing and reducing mental disorders in operators.Methods The Psychosomatic Health Battery(PSHB) was used to assess the psychosomatic health status in 109 operators who were random selected from Qinshan nuclear power plant,etc.They were tested from lie,emotional stability,liveliness,tension,apprehension,mental health,such as psychopathic deviatesuch 7 personality traits.Results Lie < 8,all inspected groups were normal.Psychopathic deviate:98.2% for normal group 0.9% for both of groups occurred possible mental health problems and confirmed mental health problems ;Mental health:80.7% (88/109) for fine mental health ones,29.4% (32/109) for those with excellent mental health,51.4% (56/109) for good mental health ones,13.8% (15/109) for general mental health ones,5.5% (6/109) for poor mental health ones.Age factor could influence the mean values of the factors of apprehension,tension,mental health and psychopathic deviate.Correlation analysis showed that there was a correlation between tension and psychopathic deviate(r = 0.664 ,P < 0.01),and the other correlation coefficient was between apprehension and mental health(r =-0.789 ,P < 0.01).Conclusions There is an excellent condition of psychosomatic health in most of the operators,however,there are still a very small percentage of psychosomatic disorders among these operators,to improve the quality of their psychosomatic health,psychological counseling should be particularly strengthened to those with problems of psychosomatic health.
