Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2010;(4):173-176
Objective:To observe the GluR2 expression in rat inferior colliculus (IC) in different developmental stages , and to investigate its developmental change and relationship with the synapse development.Method: The expression of GluR2 and synaptophysin(SYP) in IC were detected by double immunofluorescence method.Result:①All sorts of neurons in IC expressed GluR2 in every postnatal groups, and the GluR2 expression in P6w groups was higher than that in other groups .②The expression of GluR2 were different in different subnucleus of IC.③All sorts of neurons in IC expressed SYP in every postnatal groups, and the SYP expression in P6w groups was higher than others. ④The expressions of GluR2 consistented with the expression of SYP in IC.Conclusion:The developmental changes of GluR2 and SYP expression in the rat IC may be involved in the development and plasticity of auditory center.

China Pharmacy 2016;27(17):2410-2411,2412
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect and safety of Shengmai injection on myocardial function of patients with gen-eral anesthesia of hysterectomy. METHODS:40 patients underwent hysterectomy were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 20 cases in each group. Both groups received general anesthesia induction of fentanyl citrate and rocuroni-um,and inhalation anesthesia of propofol. Observation group was given Shengmai injection 1 ml/kg,ivgtt;control group was given same dose of 0.9%Sodium chloride injection, ivgtt, before anesthesia. Mean arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR),central ve-nous pressure(CVP),blood oxygen saturation(SpO2),the levels of MDA,SOD and NOS were compared between 2 groups be-fore operation(T0),before anesthesia induction(T1),reaction during(T2),after operation(T3). The occurrence of ADR was also observed. RESULTS:There was no statistical significance in MAP and HR between 2 groups at T0 and T1 (P>0.05). MAP and HR of observation group was significantly higher than those of control group at T2 and T3,with statistical significance(P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in CVP and SpO2 between 2 groups at different time points(P>0.05). There was no statistical significance in MDA,SOD and NOS levels between 2 groups at T0(P>0.05). MDA and NOS levels of 2 groups increased signifi-cantly at T1,T2 and T3,while SOD level decreased significantly;MDA and NOS level of observation group were lower than the control group while SOD level was higher than control group at T1,T2,with statistical significance (P<0.05). No obvious ADR was found in 2 groups. CONCLUSIONS:Shengmai injection can maintain stable HR and MAP,and reduce the oxide in patients underwent hysterectomy surgery so as to protect myocardial function with good safety.

Thyroglossal duct carcinoma is a malignant tumor which occurs in the thyroglossal duct cyst. The incidence of thyroglossal duct carcinoma has been reported as approximately 1%. Up to now, just about 250 cases of thyroglossal duct carcinoma have been reported in the literature, most of which are single case reports and small case series. In most cases, the diagnosis of the thyroglossal duct carcinoma is not made until the histologic examination after surgery operation. The preoperative examination such as CT or fine needle aspiration cytology can help the preoperative diagnosis. But the surgical treatment for the thyroglossal duct carcinoma is still controversial. Now we report a case of a thyroglossal duct carcinoma combined with systemic lupus erythematosus. The patient herself found an anterior neck mass in the median submental region one year ago. The preoperative CT examination suggested thyroglossal duct cyst with pouch canceration(papillary carcinoma). Then she underwent a Sistrunk procedure and level I neck dissection, and the histopathological diagnosis was thyroglossal duct carcinoma. The patient was treated with levothyroxine therapy at suppressive dose after the surgery. Now the patient is at regular follow-up with no relapse occur.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2012;18(2):162-164
Objective To investigate the effect of isokinetic training on stiff knees after fracture arrest. Methods 38 fracture patients were divided into observation group (n=19) and control group (n=19) by the medical number. Both 2 groups received the Chinese herbs fumigation and joint mobilization. Besides, the observation group received the isokinetic training, while the control group received the instrument training. The range of motion (ROM), maximum peak torque (PT), peak torque/body weight (PT/BW), average power (AP), and hamstrings/quadriceps (H/Q) were tested before and 16 weeks after training. Results The flexion, straightness and flexion radian became significantly better after training. The flexion and the increase of the flexion radian were significantly better in observation group than in control group after training. All indexes of the isokinetic test significantly improved after training (P<0.001) except H/Q (P>0.05). ROM、PT、PT/BW and AP of the knees joint were significantly better in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.001) after training, while there was no significant difference in H/Q between 2 groups (P>0.05) after training. Conclusion Isokinetic training can promote recovery of stiff knees of femur fracture.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2012;18(11):1077-1079
Objective To investigate the effect of neuromuscular activation on patients with low back pain after lumbar vertebra fracture operation. Methods 60 low back pain patients who received lumbar vertebra fracture operation were divided into treatment group (n=30)and control group (n=30). Both groups received 20 times of frequency treatments for 4 weeks. While the treatment group received the lumbar stability treatment with neuromuscular activation, and the control group received back muscle strengthen treatment. They were assessed with visual analogue scale (VAS) for pain and Short Form of Health Survey (SF-36) before, 4 weeks and 6 months after treatment. Results The scores of VAS and SF-36 was not significantly different between 2 groups (P>0.05) before treatment, and was significantly different (P<0.05) 4 weeks after treatment and later. Both the scores of VAS and SF-36 improved in both groups after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion Neuromuscular activation can relieve low back pain after lumbar vertebra fracture operation and improve the quality of life.

Objective To investigate the gastric smooth muscle tumor in the stomach filling under Ultrasound imaging characteristics. Methods 38 cases confirmed by pathology in the stomach filling leiomyoma Ultrasound image data of the Ultrasound were retrospectively analyzed. Results Characterized by; submucosal circular, round, solid, hypoechoic, clear boundary, echo uniform tumor;a few blood flow within tumor, was particularly prevalent in the fundus, body;Size 0.5~5.0 cm,clear boundaries with the surrounding tissue. Filling the stomach Ultrasound technology to the diagnosis of gastric lipoma in line with the rate of 85. 2%. Conclusion Leiomyoma of the stomach in the stomach filling with characteristic under Ultrasound, stomach filling Ultrasound diagnosis of gastric smooth muscle tumors have a certain value.
