Objective To compare effect on sealing up tubes by using heparin of 3 different con-centrations and make choice of the suitable concentration.Methods The diabetic patients who needed trocar retain were averagely divided into 3 groups,namely group A,B and C with 10 cases in each group.Heparin concentration was 50 U/ml in group A,75 U/ml in group B,100 U/ml in group C respectively.The recanalization rote was compared between the three groups.Results Statistical significance was observed between group A and group B.The obstruction rate of group A was significantly higher than that of group B(P＜0.05).But there was no significant difference in obstruction rate between group B and group C.Conclusion Heparin concentration of group B was suitable for sealing tubes for diabetic patients.

Objective To approach the preoperative exercise of body position and the comfortable post operative body position of thyroma patients,to elevate the degree of comfort and satisfaction of patients,reduce the complication and promote the rehabilitation of patients.Methods 60 thyroma patients(all underwent operation and with drainage tube)in general surgery department of our hospital from January 2004 to February 2006 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.Before the operation the double deck pillows were used in the experimental group and the ordinary pillows were used in the control group.The therapeutic result was observed in both groups.Results The degree of comfort,the first-class healing rate of incision and the postoperative complications rate were significantly different between the two groups(P＜0.05).Condusiom The application of the double-deck pillow in thyroma patients could augment the degree of comfort of the preoperative exercise and postoperative body position,and could degrade the postoperative complications of thyroma patients and shorten the length of hospital stay.

Objective To explore the effect of clinical application of self-starting devices in patients after major abdominal surgery. Methods From January 2007 to June 2009, 90 patients with major abdominal surgery were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 45 patients in each. The observation group using self-starting devices 6 hours after surgery, the control group used the traditional approach to sit and lie. The effect of the two groups was compared. Results Significant difference existed in recovery of bowel movement, wound healing and incidence of pressure sore between the two groups. Conclusions Application of self- starting devices in patients after major abdominal surgery can promote recovery of bowel movement and wound healing and prevent incidence of pressure sore, so that patients can recover early.

ObjectiveTo study the changes of related hormone levels using hormone replacement therapy in patients with perimenopausal syndrome,and its clinical significance.Methods Eighty-five patients with perimenopausal syndrome received continuous sequential estrogen and progesterone treatment.Daily oral conjugated estrogen 0.625 mg,28 days as one cycle.In each cycle the 19-28th d combined with medroxyprogesterone acetate 4 mg,once a day,a total of 3 cycles.Observed the changes of hormone levels before and after treatment.ResultsThe levels of estradiol and progesterone were obviously increased after treatment compared with those before treatment [ (83.6 ± 1.9) ng/L vs.(10.0 ± 1.1 ) rng/L,(0.32 ± 0.10)μ g/L vs.(0.22 ± 0.20) μ g/L,P ＜ 0.05 ],and follicles stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone,total cholesterol and triglyceride were obviously decreased [ (40.8 ± 11.0) U/L vs. (57.1 ± 10.8) U/L, (24.9 ±13.6) U/L vs.(46.2 ± 13.8) U/L,(4.6 ±0.9) mmol/L vs.(6.1 ± 1.0) mmol/L,(1.1 ±0.2) mmol/L vs.( 1.6 ± 0.1 ) mmol/L,P ＜ 0.05 ].Body mass index was no obviously different[ (23.9 ± 1.9) kg/m2 vs.(22.5 ± 2.2)kg/m2,P ＞ 0.05 ].ConclusionApplication of hormone replacement in treatment of perimenopausal syndrome is safe.

Polyacrylamide resin was synthesized via surface-initiated atom transfer radical polymerization ( SI-ATRP) method. Acrylic amide ( AM) was grafted onto the surface of the chloromethyl polystyrene resin via SI-ATRP in the CuBr/2, 2'-bipyridine ( Bpy) system as catalyst at room temperature. The compositions of polyacrylamide resin were determined by means of elementary analysis, FT-IR analysis and scanning electron microscopy ( SEM) . The adsorption properties, the parameters of kinetics and the thermodynamics of the resin were evaluated in details, respectively. As the results, adsorption capacity of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) increased with the initial concentrations of solution increasing at room temperature, and its highest adsorption capacity was 111. 0 mg/g with solution concentration of 8 mmol/L. Adsorption isotherm at room temperature was determined and modeled with Langmuir and Freundlich equations. The thermodynamic equilibrium functions were calculated to be ΔG<0,ΔH=268. 2 kJ/mol, ΔS>0, hence, the adsorption was spontaneous, endothermic and entropy increasing. The kinetics fitted the pseudo-second-order well. The polyacrylamide-chloromethyl polystyrene (PAM-CMCPS) resin was used for the adsorption of 2,4-D in orange sample, and good results were obtained.

Objective To explore the effective method to promote upper extremity venous blood backflow of breast cancer patients , improve postoperative upper limb placed comfort , and reduce the incidence of complications .Methods Totals of 120 breast cancer patients were randomly divided into observation group (n=60) and control group (n=60).The observation group was given upper limb elevation pad to lift the affected limb, and control group received traditional method of nursing .The lifting time and swelling incidence of the limb, Class-A healing rate of incision , and comfort of two groups were observed .Results Limb lifting time of observation group was significantly longer than that of control group (χ2 =7.34,P<0.05).Class-A healing rate of incision in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group ( 86.7% vs 63.3%;χ2 =4.36,P <0.05).Swelling incidence of the limb in observation group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (10.0%vs 40.0%;χ2 =7.20,P<0.01).And the total comfort degree of observation group was higher than that of control group (H =57.75,P <0.01). Conclusions Patients with upper limb raised pads can effectively promote venous return , reduce the incidence of limb swelling , subcutaneous effusion , promote the incision healing , and can ease the pain of patients , improve patient comfort.At the same time, it also can promote the patients ’ recover early, shorten hospital stay, reduce medical treatment costs , which is worth popularizing in clinical application .

Objective:To evaluate the immunogenicity of a quadrivalent influenza virus subunit vaccine in a healthy population aged 3-64 years.Methods:Healthy people aged 3-64 years old were selected as the study subjects, and a randomized, blind, positive controlled, non-inferiority test was adopted. The subjects were randomly inoculated with one dose of the corresponding experimental vaccine or control vaccine in a ratio of 1∶1. Blood samples were collected from all subjects before and at 28 d after immunization, and hemagglutination inhibition (HI) test was used to measure the levels of antibodies against H1N1, H3N2, B/Victoria (BV) and B/Yamagata (BY) in serum. The geometric mean titers (GMT), geometric mean increase (GMI), positive conversion rates and protection rates of antibodies against the four types of viruses were analyzed.Results:A total of 2 157 subjects aged 3-64 years were included, including 1 074 in the experimental group and 1 083 in the control group. There were no significant differences in the GMT or protection rates of antibodies against H1N1, H3N2, BV or BY before immunization between the two groups ( P>0.05), and the two groups were balanced at baseline. After full immunization, the GMI of antibodies to H1N1, H3N2, BV and BY in the experimental group was 11.16, 17.77, 9.61 and 15.13, respectively; the positive conversion rates were 84.08% (903/1 074), 92.46% (993/1 074), 86.03% (924/1 074) and 91.71% (985/1 074), respectively; the protection rates were 96.74% (1 039/1 074), 97.58% (1 048/1 074), 88.08% (946/1 074) and 94.97% (1 020/1 074), respectively. In the experimental group, the GMT of each antibody increased by more than 2.5 times after immunization; the lower limit of the 95%CI of the positive conversion rate was higher than 40%, and the lower limit of the 95%CI of the protection rate was higher than 70%. The lower limit of the 95%CI of the difference in the positive conversion rate of each antibody between the experimental group and the control group was >-10%, and the lower limit of the 95%CI for GMT (experimental group)/GMT (control group) was over 2/3. Conclusions:The experimental vaccine had good immunogenicity and was non-inferior to the control vaccine in the population aged 3-64 years.

The abnormal expression of many kinds of miRNAs in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) can directly or indirectly act on PI3K, Akt, mTOR, IGF-1R, TGF-β and other signal molecules in mTOR signal pathway, they are crucial in the appreciation, invasion and metastasis of HCC cells.

Objective To observe the effects of Bushen Zhuyun Prescription on regulating mitochondrial function and endometrial angiogenesis;To explore its mechanism of improving endometrial receptivity.Methods The mouse model of controlled ovarian hyperstimulation(COH)was established,and the mice were randomly divided into normal group,model group,and Bushen group,with 20 mice in each group.Bushen group received Bushen Zhuyun Prescription for gavage for 11 d,and the normal group and model group received normal saline for gavage.The number of embryo implantation was counted,the endometrial morphology was observed by HE staining,α-smooth muscle actin(α-SMA)expression was observed by immunofluorescence staining.Human endometrial microvascular endothelial cells(HEMECs)were cultured in vitro,they were divided into control group,VEGFA group,Bushen group and VEGFA + Bushen group,and were intervened with VEGFA and/or Bushen Zhuyun Prescription medicated serum.The activities of mitochondrial respiratory chain complexes Ⅰ-Ⅳ,the content of ATP,the expression of PCNA and Caspase-3 were detected.Results Animal experiment showed that,compared with the normal group,the number of embryo implantation in model group significantly decreased(P<0.05),α-SMA protein expression in endometrial tissue significantly decreased(P<0.05);compared with the model group,the number of embryo implantation in Bushen group significantly increased(P<0.05),α-SMA protein expression in endometrial tissue significantly increased(P<0.05).Cell experiment showed that,Bushen Zhuyun Prescription medicated serum could increase the activity of mitochondrial respiratory chain complexes Ⅰ-Ⅳ and ATP content in HEMECs,promote PCNA protein expression,and inhibit Caspase-3 protein expression(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Bushen Zhuyun Prescription can promote endometrial angiogenesis through improving mitochondrial function.
