Objective To investigate the relationship between HLA-DRB1 alleles and vascular anomalies in infants of Han nationality in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.Methods This study included 145 infants with vascular anomalies (99 cases of hemangioma (hemangioma group) and 46 cases of vascular malformation (vascular malformation group)) and 105 healthy infants (control group) of Han nationality residing in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.The genotypes of HLA-DRB1 alleles were determined by using PCR-sequence specific primers (PCR-SSP).Chi-square test was performed to analyze the difference in the frequency of HLA-DRB1 alleles between these groups by using the SPSS 16.0 software.Results There were significant differences in the frequency of HLA-DRB1*0901,*1401 and *16 alleles among the hemangioma group,vascular malformation group and control group (x2 =13.05,12.79,10.36,respectively,all P ＜ 0.01).Paired comparison revealed significant differences in the frequency of HLA-DRB1*0901 allele between the hemangioma group and vascular malformation group (RR =4.84,P ＜ 0.01) as well as between the hemangioma group and control group (RR =3.21,P ＜ 0.01),and in the frequency of HLA-DRB1*16 allele between the hemangioma group and control group (RR =2.25,P ＜ 0.01) as well as between the vascular malformation group and control group (RR =2.60,P ＜ 0.01).The frequency of HLA-DR*1401 allele was significantly lower in the hemangioma group than in the control group (RR =0.30,P ＜ 0.01).Conclusions HLA-DRB1*0901 and *16 may be the predisposing genes for hemangioma and vascular anomalies respectively,while HLA-DRB1*1401 appears to be protective against hemangioma,in infants of Han nationality in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.

Microskin autografts were covered with artificial collagen skin, pig skin and cadaver skin in the rats. The results showed that the adhesion to wound and hemostasis of artificial collagen skin was better than pig or cadaver skins. The histological section of healing wound with artificial collagen skin showed that there were revascularization and fibroblast infiltration. The results suggest that artificial collagen skin may be used instead of allograft.

Objective The main purpose of this study was to discuss the current situation of our nursing education from the perspective of educate,and to provide enlightenment for the higher nursing education reform.Methods The current situation of the development of nursing education questionnaire was adopted to conduct the survey.Results Nursing education in our country faced with the problems such as imperfection of the education concept,lack of humanistic curriculum,less practice classes,theory was divorced from practice,single evaluation tools of teaching.Conclusions Our country should carry on the reform of education mode,build international nursing personnel training system,improve the training quality and competition of nursing personnel.

Objective:To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with cognitive behavior therapy on insomnia.Methods:A total of 90 patients with insomnia who received treatment in Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion, Quzhou Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, China from June 2018 to June 2020 were included in this study. They were randomly assigned to receive acupuncture combined with cognitive behavior therapy (combined treatment group, n = 46) or cognitive behavior therapy (control group, n = 44). The Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression (HAMD) score, the Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) score, the insomnia severity index (ISI), sleep onset latency, total sleep time, wake-up times after sleep onset, bedtime, sleep quality were compared between the two groups. Results:At the end of treatment, the cure rate, effective rate and total effective rate in the combined treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (cure rate: 28.26% vs. 11.36%, χ2 = 4.013, P = 0.045; effective rate: 54.35% vs. 31.82%, χ2 = 4.649, P = 0.031; total effective rate: 95.65% vs. 79.55%, χ2 = 5.438, P = 0.020). The HAMA score [(13.05 ± 2.19) points], ISI score [(13.01 ± 3.03) points], sleep onset latency [(28.03 ± 7.50) min] and wake-up times after sleep onset [(1.36±0.91) times] in the combined treatment group were significantly lower or shorter than those in the control group [(14.92 ±3.04) points, t = 1.803, P = 0.040; (15.02 ± 3.22) points, t = 3.201, P = 0.031; (36.15 ± 7.87) min, t = 3.186, P = 0.033; (1.94 ± 1.05) times, t = 3.254, P = 0.027]. Sleep quality in the combined treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group [(83.28 ± 5.41) % vs. (79.56 ± 5.20) %, t = 2.278, P = 0.043]. Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with cognitive behavior therapy exhibits better efficacy in the treatment of insomnia than cognitive behavior therapy alone and therefore the combined treatment is worthy of clinical application.

Objective To study the relationship between chromosomal abnormalities of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and its survival time.Methods Chromosome preparations were made by using modified method.Karyotypes were analyzed by stain of G-banding. And all patients were treated by chemotherapy. All patients' survival time was calculated.Results Mitotic cells that could be used for analysis were found in 28 cases.5 of 28 karyotypes were normal and 8 cases were polyploid.There were 4 cases with t(14,18)(q32;q21),5 cases with t(3; 14) (q27;q32),2 cases with t(2;3) (p11 ;q27),1 case with t(3 ;22) (q27 ;q11) respectively.There were 2 cases with ectopia between 7 chromosome and other chromosomes and 1 case with ectopia between 17 chromosome and other chromosomes.The survival time of patients with normal karyotype,t(14,18) (q32;q21)or 3q+ was longer than that of other groups.The survival time of group in Ⅰ, Ⅱ stages was longer than that in Ⅲ, Ⅳ stages. Conclusion The treatment, survival time and prognosis could be expected according to chromosomal abnormalities and its relevance to stages in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
