Objective To discuss the surgical techniques and efficacy of a new method of breast treatment of hypermastia. Methods From January 2009 to February 2011, a series of 15 patients underwent a new technique for reduction mammaplasty. This technique involved a superomedial pedicle nipple-areolar complex (NAC). Results In our series, the resection weight per breast was (522. 9±218.3) g and the new nipple-to-sternal-notch distance was (21.7± 1.74) cm postoperatively. Mean nipple elevation was 8. 5cm (range, 4-16 cm). There were no hematoma and partial or complete NAC necroses occurred in our series. Minimal wound dehiscence occurred in one case ( 6.7 % ). Thirteen patients were followed up for 6 to 18 months. NAC sensibilities were comparable before and after operation, and good breast shapes were produced in all cases. Conclusion The superomedial pedicle technique provides good results with respect to NAC viability and sensibility, breast contour and last superomedial fullness.

Progress in Biochemistry and Biophysics 2006;0(08):-
Copy number variations (CNVs) refer as a DNA segment that is 1 kb or larger and is presented at a variable copy number in comparison with a reference genome. Classes of CNVs include insertions, deletions, duplications and their complex combinations. Because they widely distributed in the genome with some important characteristics, such as heritable, relative stable and heterogeneity, CNVs are considered as novel genomic polymorphism markers. And the alteration of gene dosage which resulted from CNVs could change phenotype, so a novel CNV genome-wide association analysis (CNV-GWAS) strategy appeared recently and began to used for identifying susceptible genes of complex diseases. It was approved that it could complement the tranditional genome-wide association studies based on single nucleotide polymorphisms. Therefore, genomic structure variances are favorable for revealing the molecular mechanisms and genetic foundation of complex diseases.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2015;29(12):1138-1139
Human myiasis is caused by the parasitic maggots of flies. We report a case of nasal myiasis in a 37-year-old woman in Henan. The patient presented with nasal foreign-body sensation, nansal itching sneezing, snuffle and such allergic symptoms in nasal cavity. Based on maggots that were bowed from the right nasal cavity, a detailed endoscopic examination, sinus CT scan and identification of the maggot's species done by parapsychologists of the parasitology teaching and reseach section of the Zhengzhou University School of Medicine, the diagnosis of human nasal infestation by oestrus ovis was definited.

Chinese Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation 2003;0(10):-
Objective To investigate the effects of intravascular low energy laser irradiation on blood (ILIB) on renal function of the patients with early diabetic nephropathy. Methods Fifteen patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with early diabetic nephropathy, were treated with ILIB in addition to the conventional drugs, and observed the maximal time(Tmax)of renal concentration, the variation of 10 minutes residual rate and 15 minutes residual rate, respectively, by using the SPECT of isotone 99mTc-EC before and after ILIB treatment, and compared the results obtained before and after ILIB treatment. Results There were significant differences with regard to the 10 minutes residual rate (both the left and right kidney,P0.05). Conclusion ILIB could improve the excretion and secretion function of renal tubule in patients with the type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with early diabetic nephropathy, and ILIB could be used as an effectively therapeutic method for patients with early diabetic nephropathy.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2001;0(01):-
Objective:To study the mechanical properties of a new titanium alloy with lower elastic modulus for prosthodontic use. Methods:Samples of a newly developed Ti-Nb-Zr-Sn alloy with low elastic modulus were prepared. The microstructure, microhardness profile of the specimen cross section were measured by microhardness test meter and metallurgical microscope. Results:The data of the tensile strength(MPa),yield strength(MPa),elongation(%),elastic modulus(GPa) and microhardness(Hv)of Ti-Nb-Zr-Sn alloy were 681.7,410,6,42.1 and 453 respectively. The microstructure was with fine crystal grains. Conclusion: The microstructure and microhardness profile of the Ti-Nb-Zr-Sn alloy may meet the requirement for dental applications.
